• DANIEL (8/5): Dépaysantes ;-) - Tout était parfait et la propriétaire très disponible ; je reviendrais sans soucis si besoins Un peu de travaux dù à la rénovation de la résidence ; prévoir boules quies la nuit car c’est à coté de la gare pour les bus ( bip bip lorsqu’ils reculent et un peu de Klaxons pour prévenir par sécurité )
• Rob (9/5): Modern, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a great location - A modern well thought out and well maintained apartment, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There were several nice surprises including a sea view from the balcony and a washing machine, which meant I could have come with fewer clothes. The location of the apartment is perfect. 5 minutes from the beach, a big supermarket, bars and bus station; but in a quiet road. When I first arrived external work was being done around the apartment, including laying new tarmac in the carpark. This meant that it was noisy on some mornings, but by the time I left the carpark work was completed.
• philip (1/5): Very challenging to say the least - The property was ok Booking.com Didn’t let us know it was on a building site (noisy,dirty,unsafe surroundings) Linen in apartment appeared unclean and had to be replaced and not enough pillows. Unable to use balcony because smoking issues from other apartments And noise from workmen. If we had been made aware of these issues by booking.com we would not have booked .

• Maria (9/5): Nice apartment close to beaches and restaurants - The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We were travelling with a car, so the parking was a big plus for us. Also, the washing machine and the drying rack for clothes turned out to be very handy, especially when you needed to dry swimsuits and beach towels. The balcony is spacious and lovely. The host was in touch with us via phone, so it was also easy to flag issues (if any) and coordinate the check-in/check-out. It could be really noisy at night because of a big bus station nearby, so if you are a light sleeper, consider this :)

• Maria Clarisse (6/5): Accettabile - La posizione era eccellente 10 min a piedi della spiaggia , supermercato molto vicino , piscina era pulita Troppi rumori di notte se faceva fatica a dormire , i letti erano scomodi divano letto super scomodo , solo un cambio lenzuola abbiamo lavato e aspettato asciugare per potere averlo pulito , c’era solo un ventilatore e eravamo in tre ciò è uno di noi ha dovuto dormire senza , c’era dei giorni che la sera era caldo , avrei gradito che ci fosse una pentola un po’ più grande perché c’erano solo due piccole e per fare la pasta no andavamo bene , per il resto direi che va bene , l’appartamento è ideali per una copia noi erano in 3 io mia madre e il bambino quindi abbiamo trovato abbastanza scomodo ,la localizzazione era perfetta

• Ceri (10/5): A lovely apartment in a good location - Lovely apartment in a very good location, just on the edges of Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Pool area was good, doing a little bit of work but didn’t affect us one bit. Lots of beds( could have done with a cushion for the beds) but that is my only grumble. Had good communication with the owner of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.
• Olha (7/5): It was fine but I wouldn’t choose to stay again - It was clean and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. - The sofa in the living room was old and uncomfortable. - There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom. - We were given just 1 key for the apartment even though we were 2 people staying. - We were waiting for 30 minutes for the owner in front of the building to receive the key. - The guy that showed us the apartment didn’t speak a word of English.

• Tommi (8/5): Very good - Nicely renovates apartment. Small but enough room for two people. Really clean and pesceful. View to the sea from balcony. Host and her family were really nice and helpful. Entrance is directly to the bedroom. Also you could hear the sounds of the next door bus station well to the apartment. This could be an inconvenience if you are a light sleeper.
