• Lynne (10/5): Relaxing beautiful spot! - Such a beautiful location on the beach with a nice swimming area and snorkeling right out front. Alan and his wife were super helpful and friendly. They have created an amazing remote getaway. I went solo but will definitely be going back with family and friends. If you want something off the beaten path, this place is for you!

• William (7/5): Wonderful man who owns the place and he was very helpful. - The owner was very helpful and nice. The property is in the early stages of development so it's not a fancy place but it fit the bill for an overnight stay before a flight at a great price and a nice clean room. Wonderful view and right on the water. The road to get there is a little off the beaten path. It will be a nice spot once the property is completed.

I do intend to stay again in the future oh and Allen (property the owner) is a very nice guy friendly and very helpful. there's not much I can say I didn't like, if I'm being honest its just the water had a slight sulfur smell but after the filter was replaced problem solved

• Dr. (9/5): We will be back! - Beautiful location, lovely family running the community. They made us feel very welcome and were very responsive to anything we needed. The other guests were lovely too. Location was excellent, would recommend a rental car to get around the island. Wonderfully equipped unit with a full kitchen and amazing amenities. We will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The hosting family even worked with my bestie to arrange a birthday surprise for me. Above and beyond! My literal ONLY complaint is the sulfur smell of the water. Made showering and tooth brushing unpleasant, but they explained we were on a well and what can do you? Small price up pay for paradise!

• John (10/5): I highly recommend staying here. - This is a rare gem in Marsh Harbour. The apartments were outstanding and meticulously supplied with many conveniences. The owner was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The location is on e secluded beach and is remote from town. If you are planning for more than a few days stay bring groceries from town to cook your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen.

• Susan (10/5): Heaven on Earth - My stay here was delightful. I rented one of their one bedroom, one bath units on the beach. It is fully equipped with a Keurig, a blender, cutlery, glassware, plates and more. The refrigerator had Sands Beer and bottles of water + a jug of purified water for the coffee. There is a screen TV, a moder bathroom, with a state-of-the art shower system you would find in a luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable, but the best part was how quiet and serine it was. No hotel noises and their A/C unit is as quiet as a whisper when it's on. The complex sits right on the water. You can watch a sunrise or sit on the deck and watch the sunset. Better yet, hop in a hammock and look up into the night sky and see hundreds of stars. While the property is still going through renovations and expansion, my stay was peaceful, and quiet. The rates are competitive, and of great value. Given how spacious each studio is, how close you are to the water/beach, and how clean, and well-appointed the rooms are - Great Cistern Beach Village was a great find! Everything they are currently working on to pave the entrance (it's off a paved road into a gravel road) the hard pack is not finished. A bedside table to lay my phone and water on (I brought a patio table inside). Bathroom hooks on the back of the door to hide the beach towels.
