• Alexis (9/5): - Les cadre était chouette, très bien situé. Proche de la gare et du centre. Tout le nécessaire y était, même un frigo. Personnel sympathique. On m’a demandé de changer de chambre entre deux nuits car il y avait une erreur dans la réservation. Du coup je n’ai pas eu la chambre bleu.

• A (6/5): Fine location. Don't expect too much, though. - Rapid solving of problem with getting in: Communicative, open and friendly person, English spoken. Location fine within walking range of the central train station (15 min) as well as the city centre (30 min). Lift available. Beds fine. 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms. We booked this 'blue room', but ended, accompanied with not-ending chatter, in another one. Without us realising it then (within the same condominium, and similar). Error or clever ruse, we do not know (We, tired from the train, did not notice early enough, did not mention it). Please just double-check on your arrival. Why? Blue room has air condition, according to description here. The other room, however, opening to the street, had a fan only. Well, well, but with a night temperature well above the 20°C and Milan's humid city climate, that makes a relevant difference, even for people who would not use airco in normal conditions.

• Hetan (7/5): Great location but no toilet paper - It was clean, nice shared bathrooms, and great for location, close to metro and good cafe's There was no toilet paper for the first two days of our stay. We contacted the host via the messaging service upon arrival, and they responded with, "we will sort this in a moment," but no one ever arrived. We eventually had to ask the housekeeping staff when we happened to catch them a few days later but by that time we had bought our own
