• George (8/5): A nice place to stay. - A very cute little cottage located very conveniently beside the Riesling Trail. It's an older sytyle house that has been renovated, and is clean and modern. The kitchen is well equipped, spacious and clean. Provisions (and plenty of them) had been left in the refrigerator for breakfast. The town of Clare is very worth of a visit and we'll be sure to visit again as we didn't really get to see all of the sights. There are some great wineries to visit. The floors in the two front bedrooms were very creaky and really should be looked at.

• Nadg63 (9/5): Quiet, comfy, convenient. - Great location, (short walk to the town centre), off-street parking, clean and roomy house, 'a home from home'. flexible re check-in time which in itself was very easy; despite being located in what looked like a commercial area it was very quiet. Everything needed re kitchen utensils etc was supplied, as was breakfast. Would def stay again :) Nothing particularly, but being picky:- being two couples another hairdryer for bathroom 2 would have been handy, kitchen window let in a fair amount of water during heavy overnight rain. Stay was too short :)

• Gayle (8/5): We had a nice stay but there are things that could be done without spending a lot of money to improve the property. - It was spacious and clean. Need a heat light in second bathroom given that it is the closest to main bedroom. Towels need updating. The steps up and down to main bedroom and second bathroom, also the steps near the front door are a trip hazard. An air con unit in the main bedroom would be great.

• Leonie (10/5): Great accommodation in a very convenient location to the wineries. - We loved everything about the property. It has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and is a great stay for 2-3 couples or those with older children. The beds (1x King and 2x Queens) were really comfortable, and the showers were great. The house had everything you would need and more. They even provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues and extra rolls of toilet paper which doesn't always happen. There was also breakfast provisions provided for a cooked breakfast, as well as enough food for a continental breakfast on the other days. The house was in a great location, being only a couple of blocks away from the main street, and the Riesling Trail was across the road. We would highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Clare.

• Mary (10/5): Relaxing and fun. - The location , close to town and the Riesling Trail.The cottage is warm and comfortable and beautifully set up.
• Clare (10/5): Enjoyable family stay - The property was well set out and the garden very nice. The host was very accommodating and we appreciated the portable cot and highchair. It is a very suitable property for young kids. A small matter- an indoor clothes line would be helpful as it was hard to get clothes dry outside in winter.

• Helen (7/5): Good - Good size for 2 couples, clean, well set up kitchen. Very poor lighting out the back for bbq. Lock box code had changed & we were not informed prior to arrival. It then took some time to have our call returned.

• Larry (9/5): Great location, relaxing stay! - The cottage was spacious, well equipped and was perfect for friends or a family to spend time. The location was great as it was across the road from the wine trail and only a short walk to the Main Street. It has a relaxing vibe and it was a bonus to have breakfast included.

Mostly well presented property The kitchen tap was unusable, the noise was terrible and someone has tried to fix it as it had tape on it. Made even just filling kettle difficult. The owner did reply with an apology and that they would get it fixed. Cleaning could’ve been a bit better.
• Annie (8/5): We enjoyed our stay but a couple of issues mentioned above could easily be fixed :) - The location was great next to the trail and the space was perfect for both people and pets. The supplies for breakfast were appreciated and having the verandah and outside areas was a bonus. The air conditioning in the front two bedrooms did not appear to be working and it was a hot weekend so guests were quite uncomfortable overnight. The kitchen tap was damage prior to arrival and was only supplying a dribble of water. The dishwasher worked well though

The dining chairs need some TLC, they were comfortable, but all of us were afraid to sit on them. They move a lot and a bolt came out of one of them.

The kitchen tap was a bit dodgy, the sprayer didn’t lock in which created a bit of noise, it worked but maybe needs to be replaced.
