• Alexandra (10/5): Truly an excellent home - The family that owns and rents out this apartment is lovely. They were very sweet and accommodating. The neighborhood is great. It's a bit outside of the normal touristy areas (very much a plus, for me) and not directly on a metro line, but there are buses around and it's only a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The area is a little hilly, but the family provides instructions on how to avoid the big hill when coming from the metro. I loved my stay, and it was a great value.

• Petsinis (10/5): Εξαιρετική Διαμονή - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ωραία διακοσμημένο, και cozy με πολύ ωραία ατμόσφαιρα, βρίσκεται σε πλατεία με αρκετά εστιατόρια και καφέ, και είναι μόλις 20’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο!

• ΧΡΙΣΤΙΝΑ (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε μια πολύ καλη περιοχή της Αθήνας και δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ ,φούρνο ,καφετέριες,φαγητό και 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το μετρό Ευαγγελισμός. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Ο Αλέξανδρος πολύ φιλικός και ευγενικός και μου έδειξε ότι χρειαζόταν για το σπίτι. Σίγουρα θα ξανά μείνω σε αυτό το υπέροχο διαμέρισμα ! Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την διαμονή!

• Aleksandra (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή!!! - Η διαμονή στο διαμέρισμα ήταν απόλυτα άνετη, με αψεγάδιαστη καθαριότητα. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει όλα όσα χρειάζονται για μια άνετη διαμονή, αλλά το πιο σημαντικό ήταν η εξαιρετική υποδοχή! Μας υποδέχτηκε η ιδιοκτήτρια, η Λάρισα. Ένας πολύ φιλικός και προσεκτικός άνθρωπος, που μας εξήγησε πού βρίσκεται τι μέσα στο διαμέρισμα και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες πληροφορίες και συμβουλές. Η διαμονή μας σε αυτό το κατάλυμα μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. Υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια, καφετέριες και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση, και απέχει 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Αθήνας. Δεν υπάρχει. Μας άρεσαν όλα.

• Gemma (10/5): Alojamiento muy recomendable! - El apartamento está a 30 minutos andando de la Plaza Sintagma y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Te sientes como en casa. Está muy bien decorado, las estancias son muy amplias y está increíblemente limpio. El trato por parte de los propietarios es excelente. Sin lugar a dudas, regresaremos a este sitio cuando volvamos a Atenas. Aunque es un semisótano, tiene entrada de luz natural y está situado en un barrio con mucha vida y seguro. Por la noche se descansa perfectamente, ya que no se oye ningún ruido.

• Patricia (10/5): My stay at the Excellent Apartment was positively memorable. - The Excellent Apartment was beautifully decorated while also feeling very welcoming and comfortable. It was a very quiet and peaceful place to sleep and the bed was super comfortable- I felt right at home here and found it hard to leave! Being greeted warmly by Larissa and her son was so lovely and they went out of their way to make me feel at home in their apartment- thank you :) Pangrati is a wonderful neighbourhood to stay with an authentic local vibe, leafy streets and parks close by and a great selection of places to eat. It was a 30min walk into the city centre which was great, but also close to bus and metro options for those not keen on walking. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend the apartment. Nothing it was perfect :)

They introduce the neighbourhood to u when u first enter the apartment as well as restaurant recs :))

• Lubo (10/5): EXCELLENT HOME IN ATHENS - Everything. Location was perfect - Pagrati is truly a great neighborhood, located next to a nice park. Place was smelling like flowers, it was spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. Host have been very kind and helpful. It was honestly my best stay in apartment through booking in two decades.

The host was very nice and friendly, and gave us some recommendation where to eat nearby. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, and located in the nice neighborhood. When we were on the way to the appartment, we just texted the host a half in hour in advance, and she was waiting for us to give the keys. Just mind that apartment is located in the basement so there is not a lot of light, and no elevator that goes down.

A/c only in bedroom, the living room has a ceiling fan. On a hot day that would be an issue. No access for ♿️.

All appliances in the apartment appeared to be new or in excellent condition plus the decoration in general made it feel like home. It was spotless. The location is good, near a square without much traffic/noise. The hosts were really friendly and helpful (our arrival time changed due to a delay but still they had no issues bringing the keys at a late hour).

It is big enough for two or even three guests, and the decoration was beautiful. The hosts were very kind and helpful, they waited for our late check in and stayed in contact the whole time. Keep in mind that this apartment is a basement. There were no problems with this and it looked very good on the inside, but some guests might want to know this in advance.

Larysa, the host, met me to hand over the keys and tell me everything I needed to know. The apartment is lovely and clean and has everything you need. I felt really comfortable and safe, particularly as a solo female traveller.

• Wei-lynn (9/5): Superb - Excellent communication with the host throughout the stay. Lively neighbourhood full of locals with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance (15-20min) from the central attractions. Cool and well decorated basement flat which was an oasis in hot weather. The energy efficient hot water system takes a bit of time to heat the water, so you need to wait a little while (20 min), but not a problem if you're aware of it and can plan to build on the prep time.
