• Robert (10/5): Great stay gear location - Comfortable room, beds were nice, and a decent shower with plenty of pressure and warm water. Windows did a great job of blocking sound from outside, but light sleepers may still want some white noise. A tea kettle would be nice, yes you are right above q coffee shop but it was closed on Sunday. A fan would also help with air movement.

• Melanie (8/5): Clean comfortable room in the heart of town - The room was very large and spacious and overlooked a square right in the heart of the old town, close to everything. The bathroom had a countertop which we loved. There is some noise from outside partiers in the middle of the night but that is it be expected in a busy city. There is a sewage smell that comes from the bathroom pipes so we had to keep the sink plugged. The shower was also very slow to drain. We requested a double bed but had two single beds pushed together which made it challenging to sleep together as a couple.

• Rafael (4/5): Deja mucho que desear - La habitación olía a pies incluso teniendo la ventana abierta todo el día, la ventana sin mosquitera, había arañas en la habitación y no tenia ascensor y nos alojaron en la 3 planta.

• Alison (10/5): - Everything was exceptional here at Pension Via -Stella. Highly recommend Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - went out of their way to assist us. Location was perfect too.

• Julie (10/5): Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location in Santiago. - Lovely accommodation, big room, comfy beds, serviced, friendly staff on arrival, great location would definitely stay here again. Possibly one of my favourite accommodations across the whole Camino Frances. Nothing, it was perfect, some people may not like that there is no lift.

• Pabla (7/5): Muy bien ubicado!!! En el corazón De Santiago - Me gusto mucho la ubicación, cerca a todo. La limpieza y el espacio de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal. Si eres de las personas que se duermen tipo 10 de la noche, te puede llegar a fastidiar el ruido de las mesas afuera, luego de que se guarden todo si queda en silencio, y me dio la impresión de que en el baño, subía un olor del baño del restaurante de abajo un poco incómodo.

• Gert (9/5): Wij zijn heel enthousiast! - Het was een erg sfeervolle locatie. Aan een plein met een kerkje en veel gezelligheid. De eigenaren waren bijzonder vriendelijk. Onze trein kwam.veel later aan dan was gepland. We hadden daarvoor gebeld maar het was geen probleem, ze bleven op.ons wachten. De kamer was groot, gezellig en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was prima!

• AZU (10/5): Habitación cómoda y bar muy bueno - La habitación enorme . Limpia El aseo con ducha. Calenta toallas. Armario grande . Las vistas a una plaza .. Encima de un bar . Sin mucho ruido . El personal del bar , super agradables ,atentos y unas almejas , mejillones, pimientos de pitillo y la sangría espectacular al igual que resto de la carta y de precio muy bien . Nos encantó Por poner algo .. Si llevas maleta grande, hay que subir escaleras
• Angeles Odena Riera (6/5): Una ubicación perfecta, con algún pero - La ubicación, en el centro de Santiago. El aperitivo que nos tomamos la tarde que llegamos superbien . El personal agradable. La habitación estuvo bien. Hubieron varias cosas que no nos gustaron, no había AACC ni ventilador por lo que teníamos que estar con la ventana abierta y constantemente se oían los ruidos del restaurante que había bajo, costaba bastante conciliar el sueño. Lo que también nos pareció un abuso fue que me cobraran 9 euros de un refresco, una botella de agua y una copa de vino de la casa. La tarde anterior tomamos una cerveza, un vino y una tapa que estaba buenísima y nos cobraron 14.

• Siobhan (9/5): Lovely, central place. - Location is amazing. Room is really spacious and bathroom facilities were great. The owner is a lovely man and very facilitating. There are three floors up to the room but that was ok for us. Maybe just the addition of a room fan. It was hot in the summer!

My room was on the second floor right above a restaurant with outdoor tables. Last night there was singing. I could not open the windows because of the noise. No air conditioning. Very hot in Santiago. 90’s degrees F.

• Coleen (8/5): Was a very comfortable, clean place. If you’re a light sleeper if may be difficult as the square below is busy with peo - Nice, clean, comfortable room. It was convenient to have restaurants close by. The rooms are over the restaurant and it was pretty noisy until almost 11 pm, and again starting early morning.
