- Kerstin (5/5): - Wir hatten die Unterkunft zwei Wochen zuvor gemietet …da war alles perfekt ! In diesem Hotelzimmer fehlte der zweite Sessel es gab keine Steckdosen ( gefährlich)! Das Bad war nicht sauber und der Boden im ganzen Zimmer war wirklich dreckig ! Wir sind nicht pingelig aber das ging überhaupt nicht !

- Christiane (5/5): - Sehr zentral und gute Ausstattung vom Apartement. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Guten Tag, ich hatte das Appartement zum ersten Mal gebucht. Die Kaffeetasse war noch in der Spülmaschine und in der Toilette sind mir zwei Sachen aufgefallen: die Armatur am Waschbecken wackelt extrem und die Toilette war nicht richtig gesäubert. Die Wand neben dem Bett zur Toilette hin müsste mal geweiselt werden, weist starke Flecken auf. Wir hatten selber mal jahreslang eine große Ferienanlage.

- Paul (5/5): Service unterirdisch, Apartment sehr schön - Der digitake Check in ging gut und schnell und das Öffnen der Türen über die Website hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Zimmer sieht gut aus und liegt wirklich sehr zentral. Wenn man duscht setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Teile die auf dem Boden stehen rosten deswegen schon. Obwohl alles sehr neu aussieht ist der Wasserhahn im Bad bereits lose. Es gab keine Gläser und nur eine Tasse. In der Fernbedienung waren keine Batterien. Nach Kontakt über WhatsApp wurde mitgeteilt, dass am nächsten Tag ein Mitarbeiter kommt, was beim Aufenthalt für eine Nacht natürlich keine Lösung ist. Es gab kein entgegenkommen und auf weitere Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert. Das geht mMn garnicht.

Check in online bastante prático e chave virtual. Chocolates de brinde foram um toque muito atencioso. Nós chegamos próximo às 5 da tarde e o quarto ainda não estava pronto, tivemos que esperar muito para poder entrar no quarto e isso realmente foi muito desagradável. A pia do banheiro estava entupida e não havia serviço de quarto disponível.

Impersonal, cap contacte amb el propietari. Faltaven gots, i alguns coberts estaven bruts. L'últim dia hi havia una gotera al bany. Impossibilitat de tancar a la nit el llum de sobre la cuina i de la pica (cal anar als interruptors generals per desconnectar la llum)

- Daniel (5/5): Great interior design but not well maintained - Nice interior design and very modern furniture. The elevator did not work and the place has not been cleaned well. There were bundles of hair and peanuts all over the floor, the curtains were stained, the toilet lid was completely loose, the towel stand was broken and the lighting in the kitchen didn’t work.

The lift was not working during our stay and the steps were an issue for our elderly family members. The key code system was at times difficult - if you had a problem with your phone you would have struggled.

If you do not have data on your phone because you are travelling from another country, it will be problem to get the entry key code to get into the place. The place is fine, but still no one has responded about my double payment and refund for 1 of the payments. So my rating is based off of poor customer service.

- Lara (8/5): Guter Aufenthalt der den Zweck erfüllt hat - Wir haben diese Unterkunft aufgrund der super zentralen Lage gebucht. Check In und Kommunikation hat tadellos funktioniert. Wir hatten ein bisschen Mühe, die Unterkunft zu finden, da es keine/kaum Beschilderung gibt und nichts darauf hindeutet, dass sich in dem Gebäude ein Hotel befindet. Beim einchecken ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Spülmaschine noch dreckig von den Vorbuchenden war. Wir haben dies umgehend reklamiert, und die Kommunikation via Whatsapp war professionell und freundlich, als Kompensation haben wir einen Late Check Out bekommen. Anderenfalls war alles sauber, bis auf ein paar Haare im Badezimmer. Das Bett war bequem. Alles in allem würde ich sagen, der Aufenthalt hat den Zweck erfüllt und wenn man es bevorzugt, kaum/gar nicht mit Menschen zu sprechen, ist dies eine hervorragende Wahl. Einen WOW Effekt gab es nicht.
