• Priscila (5/5): Passable - Location. Two complete toilets. The furniture was in bad conditions and some of them were even broken. Very cold for the winter season. But air conditioning was working.
• Lingye (8/5): Very good - Very close to train station and major attractions, convenient location. Staff had good communication, met us at the apartment on time. Wifi is set close to the kitchen, signal was weak from main bedroom.
• Sten (1/5): Asked for refund after we moved out after 10 minutes, but have not received any positive feedback even though they could - Not according to pictures of the bed. You don’t want to spend time with wife on that. Much smaller than it appears. Twin bed a portable bed. It was for our romantic weekend in Firenze, but this was not supporting that.
• Darlene (7/5): Good - There was plenty of space, it was renewed and you could tell. And it was very close to the train station. The building is outdated even if the apartment is modern. The street where the apartment is isn't as nice but within 2 blocks you are right where you want to be.
• Rowena (1/5): It was a terrible experience, the hassle to contact the owner and get to the space. The owner was rude and off-putting. - The room itself is nice. It was clean, organized and had all the facilities of an apartment. Its in a good area with many restaurants around, and a supermarket nearby. The customer service was awful. There is a certain time frame where we can check-in, and if we checked in after we’d have to pay a fee. When looking how to check in, it said someone would meet us there. We got there an hour before, and no one showed up. After calling the number provided dozens of times, it wasn’t until an entire hour and a half until someone showed up. The person who checked us in was incredibly rude. Despite us being there on time, he still made us pay the fee. He said he’d been calling us all day, but was calling the wrong number. He also made it sound like we were inconveniencing him. The information given to us on the website did not match. The address was confusing, when calling the phone number provided, no one answered. We were even told by passersbys that this isn’t the first time this has happened and other guests have had similar complaints.
• Anonymous (5/5): Wouldn’t recommend to others. - Clean facility overall and close to the train station Both of our showers were completely clogged with old tenants hairs. We contacted multiple times and took awhile for responses. Beds were super uncomfortable!
