Потрясающий вид, территория большая, аромат цветов и свежий воздух, расположение отеля - нам очень понравилось. 😍😍😍😍😍 Жили в двух комнатном домике с собственной террасой. Есть все необходимое (приборы, посуда, микроволновая печь, холодильник, кондиционер, тв). 🏡🏡🏡🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Спа, нам тоже очень понравился - огромный бассейн и большая общая сауна. Персонал - заботливый и доброжелательный, решали любые наши вопросы от доставки до стирки вещей. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻Отдохнули душой и телом! - danny (10/5): 非常好。 - 这家酒店在城郊但是打车非常方便且便宜，它的优势是硬件很好。房间很大，干净整洁，非常安静，带有阳台长廊，可以直接远眺到亚拉腊山，酒店管理者也活人感十足。 最重要的是！我们发现它有一段有趣的历史。它的前身是斯皮塔克大地震后，苏联后期为了救助地震伤员，由国际红十字会建造的康复中心。当时很多人流离失所，而这里就是用来给他们提供医疗护理、康复治疗和心理疏导的地方。随着地震救援结束，这些红十字会援建的建筑慢慢完成了它的使命，被改造成了酒店、公寓和公共设施，继续迎接和抚慰来自世界各地的人。 如果你是对苏联历史感兴趣的人，我会更加推荐你来入住这个有趣的地方。 没有。

Начиная от прекрасных людей, нас встретили среди ночи, помогли с сумками, шли на все уступки, моментально решали все вопросы которые возникали. Замечательные люди, прекрасный менеджер, мы сразу даже подумали что это владелец, настолько человек включен в свою работу. Таких прекрасных эмоций не оставалось никогда ни от одного жилья, где мы останавливались. На территории очень красиво, есть собачки, котики. Все в зелени, красивая терраса и вид. Очень спокойно, много развлечений если нужно. В следующий раз если мы поедем в Ереван, то выбор жилья очевиден. Благодарим менеджера и всю команду, что так душевно встретили и проводили с таким теплом.

Apartments were spacious and the location was on the suburbs of Yerevan, so it was easy to get there in 15 min. The outside pool could have been heated as the water was quite cold. Apartaments weren't the newest, so in some time they may requiere renovation.

- Mariia (10/5): - Отличный спа комплекс 👍, прожили тут 5 дней с удовольствием, встретили , помогли с чемоданами,проводили ,показали всю территорию, рассказали,были там впервые ,отдельный коттедж , удобно, терраса , есть все для приготовления пищи , есть ресторан и кафе в закрытом помещении, бассейны классные, прохладный, теплый и с аквапарком , территория большая, площадка детская супер 👍, дети не вылазили оттуда, закрытый спа комплекс с сауной , бассейном, теннисный стол, тренажерка, и другое , всем даже не воспользовались , развлекательная программа для детей пенная вечеринка застали пару раз, музыка постоянно , на барабанах 🥁 пару раз была, дискотека до 23 тоже вечерами,автобусная остановка недалеко ,пешком ходили до ТЦ Гараж 20 минут , такси всегда приезжает, прямо до вашего коттеджа при желании, но нам проще было спуститься к остановке. Из нюансов:где-то требуется ремонт и реставрация,видно что делают, но это везде нужно, где поток посетителей .Персонал отзывчивый, знают русский, английский языки, кроме армянского 👌♥️, много шезлонгов, уборка территории постоянная, чистые бассейны , растений множество, все поливается ,но их так много 🙈. Приехать сюда точно бы стоило или на разовое посещение сюда приходят много местных , тоже вариант хороший 👍, если вы не избалованы заграничными курортами с лакшери отелями, то вам сюда, а иначе придираться будете точно 🤣, но нам очень понравилось 😊 333

Friendly and helpful staff! We were there during the off season and the outside facilities were open but in maintenance. Some things were closed like restaurants and Cafe. The people at reception were basically useless. After much effort they managed to tell us which villa was ours…when we got there the manager was waiting and everything went very smoothly from there.

Friendly staff, very helpful receptionists. Location is great for being quiet and not far from center, but no stores close by, so bring food, water, snacks, etc perhaps prior to arriving if you need. They do have restaurant and cafe.

- Anna (7/5): Calm place which needs some finishing touches - -the staff is very friendly en ready to help any time - calm location with Ararat view, taxi to the city centre is approximately 20min - free guarded parking 24/7 (which is important in Armenia if you hire a car) - the room is spacious and cleaned regularly - the hotel resides in a building of an old hospital, the 1st and ground floor are still occupied by revalidating patients. Some rooms are abandoned and filled with hospital beds and wheelchairs which is creepy; - the swimmingpool outside is cold; - our room missed some basic necessities like bed lights and tiles in the bathroom. I think the whole complex needs a finishing touch and then it will be a real armenian gem!

- Oleg (9/5): It's impossible not to fall in love with Armenia, if you visit this place. - Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent facilities around the pool and fitness center. A lot of space and activities for kids. Espresso and cappuccino at the bar are far beyond all expectations. Good food at the restaurant. Spacious cottage with a terrace and a garden, not what you call spotless, but reasonably clean. Very quiet area. Wifi is available everywhere, the connection is very fast. All in all, our stay was absolutely a pleasure. We will definitely come again. The hotel is located at the city boundary and is only reachable by a taxi. Sometimes you have to wait for a long time till some taxi driver accepts your order, if you want to go to the downtown. Going back from the city to the hotel is never a problem. The bathroom in our cottage needs some renovation. Not that it's in a very bad condition, but there is some room for improvement.

The swimmingpool is big and clean and the area has nice private bungalows. It was the main reason for booking the apartment. The apartment self is spacious and clean. The hotel has also many other indoor sportfacilities like another big indoor swimmingpool, table tennis and group lessons yoga. The 2 bedroom apartment is really nice, the beds are good. The kitchen could have more utensils but when asked, extra utensils were bought. The service of Arshak was exeptional. He helped us with various things during our stay. Thank you so much.

- Abk (7/5): Good - The staff is very cooperative. Special thanks to Arshak, the resort Manager. Who has being very helpful and responsivene. This is a typical resort with a swimming pool, play area, garden, ATM, big parking space. The resort is spread out in a very large area. The resort is located on the outskirts of Yerevan city.
- Fadi (9/5): Great Pool and Kids play area - The pool is amazing with music, a perfect playground for children's. Rooms are big. Staff are polite. There is not much room service. But it's ok, just grab your drinks and water.

- Aida (10/5): Exceptional - The indoor and outdoor pools were clean, and the apartment was spacious. The play area for children was very good. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were two families with children and loved the stay in cross resort. Some parts of the yard were not organized, and the sournding of the apartments and appartmants' faces can be renovated as more luxury resorts.
- David (10/5): One day at hotel Cross is not enough, I hope come back again - I am very glad that for my second stop in Yerevan, I choose the same hotel, The managers are helpful Karen and Arshak they do everything for your comfort, and all staff are friendly and helpful. One day is not enough for that Resort. So next time I will come with my family or with friends. It's always great when the staff is friendly and accommodating, as it enhances the overall experience. I am sure that if I will be here in Armenia in Yerevan which is a very safe city I will come back to the same Resort because even in my country I didn't get that kind of service as here. I think this is some sort of sports hospital as I saw a board saying surgery in progress in the main building. wouldn’t recommend the overall quality of the room.

- Olga (9/5): A wonderful escape from the city with amazingly welcoming staff. - We spent 2 weeks in Armenia and we stayed at the Cross Resort for the last 2 days of our trip. We wanted to escape the city and relax before a long trip back to Australia. This hotel definitely allowed us to do so. Above anything else, we loved the hotel staff: welcoming, thoughtful and extremely accommodating. Our toddler had the best time playing at the hotel playground and by the children’s pools; the hotel staff was absolutely adorable with all the kids which made our stay very enjoyable. We loved the evening meals in the garden by the pools, the luscious alleyways and blooming rose bushes all around the pool area. The atmosphere of the whole place was relaxed and chill, exactly what we were looking for. And do talk to the hotel manager who is extremely nice and is a great company; it should help you understand and hopefully appreciate the place as you learn about the backstory. The whole complex is still under development and a bit run down in some parts. Be sure to double check the room you book as some are recently renovated and are in excellent condition while others are older (still very clean and spacious). Be prepared for some contrasts: cozy lounge bar and very nice swimming pools vs some undeveloped patches of land with dry soil. We still loved our stay and will be back to follow the improvements if we come again to Armenia.

- Richard (8/5): Great oasis 15 mins outside Yerevan - Great stay with family on the edge of Yerevan, fantastic pool and friendly, helpful staff - we arrived very early morning and they let us checkin early. We used their driver, Rustan, to take us on day trips to Garni and Dilijan and he was excellent - helpful, friendly and a very safe driver. I would recommend him highly! Nothing
