• Drevenšek (8/5): - Apartma je odlično opremljen, ni osebnega stika gostiteljem (vse poteka po WhatsAppu) tretji dan so nam zamenjali posteljnino in brisače ... Vonj na stopnišču in v stanovanju je neprijeten (mešanica vonja iz odtoka in vlage), stanovanje bi lahko bilo bolj natančno očiščeno (ogledala in mizice so bile "razmazane", po vogalih je bilo prašno ...). Naslov nastanitve in posledično tudi navodila za pot so napačna, zato taxi ustavi 200m prej.

The check‑in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host also provided helpful recommendations for restaurants . The location is excellent: everything is reachable without using transport, and there are many shops, restaurants, and bars just around the corner. The bus station with lockers is only about a 5‑minute walk away, which was very convenient. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

Appartement en rez de chaussée, donnant sur voie avec beaucoup de passage de voitures. Pas de double vitrage engendrant des nuisances sonores importantes en raison du passage, y compris la nuit. Grosse problématique d'humidité : papier peint qui se décolle dans l'entrée avec traces d'humidité; angle haut du mur dans le salon noirci d'humidité; meuble vasque de la salle d'eau en mauvais état, vasque qui fuit, idem pour la douche côté lavabo (fuites); pas de porte serviettes.. Nous avons eu également à plusieurs reprises durant la semaine des odeurs d'égouts provenant de la salle de bain, ce qui fût très gênant. Beaucoup plus sombre que sur photos Quelques améliorations à effectuer pour que ce soit parfait.

• Paula (6/5): - Gostei da disponibilidade da nossa interlocutora que sempre se prontificou nos pedidos que fiz. A limpeza do apartamento foi má. O sofá estava todo sujo e tive de ser eu a retirar as capas das almofadas e coloquei na máquina de lavar roupa. O chão também estava bastante sujo e a base de chuveiro. O sofá cama ainda tinha os lençóis sujos de outros hóspedes e não tinha lavados para substituir. Informaram que tínhamos produtos de higiene mas éramos 3 pessoas e deixaram 2 frascos pequeninos de produtos. O mesmo aconteceu com os produtos da louça. Acho que em termos de aspectos a melhorar deviam ter em conta isso porque se oferecem os produtos os hóspedes não levam e depois têm de comprar e deixar lá ficar os frascos que não podem transportar...

• Dessie (9/5): Lovely apartment close to all the main attractions of Seville ( including the bus station). Would be very happy to stay - Location was very good. It was easy to get in using the codes supplied. Very clear instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Everything was clean and in good working order. There was no facility to drop baggage off before check in or after check out- but there was an independent locker facility close by which we used.

• Tímea (10/5): Modern, well-equipped apartment close to the city - The design and furnishing of the apartment is outstanding, also the welcome information and packages. The bed is very comfortable and thanks to the layout we had a good sleep although the apartment is on the ground floor (the bedroom are is not overlooking the street, so it was quiet). The management of the apartment is outstanding, we received plenty of useful information in person and online as well. The location was great for us - great bars in the nearby square, the centre and the bus station is in walking-distance.

I would thoroughly recommend a stay with Genteel Homes, they really do look after you and - The property was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, great proximity to everything we wanted to see. The welcome packs and their contents were ideal, as well as the toiletries provided. The helpful information on the QR code was comprehensive, and the contact before arrival was much appreciated and not intrusive. The team were great, friendly and helpful and made check in and arranging our airport transfer for us effortless.

We had to park in a different parking almost 5 minutes a way by car! Then they told us it will be 18 euros per day at a cheaper price and they sent us an address. Once we were ready to leave the parking charged us 63 euros for two days! And the staff would not take responsibility! The other thing: roof top pool is so small it’s useless, and the shower gets cold after 5 minutes of use! I would not recommend this place! Especially if you’re driving!

• Elian (7/5): not value for money, not a real apartment / studio, no minimal services offering - From the airport you can get directly by EA bus to the Plaza de Armas bus station and from there in a few minutes walk to the location, in total about an hour. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic center, close to all major tourist attractions, as well as shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all of which can be walked through. The train station is a 40-minute walk or 25-minute bus ride away. They offered us a free still water for 1l and 4 cans of coffee for the espresso machine. The apartment is clean and quite well maintained, with minimalist furniture, in a modern style and has a mini indoor terrace and a view from the kitchen to the main street. They offered us to check in 2 hours earlier, as when we left, we just left the key in the apartment and just check out. The communication with the host was a difficult one, this being done exclusively through WhatsApp and although we requested, he did not want and even did not answer the phone, the access to the apartment being made after conversations exclusively on WhatsApp, in which a guy came and brought us the key and briefly presented the location. The apartment is actually an open space studio, without physically delimited spaces, wagon type, with a narrow space on the width, especially if the sofa bed is also used, with a high risk if you have small children bumping into the furniture. The bathroom has a trace of wear at the entrance, and the sliding door is very heavy and thus it is quite difficult to close and open the door. The ceiling above the sofa is cracked in places and superficial and partial repairs can be seen, giving an ugly look to a so-called apartment /studio presented as being top on booking. The terrace is very small, without a window to the outside, so if you are claustrophobic, it is not recommended. At night, the street is very lively, and the apartment is not soundproofed and you can hear everything from the street, from drunks and partygoers who disturb deeply. There are no light indicators for the night in the apartment, and from the bed there is a 2-step staircase and you can seriously injure yourself if you are not careful. During our 4-night stay, although they called us and asked us on the second day of accommodation if we need something and we asked them, they did not offer us any cleaning service, garbage pick-up, changed bed linen, towels and soaps. I am very sorry for the choice I made, because the money I paid for booking, I could have been booked with my family, at a 3-4 star hotel, with cleaning services and breakfast included.

• Stuart (9/5): An absolutely stunning apartment, very centrally located and great value for money. - I stayed in the duplex apartment for 5 nights. I really loved the layout of the apartment. It had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay and I didn’t want to leave! The staff at the property were really helpful and responsive. I also loved the terrace and the private use of the plunge pool (it’s not a swimming pool) It could have been slightly cleaner. I mean, I want to stress that it was by no means dirty but there were a few stray hairs and dusty corners here and there, but it really wasn’t enough for me to get stressed!

Communication with the host before we arrived was running from several different numbers (and probably different persons) from their side. At the end we were not know who knows what. That was the reason for misunderstanding related to delivering the key. The apartment is narrow, especially if you have to expand the bed.

• Tony (6/5): We enjoyed Seville very much and accept a city break can be noisy. - Very well equipped, clean , modern. Location good for exploring the city. The water was usually hot for showers. Good supermarket close by and easy walking distance to the shops, bars and public transport. we booked an apartment that showed outside space, we had none. When we queried this we were told they sent photos of the apartment. The ones we saw were only of the interior, how were we to know from that ? This was very disappointing as we specifically wanted some outside space and would not have booked this if that was made clear. The double bed had one side next to a wall, making it difficult to get in/out of bed and to make it each day. It is next to a busy road and whilst there was effective double glazing, the road noise was noticeable at all times. There were no curtains or blinds in the bedroom making it light very early in the morning. Whilst the back just looks at a brick wall, the guests in the apartment below could see in. storage of the clothes airer was dangerous. It was too big for the cleaning cupboard and fell forward when the cupboard was opened. No light over the entry door to the property making it difficult to see the keyhole in the dark. Unable to leave cases on departure which was scheduled for 11 a.m. and our flight wasn't until 9.30 p.m. Quite small accommodation and I would not recommend it for more than two people.
