Rita (8/5): I recommend it, but they need to improve their organization. - The accommodations were very good, with several thoughtful details that made a difference: the air conditioning was already on when we arrived, fresh water in the fridge, detergent for the dishwasher, and a very kind and helpful staff member to welcome us. The staff member also recommended great places to eat, where to park, and the best ice cream shops, which we tried and were really awesome. All of this contributed to a pleasant stay. However, there was an organizational issue that was quite frustrating. The day before our check-in, we were offered a free upgrade, which we gladly accepted (the upgrade was available to other clients as well, and it was first-come, first-served). Initially, we were informed that we wouldn’t get the upgrade and would remain in the original apartment, which was fine. However, around lunchtime, we received another message saying that we had, in fact, been upgraded to the second apartment, located approximately 1.7 to 2 km away. Then, just 10 minutes before the scheduled check-in, we were informed again via email that there had been a mistake, and we were to stay in the first apartment after all. As a result, we ended up walking back and forth, carrying our luggage for around 5-6 km, which was exhausting and caused our check-in to be delayed by over 30 minutes.
