• Saboktakin (1/5): - It was close to Taksim and Isteklal. but in general it was really bad I had to change my place to another hotel. and I lost my money. The tiolet and bathroom was horrible, there is humudity inside the house that you need to open the window, then the noise outside don't let you to sleep. The building and house wasn't clean.
• norbertbezzina (1/5): Lied to, scammed, and had to fight for weeks to get my own money back. - Nothing. We left after 1 hour 11 minutes. Where do I start? We arrived at 11 pm after a 7-hour flight to a room that had nothing to do with what was listed on Booking.com. Cracked walls. Peeling paint. A broken cooktop with burnt, encrusted knobs covered in old food. A filthy, stained sofa. Stained bed sheets. And what appeared to be a blood stain on the bathroom wall. This is what we paid for. The owner admitted via WhatsApp that the booked room type was not available that night. He knew before we arrived. He said nothing. He sent us the check-in details that same morning without a single word about it. We were inside that apartment for 1 hour and 11 minutes. Every minute of that time was spent discovering the issue, contacting another property, and leaving. We never slept there. We grabbed our luggage and walked 350 metres to a second accommodation we had to book and pay for on the spot, at 11 pm, after a 7-hour flight. Then it got worse. The owner told Booking.com we used the room for 4 to 5 hours. A flat-out lie. My Google Maps GPS timeline, flight records, and WhatsApp timestamps from two separate properties prove we were there for exactly 1 hour and 11 minutes. When I confronted him directly with this evidence, he changed his story to "a few hours." He contradicted his own statement to Booking.com in writing. I submitted everything to Booking.com. GPS data. Flight arrival records. Timestamped WhatsApp conversations. Photos. Videos of the apartment, us leaving, and us dropping the keys. A second Booking.com booking from the same night as proof. The owner's own contradicting statements. Booking.com sided with the property anyway. They offered me €10.21 in travel credits as a "token of appreciation." On a €72.90 booking, the room did not match the listing, and the owner lied. I rejected it. After weeks of back-and-forth and no resolution, I opened a chargeback with Revolut. I was refunded the full €72.90. Booking.com failed completely. Revolut did what Booking.

• cosmin (1/5): Lies and deceipt! - Very bad experience as my assigned studio flat which I booked and payed premium for it has been given away to somebody else ,despite being very specific mentioned when I booked originally 2 months in advance.at 12 am at midnight I was forced to go to another location and room without any internet and with suitcases at the streets of Istanbul in an unknown location ,to find out is a single room rather than a studio flat I rented.this is not acceptable nor human!those people can't be trusted and never again I will us them!be aware please. Awful service and lots of lies as they promised they will move me next day in the studio I always rent,this never happened!

• Ismail (2/5): - L’emplacement D’après d’un séjour de 3 jours j’ai rien aimer sur l’hotel Déjà en commençant avec la propreté je la note à 0/10 L’odeur de la chambre est catastrophe Chambre et escalier très sale Accès à l’hôtel très dur 0 isolation Endroit pas calme ( il y a des bars qui sont à côté qui chante toute la nuit karaoké ) Climatiseur qui marche 10 minutes c’est tout , (si tu dors il dort aussi ) Et tout cela, y’a pas de réception (un hôtel sans réception) J’ai vraiment galéré pendant ces trois jours, je recommande pas

Está en una zona muy activa, es un barrio muy bohemio. Es un lugar privado e independiente, con su propio baño. Tuve un problema con el agua caliente, y el administrador vino rapido y lo soluciono. EL cheking fue muy facil, las instruciones para llegar tambien. La siguiente es una critica constructiva, para mejorar el servicio. En general, a mi me gustó el apartamento, para una o dos personas esta muy bien. Sin embargo, deberían remodelarlo, arreglar los muebles de la cocina y el baño. No entendí para que tienen una cocina con estufa que no se puede utilizar. La habitación no estaba completamente limpia, olía a cigarrillo y vi suciedad y manchas en algunas zonas. La entrada al edificio tambien estaba sucía, en las escaleras. Es un apartastudio con mucho potencial, deberian arreglarlo un poco mas para que en verdad se puedan llamarla habitación de lujo.

• Subjana (5/5): - Το διαμέρισμα βρισκόταν σε κεντρικό σημείο στην Κωνσταντινούπολη με πολλά τύπου μπαράκια κλπ στην περιοχή. Η λάμπα στο μπάνιο δεν λειτουργούσε, γεγονός που μας δημιούργησε ανησυχίες σχετικά με την καθαριότητα του δωματίου, καθώς ο ανεπαρκής φωτισμός στο μπάνιο δεν επέτρεπε τον σωστό έλεγχο. Θεωρούμε ότι, εφόσον υπήρχε επαρκές πρόγραμμα καθαριότητας και ελέγχου, το πρόβλημα θα είχε εντοπιστεί εγκαίρως. Επιπλέον, το Wi-Fi δεν λειτουργούσε στο δωμάτιο και υπήρχε σήμα μόνο πολύ περιορισμένα κοντά στην εξώπορτα.

• عاشق اسطمبول (10/5): - الفندق كان رائع موقع ممتاز قريب من شارع الاستقلال وحوله كافه المطاعم ومحلات التسوق ومحلات البقاله والحانات التي تصدح بأجمل الموسيقى حتى ساعه متأخره من الليل والأخ المسؤول عن الفندق لا أعرف اسمه كان متعاون لاقصى حد شكرا جزيلا له كذلك الفندق امين جدا لاتوجد الي مشاكل والحمد لله الأجواء حول الفندق حيويه للغايه مفعمه بالحياه والحركه طول الوقت مما يعطي شعور بالأمان والفرح ادعو الراغب باقامه مريحه بالسكن برودوشان ما يعيب الفندق لايوجد به مصعد و ينقص المطبخ بعض الأقداح والملاعق وادوات المطبخ و عنايه أكثر بنظافه المناشف والشراشف ولكن لا بأس به من ناحيه النظافه

• Madár (5/5): Kis jóindulattal elfogadható a hely, de nem mindenhol teljesíti a minimum elvárásokat. - Az elhelyezkedés és az ár a szállás legfőbb erénye. A szállás elfoglalása könnyen ment, egyértelmű instrukciókat kaptam. A szállás elég koszos volt, szerencsére az ágynemű és a törölközők rendben voltak, de minden más poros és foltos volt (beleértve az ágykeretet és a wc-t is, amit nekem kellett kisikálni az előző vendég után). Hasonlóan problémás, hogy a hirdetés nem tükrözi a valóságot. A TV hiányzott a falról, a "felszerelt" konyhában pedig egy hűtő, egy vízforraló és egy bögre volt, semmi más (a képen főzőlap is látszik, ami nem volt, és edények sem). A Wifi sem működött, ezzel kapcsolatban írtam a házigazdának, napokkal később válaszolt, elvileg javítás alatt volt. A lakás összhatása elég lepukkant. Látszólag történt némi felújítás de ez is elég vegyes képet fest, minden össze van kenve festékkel és glettel, a falhibák egyszerűen át lettek festve, üres tiplik vannak a zuhanyzóban, a zuhanykabin filccel össze van firkálva, a függönyök nincsenek rendesen rögzítve, nem jó a méretük stb.

• AAROUD (1/5): Horrible - I booked this studio in Istanbul for a month, expecting a livable space with a usable kitchen, as described in their booking page. Unfortunately, the reality was extremely disappointing. The place was in terrible condition. Everything was either broken, dirty, or missing. The so-called kitchen, which was listed as fully available for cooking, had no proper utensils, and the hotplate didn’t even work. I reported this immediately to the owner, and who eventually brought another one, but it was very old, dirty, and barely functional and he said the kitchen is not for cooking and that they asked booking to removed the “available for cooking” from their description a long time ago but “booking” didn’t remove it which does NOT make sense at all. The sofa was filthy, the window handles were all broken, and even the TV remote had no batteries. It was clear the space hadn’t been properly maintained or cleaned. We were stuck there for a full month, and it was especially difficult because my mother had just had dental surgery and needed to prepare her own food. The conditions made that nearly impossible. The location is near everything but that was another issue because it is in a street full of bars, you could hear the loud music from 2pm up till 4am or even more so you barely get some sleep. The owner showed no real interest in fixing the situation, and overall, this was not at all what was promised in the listing. I do not recommend this property to anyone, especially for longer stays or if you plan to cook.

Some of the showers were broken (host tried to fix it with plastic bags and some wires), the walls were stained (oily handprints), and there were bugs in the room. We made a complaint to the hosts and they moved us to a different hotel (Utarit Hotel), which met our expectations.

Lovely little cafe underneath apartments. First night we had no hot water or heating, no remote for tv. There was a leak under the wash basin.

• Thomas (7/5): Good - Easy to enter the building and room through a guide received by owner. Location is amazing, really close to the metro and bus stops to go anywhere. Lots of cafe's, restaurants & shops within walking distance. Only 1 out of 3 stove's worked, making it hard to cook. Bed was a bit hard to sleep on and there was quite a bit of noise from the outside (expected though). The wardrobe drawers were a bit stiff making it tough to open/close sometimes.

Also it was dirty I arrived after evening and bathroom was so wet floor and hot , seems somebody took shower before I came but check out is at morning? Also there was no soap or shampoo nothing. No glasses or anything. But it’s cheap one

• Imaan (9/5): Week trip to istanbul - The staff are friendly and available when you contact them. The bed is comfortable and I love the location. It is a short walk near to istikilal and taksim. All the main shops are nearby, aswell as food places which is great as no taxi is required. Can be noisy due to the nearby traffic, clubs, and people walking past and the bathroom is too small.

• Matheus (2/5): Good location, but not good quality - Location only. The first apartment i went, the douche was broken and also leaking water from the hose and the heating system. The second one was better, but the toilet smells like sewer all the time, and also the drain from douche was cloged. All things in kitchen was too basic, the handles from drawers broken, and the cutlery you had only two of each. No detergent for dishes, and one basic electric oven with only one fryer and one pan. Quite basic accommodation. Is more like an Apart-Hotel than a really apartment was the post said. I'm not quite satisfied.

The host Asim is very cooperative, I requested him to check in early at 7am if the room is available and he did that to me for free. he sent the room service once also for free. I would stay here again for sure as I am very comfortable with the host Asim. The room need renovation. At the night is noisy but bearable.
