marine (6/5): Localisation magnifique mais intérieur et gestion vraiment à revoir - Proximité de l’eau et 3 chambres pour tous avoir notre espace. Nettoyage à revoir : ustensiles cuisine sales (et pas de fourchette ni cuillère pour 5 personnes!), grandes tâches sur lits enfants, insectes morts près des fenêtres, cheminée non nettoyées avec restes bûches et suie. Odeur de poussière et renfermé sur les plaids et couvertures enfants. Couvertures jetées dans l’armoire chambre parentale. 150€ de ménage pourtant compris. Problème électrique : multiprise retrouvée brûlée dans une chambre et prise brûlée à côté de la tv. Grille pain Hs fait sauter les plombs. Chauffage : 1 radiateur mobile fonctionnel sur 2. Agence : Gonzalo pas très intéressé par les problèmes relevés (pas de solution d’intervention)

Luis Alberto (7/5): Bien pero hay que renovar - El sitio está en una zona muy buena, bien comunicado con el resto del litoral, Santander, y toda la cornisa hasta el país vasco. La zona verde alrededor de la casa es un plus, así como la barbacoa. Poder meter el vehículo dentro de la propiedad da mucha tranquilidad. La casa está bien pero el mobiliario podría haberse modernizado un poco. Al llegar se sentía que llevaba tiempo cerrada y tuvimos que hacer esfuerzos para ventilarla, después muy cómodos. Se echó en falta una papelera en el baño, en los tiempos que corren, no se tira todo al WC. Equipamiento de cocina un poco justo, al menos para nosotros que nos gusta cocinar para la familia. Mala señal de internet/datos en la zona, pero teníamos cobertura
