At Fairmont Nile City, we strive to provide our guests with top-of-the line facilities that enhance the quality of their stay. Accordingly, we would like to inform you that Sky Pool is temporarily closed starting from February 5th until February 14th, 2024, for uplifting. We appreciate your kind understanding.
In accordance with government regulations, starting July 1, 2023, an additional 1% tourism fee will be charged on the room rate per night, with a maximum of 50 EGP per person per night. Please take this into consideration when planning your stay with us. Thank you for your understanding.
Sky Pool Closure: Effective February 6th, 2025, the Sky Pool will be closed for one week due to unplanned maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. - RAFAEL (7/5): Nice stay a side of the smoking situation - The hotel itself and the rooms are very comfortable. The check in process was a mess, we had two Gold Room reservations and nobody gave us the right orientation or told us to go to a different floor to do the check in. It took an hour to check us in at 2am in the morning. We were placed at a smoking floor in a room for smokers and it was very unpleasant. We had to stay two nights in there before we were relocated. It can’t be considered a top hotel experience if still allows smoking indoors in the XXI century.

- Shabana (9/5): A luxurious stay at the Fairmont Nile City with stunning Nile views and excellent service. - I recently stayed at the Fairmont Nile City and overall had a really enjoyable experience. What stood out immediately was the location — right on the Nile, with beautiful views in the evening. The rooftop pool and terrace were definitely a highlight; relaxing there with the city skyline and river in the background felt like a real luxury. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern feel. I particularly appreciated the comfort of the bed and the attention to detail in the room setup. Housekeeping was consistent and kept everything spotless throughout my stay. The staff were another big positive. From check-in to concierge services, everyone was polite, professional, and always willing to help. It made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming.
