• Peter (10/5): Excellent accomodations, superb location, exceedingly clean and quiet - Fabulous apartment style rental. We stayed with four people which was perfect. The property was incredibly clean and everything worked as intended. My mom has a had time with stairs and this property has a excellent elevator which was perfect for her. Everyone reported the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and all communication was done electronically. We paid for a late checkout even though we asked late. Great location to more restaurants and bars than you could ever try. Very close walking distance to the subway; with luggage it takes about 10 minutes. The cleanliness of the apartment cannot be overstated. Exceeded anywhere I've stayed in USA of similar value. There wasn't anything I didn't enjoy about my stay here. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

• Kathy (9/5): Great location and amenities - + Excellent location, walkable to Akasaka and Akasaka Mitsuke shops and restaurants (not too many steep slopes so it was okay to push around a small suitcase) + Kitchen was well equipped (above average), bathroom and washer dryer combo. + Huge space by Tokyo standards, nice to have people drop by for tea. + Yamamoto Kuroneko located within 10 min walk if you need to forward or receive luggage. - The bed sheets had the sour smell of poorly dried laundry. Deducted two points for this! The rest are minor issues. - Most bedroom wardrobes are locked / no designated space to keep unpacked clothes - The kitchen is not stocked with cooking condiments like oil or salt, so will require a bit of planning or a stop at the supermarket or green grocer at Akasaka. - Dishwasher is not great - ended up having to handwash. - Taxis may get lost trying to come and pick you up.

• Mei (9/5): 我们一家很满意这次的居住体验。 - 我们是一家四口出行，房间三楼有两个卧室，二楼是厨房和living room，一楼有准备好的拖鞋，整套房子很温馨，住起来也很舒适。酒店离地铁口赤坂附站步行大概8分钟，附近吃的非常多，7-11之类小超市有几个，药妆店也有，去银座也很方便，不需要转车，购物非常方便。 小的卧室如果遮光更好的话，会更适合晚起的人。
• Guest (10/5): Wonderful little apartment in a great neighbourhood that made our stay in Tokyo just perfect. - Location location location. It was walking distance to 2 stations and that was enough to take us anywhere we wanted all around Tokyo. The apartment itself was perfect. It had everything we needed. So well thought out Nothing. Suggestion : I liked to stand out in the balcony with my morning coffee and watch the neighbourhood pass by, if you had a couple of small high chairs and a table, that might make this spot very comfortable.

House was well ecuipped, beds were comfortable, water pressure was also good and quiet naberhood. In addition you can enter the house easily with door code that is sent. Definitely a suggestion!

• Stephen (10/5): Beautiful apartment in central Tokyo, perfect base for a family stay - Premier suite Akasaka front was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The unit is spacious enough that if anyone needed privacy it was no problem. The fit and finish of the entire unit is impeccable, from the doors and windows, to the kitchen and bathrooms - everything felt brand new and worked perfectly. There is a tub downstairs and laundry equipment which all worked very well. The place was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the immediate neighborhood is very quiet. there is even a private elevator, which was handy for moving our luggage. The unit is well located on a quite street and is about a 10 minute walk to a metro station. Good restaurants are even closer. I would not change a thing about this place.
• Anton (9/5): Great location, spacious home, and accommodating hosts - The location is excellent. The house is on a quiet street, close to several key subway stations and just a few minutes walk from a lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating. We requested a bedside table and light in the master bedroom, and they accommodated us within 24 hours. We also requested curtains for the windows in the master bedroom, and the hosts installed them within 24 hours. The home itself is spacious for Tokyo. There's A/C units in multiple rooms and they work well. The elevator was very convenient for our luggage. There's a dishwasher in the unit, but we weren't allowed to use it. When we first arrived, the master bedroom just had one bright light in the ceiling, but no side tables or lights for reading. The hosts fixed this when we requested. The kitchen dining table wasn't clean when we arrived, but it was easy enough for us to clean. The WiFi was spotty -- sometimes it was quite fast, and at other times it was slow. There was no closet space in the master bedroom so we used the second bedroom, but I imagine if both bedrooms are in use, this could be inconvenient.

• Heying (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Tokyo! - It was a whole apartment with two bedrooms. One has regular beds and the other one has two mattresses on the floor. Both were comfortable for adults. The mattresses on the floor were a fun experience. The kitchen had all the amenities, cups, glasses, plates, mugs, utensils; oil, salt&pepper, coffee, tea and cookies were provided as well. It came with clear instructions for air conditioning and the washer&dryer unit. The apartment is clean and they provide slippers. The location is close to a food street and close to a metro. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Very minor, not much space to hang towels in the bathroom. We were a group of four adults and had to take our towels to the room.

• Wing (10/5): brilliant stay - host are very responsible and friendly. I have asked for some suggested restaurants nearby and they are really local restaurants and taste good. The whole property is really neat and clean with all kitchen appliances. The most excellent point is there is a lift inside the property which bring a lot convenience to elderly.
• Deepak (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - Everything The location , the room sizes. It was a very comfortable place to stay .Host provided all the amenities in the kitchen so we can cook properly . Loved the personalised touch of leaving yummy Choclate cookies for us. It’s a modern neat house with all the facilities needed for a family. Must recommend stay for kids. Not to forget that elevator made our stay super easy. Location was fab. Neighbourhood was absolutely fabulous . Harry Potter cafe was just 10 min away . Had lot of eating options nearby . Nothing everything was just perfect .
• Hsiaoszu (10/5): Perfect Stay in Akasaka: Spacious, Convenient, and Impeccably Maintained - 5 of us stayed for 7 nights in this gorgeous house. There are 2 rooms, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. The property can sleep 7 people comfortably (AND sufficient space to accommodate large suitcases) or up to 10 people (can get a little occupied with large suitcases and going to bathroom). The property located strategically in Akasaka; walking distance to Akasaka Mitsuke station (accessible to Ginza and Marounchi Line) and Akasaka Station (Chiyoda Line). We like the fact there are convenient stores on the way back from metro that we could pick up some essentials. There are plenty restaurants and cafe, tho not top rated but decent for those days when u decide to laze around and not too fussy over food. The property owner keep the house well maintained. There is a lift (able to carry two adults and two suitcases at one time) to first and second floor, which makes the stay even more effortless. The property is well equipped with all appliances, fridge, washing machine, dryer, dining table, tv, sofa, living room, airconds in all living spaces, bathtub. There are separate bins prepared for recycled purposes too. Very comfortable, and there will be days when staying at home is more tempting than going out. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Provided timely guide on arrival and reminder on check out. Certainly a 10 out of 10 experience!
