• Helena (7/5): A perfectly fine hotel for someone who doesn’t intend to spend much time in their room and just wants somewhere to lay t - The location from Golders Green for the underground was ideal. It was off the main road so it was quiet. The hotel wasn’t grand or anything particularly special but it was ok for what we wanted and how long we were staying. Check in was straightforward and the rooms were ready on time. My daughter requested a fan upon arrival and was told by staff that they would sort one, but it never materialised. In the middle of a heatwave, this was not ideal. Told we would have hairdryers in the rooms, which again we didn’t have.
• Crisandro (3/5): Avoid. No, seriously - avoid. - All I liked about it was the location. Just a few minutes away from the Tube and buses. The outside of the room was filled with bags of rubbish! That was a great opening welcome to a room that was covered in cobwebs! There was no air conditioning or even a fan. Walls and curtains looked dirty. There was hair on the floor of the bathroom. The TV worked but there was no remote control . And I could not ask reception about this because there was never anyone on reception! After the first night when I checked in, that was the last I saw them! That's the danger of you have to pay before arriving, as I could easily have been locked out and paid over a hundred for that privilege! Absolutely poor.

• Gabrygabriel17 (1/5): I do not recommend - I CAN’T EVEN LIST EVERYTHING I DIDN’T LIKE BECAUSE THERE’S SIMPLY NOT ENOUGH SPACE. THIS HOTEL IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF SERIOUS IMPROVEMENTS. EVERYTHING FROM THE CONDITION OF THE ROOM TO THE SERVICE IS FAR BELOW ANY ACCEPTABLE STANDARD. HONESTLY, IT WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND NOWHERE NEAR WHAT SHOULD BE OFFERED TO GUESTS.

• Mehdi (1/5): This place is filthy, rundown, and has a very unpleasant damp smell. - Nothing at all Upon arrival, there is no reception desk. You have to call a phone number posted on the glass. Then a woman appears, wearing pajamas and looking very unkempt, and hands you a key. The building is extremely dirty with a strong, unpleasant damp smell and very narrow hallways. Inside the room, everything is filthy. The hot water does not work and the water pressure is very low. The electric kettle is very old and dirty, the curtains are in terrible condition, and overall everything is bad. You cannot find even a single decent option or positive feature. I genuinely do not understand how this dirty hostel has been rated as a 3-star hotel. I absolutely do not recommend it; it feels exactly like a scam.

Parecia que estuviésemos en un hotel completamente diferente, nos costo identificar la habitación, no se parecia en nada. El baño no tenia secador y no se parecia en nada a las fotos, la cama se les salian los muelles y era incomodisima, las paredes tenian humedades, la pintura estaba levantada, enchufes quemados, debajo de la cama llena de mierda y asi mucho mas... Lo único que la calefacción si que funcionaba. El personal completamente ausente, llegamos y salia una chica en pijama y cuando nos fuimos tuvimos que dejar las llaves escondidas porque nos cansamos de esperar y llamar y no nos respondian. Las condiciones de la ducha horribles, no vinieron ni un dia a limpiar la habitación, ni a hacer la cama. Calidad precio pésima.

• Josepmagic (3/5): Muy cerca del metro peroooo... - Que estaba muy cerca del metro Nos dieron una habitación que no tenia calefacción, nos pasaron a otra bastante mas pequeña que la que pedimos. Durante 3 noches tenían la caldera apagada EN DICIEMBRE y tardaron mas de 30 minutos en devolvernos el agua caliente. No subieron a hacernos las camas ni un solo día.

This time the room was really dusty, the plug socket was hanging off the wall and the window latch was broken, so I couldn't close it.

• Theresa Hartfiel (3/5): - I didn't like anything The staff were very unprofessional. When we arrived to check in. I rang the buzzer 3 times but no answer. There was a note on the door to call the mobile number if the reception is unattended. She came out with a man from a room opposite the reception. And, when we wanted to check out at 11 o'clock the following day. It was the same the reception was unattended I had to call the mobile number again. She came out on her pajamas and said " You just have to give me your keys and that's it". The building is dilapidated, we stayed in a room where the toilet cover was broken the water pipe to the shower head was held by rubber ties, on one of the beds there was a night light but there wasn't a light bulb. The room smelt like molds. The carpets were so dirty. I didn't sleep the whole night. As the I could hear all the vehicles passing by.

Extremely dirty floor - finger nails, crumbs, all sorts of dirt, looked like it hadn’t been hovered in a long time. It was so dirty in that room that my very hungry son refused to eat the food we had brought as he lost his appetite. Missing and broken curtains. No soap. Kettle and coffee but no cups. Open packet of tablets on windowsill. Cold, no heating. Had to sleep in all my clothes and coat. Badly stained shower curtain. Loll roll holder broken. No staff at check out.

The room was not in acceptable condition: it was dirty, the walls had stains, and there was visible mould in the bathroom. The room also had a strong odour of weed and mould, which made it unsuitable for staying. The carpet was worn and unclean, and the facilities appeared old and in need of significant maintenance and renewal.

• Davis (1/5): DO NOT BOOK! - Staff were friendly but super unprofessional This hotel needs to be shut down as a health hazard. There is mould and rust EVERYWHERE. It is not fit for purpose. I will be talking with booking.com regarding removing it from their site and I will also be contacting trading standards as to why this hotel is allowed to operate in such disgusting conditions. The woman on reception was friendly, but had a man there. I asked if he worked there and he said 'no but she does and I'm with her' again friendly, but SO unprofessional and uncomfortable. Not what I want when I'm paying £65 for 1 night.

Ia posizione è molto comoda per muoversi con i mezzi Sporco, tende strappate, pulizia inesistente, puzza di fumo nei corridoi. La finestra della stanza non si chiudeva perché priva di maniglia. Per fortuna non faceva freddo. I corridoi ingombri di biancheria sporca. Basterebbe veramente poco per renderlo migliore. Pulizia e un minimo sindacale di manutenzione che non è poi chiedere molto da una struttura ricettiva.

Paid £92 for the night and when we got to the room the door was already unlocked, windows on the bottom floor wide open and most horrifying of all blood on the handles of the drawers. Looked in the bath and there was orange liquid substance as if someone had been trying to wash it away before we came in. Wiped down the area immediately as we didn't have much choice of staying elsewhere. Room was unclean, bathroom had mold and the shower was duck taped on. Plug socket had something stuck in it, one of the bed lights did not work and we were barely given anything other than a bar of soap. For £92 this was unacceptable and uncomfortable, why was there fresh blood on the drawers!!! Do not stay here, find somewhere else.

• sarah (1/5): Revolting - Absolutely nothing. Revolting property, my room was not clean and had rotting meat in the refrigerator that was over 20 days past its expiry. Black mold inside the fridge. Used toilet tissue on the floor in the bathroom, thick dust covered the furniture. Hotel owner did not care at all. I had to move the fridge outside myself as they did not want to help. Trash all over the hallways.

Absolutely filthy bathroom (all kinds of hair in a bathtub, on the floor in the corners, dust). Dirty, sticky and stinking of pee bedroom floor. Used aid plaster stuck to the bedside table.
