• Ian (6/5): Having booked and paid I received demand for a deposit / damage waiver of £200 before the key code would be released - Convenient and presentable The property was ideal for the purpose but the management process is poor.
• Ann (4/5): Parking was great. Location was great as easy to access London central. But property cleanliness was not up to standard. - Location and parking was great! cleanliness was not up to standard. towels had marks on them that looks like it has been used already. toilets not overall clean, rugs looked dirty. chairs in the dining area were wobbly and potentially dangerous, one chair couldn’t be used safely. remote control had no batteries so were not able to watch tv. dusty corners around the house. shower curtains were very old and disgusting.

• Amal (8/5): Very good - An entire house with parking for a car. Not too far from London. Ideal if you're visiting London and have a car. The rooms were clean and the check in instructions were clear.

• Kimanzi (1/5): Bad - Nothing, Property scam be warned, because I didn't get to the apartment they cancelled my 1 day, and they said there was no availability, so they took all my money £479 and until this date, they refused to refund me. Everything the woman was rude, I did explain to her that it showed one day none availability when Iwas booking the property, but my money £479 was already out of my bank, she demanded £100 cancellation fee with less than 4 hours after booking, till this date which is 29 days later she as refused to return my money. That is a scam property, I have put my complaint to Booking.com.
