Just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center to be quiet and relaxing and close enough that you can walk everywhere - including to the train station. Andrea was a perfect host both knowledgeable and accessible. We loved staying in his apartment.

• Shani (10/5): Almost perfect, exceptionally beautiful apartment in a great area. - Gorgeous very large apartment. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great location. We stayed for 5 nights in the most beautiful apartment but one that lacked some basic kitchen items (important for us since we eat most meals at home when we travel). Most rentals with kitchens provide essential kitchen items, such as paper towels, oil/vinegar, salt/pepper, sugar, spices, some rugs to wipe the counter, etc. those were missing in the apartment. There were spices in the cabinet, probably from previous renters, but these expired long time ago, so we didn't use them. This would have been a very minor improvement that would have made this apartment more then perfect. As others wrote, the stairs are challenging but we managed (the elevator is between two floors with steep stairs). Overall, I would definitely stay in this apartment again,

• Annie (10/5): Topissimo - Tout !Andrea nous a accueilli en personne malgré notre heure tardive d'arrivée Andrea parle très bien le français, il a pris le temps de nous donner de nombreux conseils pour visiter Florence qui est sa ville natale L'appartement est d'un calme absolu ds un vieil immeuble très bien entretenu et très propre L'emplacement permet de tout faire à pieds sans fatigue car tout est proche 5mn des offices 5mn de ponte vecchio 1km à peine du duomo ou du palais pitti nombreux restaurants tout proche Exceptionnel !!vous dis je! Есть все необходимое, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, кухня. Кондиционеры в спальне и гостиной. Приветливый хозяин Андреа который встретил нас возле апартаментов, все рассказал и показал. А также проводил к подземному паркингу, на котором мы оставляли авто. Пешая доступность ко всем основным достопримечательностям. Чисто и комфортно. Также Андреа оставил приятный приветственный комплемент ). Заселение персональное, если нет интернета или мобильной связи, могут быть проблемы, поскольку необходимо согласовать время приезда с хозяином. Парковка во Флоренции очень дорогая, и за паркинг мы заплатили 120 евро за 3 ночи (.

• Gian (9/5): Just perfect!😍 - Andrea the host was very helpful and ready to support quickly ! Very close to everything and able to find parking outside the restrict zone easily! Able to walk to all major attraction! Loved walking to Piazzale Michelangelo to see the wonderful sunsets!

Takes awhile to reheat hot water if multiple people showering, so plan accordingly. Washing machine worked great. Would benefit by providing some drying racks.

We were a group of 3 but it could easily fit a group of 4 as both beds (the one in the bedroom and the Murphy bed in the living room) were large and very comfortable. Our host was very nice and helpful and offered us a long list of recommendations of where to eat in the city. Would definitely return here!

• Антон (10/5): Great Andrea and his great apartment - Andrea was always in touch with us before our arrival, gave us advice and sent us a link for pre-booking. He kindly met us personally at the entrance to the house, helped us lift our luggage. Gave us a review of the apartment. Moreover, Andrea accompanied me on a scooter to the garage, and brought me back on a scooter, and it was exciting. The apartment is located in the center of Florence, 15 minutes walk from the Galleria d'Uffizi. In an old, very authentic house. There is an elevator in the house. The cozy apartment is equipped with everything you need. First of all, modern air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. Washing machine and dishwasher. Electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster. Two coffee machines with filter and capsule Dolce Gusto. In the bedroom there is a large bed with a comfortable mattress, in the living room there is a comfortable bed that folds vertically into a closet - a full-size bed! Additionally, there are two sofas. A table and a wonderful library of books. The owner Andrea greets you as dear guests. If we have the opportunity to visit Florence, we would be happy to stay with Andrea again!

Had many great recommendations for places to eat and where to spend our time. Building was extremely well-placed for most of what we wanted to see. Very clean and comfortable. We had no complaints whatsoever.
• Patrice (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect, bathroom was large, good shower, kitchen adequate and the place was very safe and quiet. It's a very old building but the unit is modernized. The location is the most important aspect! The host is very helpful and goes out of his way to assist, very responsive. Difficult for persons with mobility issues as there are very steep stairs for entering and exiting. There is a lift but you must either climb up a flight of stairs or go down to access the lift. The stairs are very steep. If no mobility issues then no problem at all.
