• Andreea (8/5): Locație buna,dormitor de poveste, dar baia urgent trebuie renovată - Locație buna, dormitorul uriaș si specific florentin, saltele , perne si lenjeria foarte bune, curate, de calitate, am dormit perfect. Am primit un proseco din partea proprietarului, dar sincer as fi preferat sa mi se facă curat in cameră decât un proseco. Miros neplăcut in toată cladirea, Baia cu mucegai, pereții si usa din baie stricate si murdare. Podeaua era lipicioasa. Timp de 5 zile nu ni s-a ridicat gunoiul, nici nu am fost informați ca nu se va face curat niciodată. Nu aveam cum sa aruncam noi gunoiul ca nu existau pubele afară si regulile erau stricte in zonă. Anul acesta am fost in locații similare in Napoli si Palermo, dar se facea curat zilnic de către proprietar. Am fost si in regim airbnb si curățenia era asigurată de proprietar. Este prima dată cand am întâlnit asa ceva. Bucătăria nu ne-a interesat, noi nu mergem in concediu sa mâncăm in cameră. Am stat tot timpul cu geamurile deschise si am parfumat locul pentru o atmosferă de vacanță. Dacă știam ca nu avem curățenia asigurată, alegeam altă locație cu siguranță.

• Pavan (10/5): - Mi è piaciuta l accoglienza e la disponibilità di Elsa. La posizione centrale con garage custodito a 50 m dalla struttura. Pulizia dell appartamento e confortevole. Tutto perfetto. Ci ritornerò ancora.sicuramente.

• Ithurralde (9/5): Excelente opción para Florencia - La ubicación, a dos cuadras de la catedral de Florencia, a la vuelta de la galería de la academia. Al ser un contrafrente, no había ningún tipo de ruido de la calle, y las ventanas son modernas bien aislante. Los ambientes muy amplios, con una cocina y baños nuevos, mucho espacio de guardado. Buenas camas y muy equipado el depto. Está perfecto en precio calidad. La atención de la empresa que alquila, muy buena. Se sube por escaleras al depto, en un segundo piso alto, que es complicado con valijas pesadas. La zona de living comedor con sillón cama, y el cuarto tienen ventanas pequeñas para semejante tamaño de ambientes, lo que lo hace un poco oscuro de luz natural.

También, la seguridad del apartamento, el pack de bienvenida para consumo, tiene lo necesario. Muy bien equipado. Subir escaleras. Hay que decir que son muy amplias y cómodas para subir y bajar, afortunadamente, eran 2 pisos.
• Leo (9/5): Divan boravak u Firenci gradu punom povijesnih i kulturnih znamenitosti. - Doručak nije bio uključen. Lokacija objekta je sjajna. Sve znamenitosti su na nekoliko minuta hoda, a sam apartman kraj Duoma. Jeli smo izvan apartmana tako da kuhinju i pripadajući pribor nećemo ocjenjivati. Kreveti su bili prostrani i udobni. Apartman je bio zadovoljavajuće čist. Klima uređaj ne radi dobro. Na balkonu se nalaze dvije vanjske jedinice koje su jako prljave s krpama prašine. Vlasnik apartmana bi se trebao pobrinuti za čišćenje i servisiranje klima uređaja ne samo iz razloga boljeg rada uređaja i udobnosti gostiju nego i zbog šteta radi kvara klima uređaja, Drugih primjedbi nemamo.

• Romano (10/5): Ultimo giorno di vacanza con visita stupenda a Firenze - Le stanze sono comodissime e funzionali, la cucina ben fornita, il bagno comodo. L’aria condizionata, Wi-Fi e tv come descritte. Le scale, peccato non ci sia l’ascensore
• Jannah (10/5): Goede locatie en ruim en schoon appartement. - De locatie is echt fantastisch. De kamers zijn erg ruim en er was genoeg kastruimte voor vier vriendinnen. Er was niet echt een woonkamer dus deze hebben we in de grootste kamer ‘gemaakt’.

• Αχιλλέας (9/5): Superb - Location was between the train station and the Cathedral which is good if you are using the train station. The apartment was very big and comfortable especially the main bedroom. Stairs for 2 floors was a real challenge. I would have given a 10 if an elevator existed. Of course unavailability of an elevator is normal for Florence and generally Italy.

• Tiffany (10/5): Clean, large, centrally located apartment. - Clean, large apartment, comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay in Florence, this apartment was so close to the Duomo and restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere and were able to stop in and out of the apartment throughout the day. Very thankful for the Nespresso machine in the morning. Very kind host. Would definitely stay here again. We loved everything about Florence and this apartment.
• Fasoulaki (8/5): Lovely stay - Very comfortable and very clean bed and pillows. Flat ironed out sheets with no imperfection.Coffee machine Nespresso was so lovely to have.. Huge impressive bed rooms. The ceiling is gorgeous. It's got a full kitchen. Lots of marmalade oil, vinegar , coffee and toast samples. Nice experience sleeping in a 1600s building . Super Central Spot, close to everything. View of the Duomo as soon as you step out of the building. No elevator. With 3 kids(toddler) and stroller it was a workout. Otherwise I wouldn't mind the steps. The bathroom could use a tile makeover to make it feel more clean. Even though it is very clean.
• Yidong (10/5): Amazing! - what amazing! Beautiful girl waiting for us at the door when we check in. She gave us some information about the views, restaurants. Because we lived on the 2nd floor, she also helped us to carry the luggages, really nice. The location is amazing, about 600 meters walking distance from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Good choice for walk to the cathedral in the morning.
• Avital (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful suite with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. Very comfortable, well eqcuiped. Location is great, however parking was challenging. In case you plan to stay more than one night with th car, I suggest you book a parking slot with the garage when leaving in the morning. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Communication with the staff was great. Paolo met us in the apartment when we arrived and provided some useful info regarding our stay. No elevator, second floor However I knew it prior our arrival

• Mercedes (10/5): I would recommend staying because they were very helpful and gave us information on how to get aroun - Paolo was very helpful. Place had plenty of toilet paper, soaps and even washing machine soap. They also had coffee and treats. Great location to see all the sights.

• Ha (9/5): Superb - Emmanuel was an amazing host and spent 20 minutes with us describing his recommendations in great detail. Spacious main room. Beautiful decor. Has a washing machine for laundry. Located just a few hundred feet from the Duomo. Centrally located near many different attractions. Keys were sometimes tricky and didn't turn. We had to get help one time from a neighbor on the street to turn the key. Lots of stairs to climb if you have luggage but that's the norm in Italy.
• Jasmin (6/5): Location top, rest flop - This flat is in urgent need of a thorough cleaning. Hairs in the bathroom, white stains on black pillows that suggest a lot. Disgusting, that's just not acceptable. Disappointing. Value for money is absolutely not there. The location is top though.
• Nikki (8/5): Fantastic location- loved it - Excellent location, a very large unit - suited my husband, 17yo & I very well. Shower was really the only let down. 2nd floor was hard with my bad knee but was great.
• Kyle (8/5): Very good - It was in a good location, close to all the attractions in Florence. The apartment was super spacious and clean. It was on the 2nd floor, lots of stairs for our family. I would still recommend highly this property but just be aware of the stairs.
• Lauro (8/5): A nice place not far from the center - Friendly host, good Location not far from main Cathedral, Quiet Kitchen utensils are at bare minimum. We were 4 people and used the sleeping sofa as a bed. The result is that there was nowhere to sit comfy beside the bed. An additional simple sofa or comfy chair would have been appreciated.
• Fooi- (7/5): Florence: holiday with friends - Location is great. Large room is very spacious with lofty ceilings and nice big windows looking out to the street. Other room was much smaller but very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were compact but had all you needed plus laundry facility is super useful. Staff at Firenze Rentals were very friendly and helpful. Their office was close by and we were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out. Kitchen table is too small to do much with or sit at together. Large room is huge and could easily accommodate a nice sitting area / coffee table / study desk. A bit more of the right sort of furniture would make it a great place to relax in as well as sleep in

It was easy to access and Someone from the company went over to let us in and show us how everything worked & went over the city map with us. There were a lot of steps -4 flights. You have to be in good enough shape to get up the steps with luggage.
