• Sarah071184 (10/5): Gut geeignet für einen Istanbulaufenthalt - Das sehr freundliche Personal. Gurkan und die komplette Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Danke für den Tee. Und das Problem, dass unsere gebuchte Zimmerkategorie für die erste Nacht nicht verfügbar war wurde super gelöst. Danke dafür. Bett sehr bequem und auch sonst ist die Ausstattung gut. Frühstück ist jetzt vielleicht nicht klassisch was für den Deutschen aber wir haben genügend gefunden und es war auch lecker. Lage ist top. Zimmer ein wenig hellhörig aber hey das ist wirklich nicht schlimm.

• Maria (7/5): Limpio, buena ubicación y personal. No adaptado a silla de ruedas - Buena ubicación, personal muy dispuesto que nos ayudó en todo momento. Habitaciones y camas cómodas. Limpieza perfecta. Desayuno adecuado y variado. Elegimos el hotel por explicitar que estaba adaptado a sillas de ruedas, sin embargo a la entrada hay un escalón de unos 30 cm, para subir al desayuno hay que subir 3 escalones y el baño de la habitación no tiene suficiente giro para silla de ruedas ni barras para el inodoro. Gracias a la ayuda y disposición del personal pudimos acceder al desayuno y volver a bajar todos los días. Si no fuera por la ayuda del personal no habría sido posible. Pero la realidad es que el hotel no está nada adaptado para personas que van en silla de ruedas.

• Aleksejs (7/5): - Расположение хорошее. Очень приветливый персонал Ну, у меня есть вопросики к чистоте. Занавески ( тюль) не стирали несколько лет. В ванной тоже далеко от идеала, если честно. Если вы делаете прозрачные стеклянные стены в санузле, тогда мойте их и обрабатывайте от плесени:) Смеситель в душе развалился, сначала не давал сделать воду горячей ( она была теплой, но было прохладно), мы сказали на рецепции - они прислали мастера, который тупо снял регулятор)))) и из душа тек кипяток. Было забавно. это был день отъезда, поэтому мы не стали обострять, как-то сполоснулись. Завтрак не впечатлил. Перекусить можно, но довольно слабенько. мне не хватило теплой еды ( всегда на завтрак есть хотя бы омлет, тут только яйцо в крутую). Было много овощей - это прикольно, всякие разные сыры, оливки. Кофе ужасный))) Чай отличный. Скажем так голодным не уйдешь, что тоже замечательно :)

• Patrice (9/5): Excellent séjour dans cet hotel du centre historique d'Istanbul - Tout est réuni dans ce bel hôtel pour passer un excellent et confortable séjour à Istanbul. Le staff est génial, accueillant, sympathique, serviable, souriant, élégant, de bonne humeur et prêt à rendre service et répondre aux questions. La chambre dans un style contemporain (pour la partie récente de l’hôtel en tout cas) était confortable avec une bonne literie, très calme et bien insonorisée. Le spa avec piscine est un vrai plus, tellement relaxant et agréable après une longue journée de marche et de balades pour découvrir la ville, dont le centre historique (mosquée Sainte Sophie, tramway, etc) est réellement à moins de 200 mètres. Le quartier est agréable avec une ribambelle de restaurants dont certains de bon niveau, exclusivement de la cuisine turque cependant. Chambre petite avec très peu de rangements. Nos valises sont restées toute la semaine au pied du lit avec nos vêtements dedans. Salle de bain étroite et sans espace de rangement, seul le WC pour poser nos affaires de toilette. Le petit déjeuner, la déception du séjour, n'est pas au niveau du reste de l’hôtel. Le buffet est pléthorique mais pas assez qualitatif pour ce type d’hôtel. La salle est peu accueillante et étroite où il y fait très chaud de bon matin. Je conseille de venir tôt, avant que le soleil ne tape trop fort et que la foule bruyante et dissipée arrive.

Jest zdecydowanie podział na wyższy standard pokojów w 1 budynku, my dostaliśmy pokój w 2 budynku czyli trochę gorszy standard. Dodatkowo za oknami mieliśmy widok na stare zniszczone budynki oraz skuty beton w drodze. Nie zostaliśmy poinformowani, że ze spa mężczyźni mogą korzystać w określonych godzinach. Ponadto sauny to ściema, nie były w ogóle przygotowane do korzystania. Łóżka za twarde.

• william (7/5): Premier séjour à Istanbul - Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et attentif. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les principaux monuments (à 5 minutes à pied de tout). Nous avons pris un soin hammam et les praticiens étaient très doués. Très bon point En premier le petit déjeuner. Il n’est pas conforme au photo et durant tout notre séjour on a dû aller manger dehors le matin tellement il ne donnait pas envie. Les équipements devraient être révisés (porte qui claque, fenêtre qui ferme mal, lampe qui ne fonctionne pas, l’espace spa qui mériterait une remise en fraîcheur)

Το σημείο είναι πολύ κοντά σε αρκετά αξιοθέατα, σε μαγαζιά εστίασης και συγκοινονίες ο χώρος του πρωϊνού είναι σχετικά μικρός. Λίγη μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία και εναλλαγή στο πρωϊνό

• Niels (9/5): Prima keuze voor paar dagen Istanbul - Locatie was super, 5 minuten lopen van Blauwe moskee, maar ook van de grote bazar. kamer was netjes, schoon en stil. Personeel is super behulpzaam en we kregen nog een upgrade omdat badkamer een defect had die niet snel kon worden opgelost. Het ontbijt is redelijk eenvoudig. De basis is prima maar niet heel bijzonder.

• Ali (6/5): - Voor het personeel was niets te veel. Ontzettend vriendelijke mensen en meedenkend in alles. De locatie was ook geweldig. Alles lopends kunnen doen. Ondanks dat we bij alle bezienswaardigheden waren, was het toch heel rustig en stil in het hotel. Fijn kunnen slapen daardoor. Fijne bedden ook. Het ontbijt was ronduit smerig. Dat hebben we dus maar buiten het hotel gedaan steeds. Verder waren de kamers best krap, maar dat is logisch voor een plek die zo centraal ligt. Ook trokken de toiletten niet goed door.

• Malvina (6/5): Accueil et personnel très agréable mais chambre beaucoup trop petite , bonne propreté cela dit - Le personnel très sympathique et accueil parfait Très déçus du petit déjeuner ainsi que de la salle de réception, de plus la chambre qui était extrêmement petite, impossible de rentrer dans le lit sans se faufiler, extrêmement chaud et pas de clime

• Gregor (3/5): Zentral aber Ausstattung und Größe des Zimmers stimmt nicht überein - Einzig die Lage Die Fotos auf Booking com stimmen nicht mit den Zimmern vorort überein. Anstatt Für das gebuchte Superior Doppelzimmer mit lt. Booking com entsprechender Ausstattung wurde lediglich Standardzimmer gegeben oder die Fotos und Ausstattungsmerkmale sind Fake. Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Auch Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig.
• Ariadna (7/5): - Ubicación perfecta, rodeado de todo lo que puedas necesitar y súper cerca de lo principal turisticamente hablando. El desayuno. Poca variedad y tuvimos que esperar 2 días para poder sentarnos ya que no había hueco para sentarnos

• Lavinia (10/5): - A nice and comfortable hotel, located close to many major attractions yet set in a quiet area. The surroundings are pleasant, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were kind, helpful, and polite. The breakfast is varied and tasty, and the restaurant, although small, offers a splendid view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.

• Madeleine (10/5): Great stay! Would come back - The people were very nice, the bed comfortable and the shower very good The breakfast could have been better, but it was okay. Also the toilet did not allow for much privacy
• Надежда (10/5): The best hotel ! - Amazing hotel in a perfect location in Istanbul, close to all major attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and answering all our questions. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a convenient and central location in Istanbul.
