• ggonmar (9/5): Comodo, facil y pr´ - La habitación está perfectamente equipada. La cama es comoda, y el baño es amplio. Es una zona residencial, con poco ruido por la noche. Está a una distancia comoda del centro. La comunicación con el host, excelente, rapida, eficiente y directa. El baño, podría tener una cortina, o una mampara para evitar que el agua de la ducha llegue a todos lados! Las almohadas, un poco incomodas, hubiera agradecido alguna almohada o cojín más. La entrada al edificio puede dar un poco de miedo, sobre todo si llegas de noche - mas por la apariencia que por la posibilidad de peligro real.

• MrGhaa (10/5): Nice stay - The room is small but was perfect for me as a solo traveller. All the furniture/washroom is new. Toothpaste and toothbrush was a bonus + the coffee. Bed is confy and the room is very quiet at night. 15/20 mins to walk to the city centre All good

• Maria (7/5): Piacevole finché sei in stanza 😂 - La stanza è pulita e dotata di ogni comodità: ciabatte, spazzolini, dentifrici, tanti rotoli di carta igienica e qualche bevanda da preparare per la colazione col bollitore. La posizione non è proprio centrale ma è facile raggiungere il centro a piedi, anche di sera non sembra essere una zona pericolosa. Il pianerottolo prima dell’ingresso era abbastanza inquietante, perché la porta del nostro vicino era abbondantemente ricoperta di nastro adesivo e non è proprio rassicurante passargli accanto al buio la sera.
• ramiro (10/5): Recomendable 100% - Limpieza, ubicacion, facilidad de entrada, detalles como cafe, cepillos, pasta de dientes, papel, secador, plancha de pelo. Es pequeño pero está super bien aprovechado y muy limpio, y muchos detalles que marcan la diferencia. Hemos estado dos veces aqui, a la entrada y a la salida del viaje , y hemos visitado ademas macedonia y albania, ni un alojamiento tiene ni la mitad de la calidad de este . Un 10/10. La entrada es fea, no es que sea diferente al resto de entradas que vea, pero muy seguro, 100%

• Dimitar (10/5): Definitely lives up to its name - The place is designed to utilize the little available space so that guests can feel at home. It is equipped with everything needed for a short or even an extended stay (there was even a first aid kit). The bed was very comfortable, and the host was very nice. Perfect location I couldn't wish for more.
• Joffe (10/5): Definitely a cozy room. Perfect little cheap city stop over. - The location was just perfect - a quiet road in a cool street while still in the centre. There is a basic kitchenette for tea and coffee and essential cooking. The shower is amazing. Nice details with hair dryer and iron and soaps. Good Internet. When booking, you are asked to select a check-in time within a 3hr window, when actually it doesn't matter because you just use a key collection box. I needn't have deliberated when booking if that was made clearer. It also made me question wether I should book the room because I didn't want to be caught out.

• Tomomasa (10/5): Perfect - This is the best apartment in my travel ever It’s maybe because something to do with the fact that I personally like the kind of room whose all the facilities and equipments are condensed but needless to say it’s pretty clean and well prepared, tram station is close Nothing
• Iliyan (10/5): Exceptional - The room was really clean, nice, and extremely cozy. It's close to the center of Sofia so the location is good. The room had almost anything you would need (even brand new toothbrushes and slippers). If you're considering going to Sofia and you need a place to sleep and take a shower than this place is a no brainer. The room is a bit on the smaller size but I believe it's just big enough for anyone to be comfortable staying in.
• Luana (10/5): The availability, friendliness and kindness of the owner were indescribable. The property has a perfect location for vis - The structure is very nice, welcoming and nothing is missing! The owner thought of any need and included everything that can serve the guests. Everything was perfect.

• Mariana (10/5): Special cozy room - Very cute new place. Comfy bed, chairs, little refrigerator and dishes. Great to wash all my clothes and dry too. Staff was helpful communicating. If I return to Sofia, I will plan to stay. 🤪 sometimes the elevator went to a different floor but it was all good.

• Atanas (8/5): Very good - The location is quite good. It's in the city center and quite close to the subway. The neighborhood does not have the best reputation but I didn't experience any troubles. There were even girls walking by themselves at night and I never felt any threat. No other place in Sofia beast this one when it comes to value for money. The building is quite old and initially when you enter the place looks scary. Nothing unusual for the old buildings in all other European country capitals but perhaps a little more welcoming front door would help welcoming the guests.
• Axel (9/5): Superb - Modern interior. And the A/C cools the room completely down within a few minutes. Didn't find a place/item for a proper usage of the electric iron.
