Guest Reviews
- Tulio (4/5): Avaliação do quartoa - Localização é realmente boa.
- Charlotte (7/5): - Wonderful location, easy self check in and good value for location and space.
Small practical kitchen area with microwave, fridge and kettle, with a tesco express across the road to stock up on basics.
Comfy bed and a relaxed stay Could do with a freshen up in areas
- itay (8/5): - The location is amazing!
The shower and the kitchen are nice and new The carpet was dirty. The shelves (like cubes) on the side are dirty, old and broken, no need for them.
It's a bit noisy from upstairs..
- Matteo (9/5): -
- Liam (1/5): Disgusting, dirty, smelly, horrendous awful place. AVOID AVOID !! - Nothing it was awful! Would have rather been in jail Everything, it was horrendous. Filthy, grubby, hidden in the dungeon of Indian restaurant and shish bar. Stunk of tobacco in the entrance stairs. The accommodation hall smelt like a public toilet with stale urine. Bathroom riddled with damp, broken furniture, marks over all the walls. The whole place was disgusting and the worst place I have EVER been in
- Jo (5/5): - Location The noise from traffic and no thermostat
- Richard (1/5): Wrong key in key box, no interest in resolving the issue. Booked to stay somewhere else - Location is ok Check in and support to access key
- RAKAN (1/5): It was completely strange. The entrance was through a bar, and the table next to my head was full of insects. Anna was c -
- Rosalie (6/5): good for short term stay close to public transport. - the directions werent accurate and google maps was misleading. It took a long time to find the location which didnt have a number on it.
- Shehu (5/5): - The availability of kettles and microwave and location. The staff was helpful anyway. The toilets werent flushing, i couldnt ease my self for a whole night. The experience was horrible.

- Tanya (3/5): Awful. - The location The entrance, steeps steps, smell, cigarette butt on the corridor floor (for entire 5 day stay), only 1 fork?, broken handle on ‘dresser’.
But worst of all had people knocking on the door in the middle of the night, very frightening.
- Lynn (6/5): - Great area within London itself, a stones throw from Marble Arch and inexpensive Pillows were very thin. Specific location was reflected in the price. In the basement of an Indian restaurant/whisky/shisha bar. Strong smells from the hookah pipes on the way in and out.
- Vin (1/5): We will never go there again. - There was no breakfast. Don’t sprain an ankle while you’re out looking at London, as you’ll never get back down the stairs to the room. It under a restaurant and very noisy. The noise is one thing, but it’s just filthy. They could have the place cleaned. I have never seen the insides of a Turkish Prison, but I imagine they would have been cleaner than this place. We had to move from one room to another due to an ant infestation. This place should never appear again on Booking.com.

- Charlotte (7/5): - De locatie was goed. Vlak bij metro, shopping street en restaurants. Prima appartement. Goede faciliteiten .
- Daniel (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good No response from host when reporting issues. Fire escape door was locked and blocked with cleaning equipment. Property was not ready by check in time.
- Andrew (9/5): - The following review is for Willesden Green Apartments which the owner of this apartment arrange for me after a unforeseen issue days before my arrival:
The studio apartment was easy to locate and gain access, clean and comfortable throughout my stay. Tube was a five to ten minute walk and plenty of shops for convenience. Superb communication for everything and would very happily stay here again N/A
- Abdullah (6/5): -
- Marta (10/5): -
- Dennis (5/5): Get what you pay for and less - Location, bathroom and kitchen. That's it Bed is old and pillow are crap. Entry to the apartments.
No clean towels available
- Brian (4/5): No comment - Close to Hyde Park I getting underground get off at Marble Arch Very basic Broken Tv No kettle utensils dirty in drawer antis on worktops
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant - Location, brilliant for hyde park concerts. Mattress was very thin. And couldn't get signal on TV
- Diane (1/5): Felt like we were staying in a brothel - Location was very good 😊 Apartment was filthy
- Ekaterin (1/5): Worst stay of my life!! Jails are nicer than this!! - This was the worst experience of my life. The place was unsanitary. It had human nails in the kitchen, black hair in the kitchen, blood in the bathroom, no toilet paper and was the same entrance as hookah longer. Very noisy!! Dirt on the walls. Lied on booking and said there was hairdryer. There was no soap!! Need refund!! This was the worst experience of my life. Was miserably hot. Didn’t sleep all night. Tried to get in touch with owner. There was no response. I’ve tried call, email, WhatsApp. No response.
- Derek (9/5): Superb -
- Neville (5/5): Great location but if you want to sleep, go somewhere else. - The location is amazingly central and convenient. There is Marble Arch tube station and also a lot of buses which connects the city. There are also a lot of supermarkets and Primark just around the corner. The bathroom is quite good, the shower is big and water pressure great. The small kitchen is also convenient for warming and light meals. WIFI is also very good and strong. The common area was always clean and smelled fresh. If you want to rest after a day out, forget it.
1) The mattress needs replacement. It is way used and not comfortable at all. Spend 6 days with a spring in my back.
2) The apartment is a semi-basement (nothing bad with that), but it is surrounded with Indian type restaurants/bars. At all time of day and night, these are on the phones (speaker) taking and talking endlessly in the street, which comes just above the bed.
3) To get in, you need to share the entrance with the restaurant kitchen which did not bother us, until 1am comes every day as the workers close the restaurants and remove all the tables and chairs - it is a feast of chatting, laughing and joking. These do not care you are there.
4) The pillows are thinner than a slice of ham. It is impossible to rest on them.
5) There is no double glazing or any type of sound proofing, The apartment is corner to the A5 highway which is very busy and police cars and ambulance full steam with their beacon sirenes.
6) There is a flood light on the outside of the window. At night this is on and since there is only a curtain which was not put correctly to counter measure this light, when you switch the light on, inside is still like a football stadium.
7) There is a flight of stairs down to get to the apartment. No lift for those with mobility issues.
Upon self check-in at 3pm the apartment was still not cleaned. We called a phone number provided and a gentleman sent an amazing lady to do the job in 30mins. She was really lovely and polite.
The price is affordable, the location is great but still, one needs to rest after a day out exploring the city. It it was for the outside noises only, one would say ok, it is not the fault of the property, although the windows could be changed. But when you add the mattress and pillows to the equation, it is all too much.
- David (8/5): Very good - Bit noisy but hey, that's London.
- Kelly (7/5): Great - Exactly what we needed for our stay in London! The facilities were great and had everything we needed. The room was warm and had plenty of space. It was also a great location, super close to the main Street and very easy to get to and around other parts of London 😊
- Melissa (7/5): Good -
- Rose (8/5): Great apartment but not for people who can't take noise - The property was very clean and smelled fresh. Very nice kitchen with everything you need. Nice big windows. Great shower in the bathroom. Clean, comfy bed. Spacious wardrobe. Iron etc There was a lot of noise from the street outside. I don't mind noise, so it was okay for me. But the noise from sirens, people outside, was surprisingly loud. Others should be aware that the door into the building is also the back door to a restaurant. The first hallway inside that door was a bit grubby. I didn't mind as the hallway outside the apartments was very clean and bright, but others might not like that.
- Samuel (8/5): Comfortable apartment, great location and very helpful folks - Location: Great! All my wife and I had to focus on was to enjoy ourselves. Close to EVERYTHING! Felt very safe and the folks in the adjacent restaurant were very friendly. These are not criticisms in any way: They are just our recommendations to “kick” this greatly located apartment a few notches UP: 1. Replace the kettle, 2. Replace the breakfast table and chairs, 3. Leave a few more hangers in the closet, 4. Leave a couple more pillows and a larger blanket, 5. Please program the television, and 6. Please leave a larger pot. AND finally, if possible can the front door to the apartment be thru the adjacent door? While the guys from the restaurant are very pleasant, kind and helpful, having the main access door relocated would tremendously enhance this convenient apartment. I know I may be stretching my neck out on this, but just my thought. We love this apartment and would happily return to it, as well as greatly recommend it to others. Thank you Anna and Edmond for a happy, memorable and fun-filled vacation.
- Richard (2/5): Very poor - nothing you have to go through a crowded exit door to a bar then down a narrow set of stairs to a basement- no proper security. broken windows. bugs....
- Charles (7/5): It was peaceful and safe. - More than averagely ok. The location was superb. Nothing.
- Hamilton (5/5): Passable -
- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ebenezer (8/5): Very good -
