• Vilma (10/5): Excelente, muy fresco - La Fortuna es una zona muy caliente. Lo que más me gustó es el techo alto que hace del lugar muy fresco y acogedor.

Pictures online are not all of the property. Hot tub was fun but have to fill like a bathtub. Bathrooms were not super clean. Washing machine does not work. No dishes if you want to cook. Guest bath toilet and shower have old plumbing.

• David (6/5): Podría ser mucho mejor con un poco de mantenimiento - Buena ubicación, cerca del centro de la ciudad y acceso a supermercados, restaurantes y servicios Humedad en los pisos y paredes, con señales de deterioro y fuerte olor a moho. Lamentablemente, es evidente que no ha habido mantenimiento adecuado de las instalaciones.

• Alfaro Carvajal (2/5): INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LO ADQUIRIDO - Poco Que reservamos una villa con dos habitaciones y nos dieron una villa con sólo una habitación. Se supone que pagamos más para tener dos habitaciones y no fue así. La encargada reconoció el error pero no hizo nada al respecto.

• Sara (10/5): Villa con espacio y naturaleza - La villa es súper amplia, techos altos, cómoda, bien ubicada y con amenidades! Excelente opción a muy cómodo precio. Me encantó, espero volver pronto.
• Brenda (8/5): Very good - The space was great Climbing the ladder to the upper level had no rail on top as you reach the top was a little bit unsafe, don't recommend for kids

• Yawei (2/5): Horrible - 1. There were no pillows, blankets and top sheets on two of the four beds. 2. Dishwasher was broken 3. No washer and dryer as advertised. The staff told us that they will bring washer and the dryer in the next day after we made a complaint, but they lied to us. The washer and dryer never came. 4. The upper attic, where they placed a queen size mattress as a bed on the dirty attic carpeted floor. The stairs leading to the attic were steep narrow metal strips, sharp, unsteady, very dangerous to climb up and down. 5. The owner insists for us to pay cash as payment, stating that she couldn’t accept a credit card payment as she doesn’t have a machine to process the payment. I finally used my daughter‘s PayPal account to pay her after she messaging and calling us many times. I have never had any problem throughout my life was told that credit card was unacceptable as a payment for lounges. This house gave us a disaster experience. I rented it because of your company gave it a 4 star recommendation. I think you should re evaluate your rating again
• Robert (9/5): Highly recommend this cute place - Beautiful jungle cabin, very clean, great location, very helpful host and quick to communicate. Excellent privacy and scenery. Highly recommend. Note: Some steep stairs up to loft and downstairs to kitchen so not ideal for those with mobility issues. *Also know, filling outdoor spa will not be hot water due to its large capacity
• Babette (7/5): Great for a couple of nights without kitchen use. - It was a great location with nice views of trees. The shower was great and lots of space. The kitchen was not clean and smelled very moldy. The washing machine was not there but they did take and wash our laundry for us. There was a broken eliptical machine on the balcony and the outdoor tub was exposed to animal poop from animals in the trees above.
• Kiera (9/5): I would stay here again! Great location, good value and had air conditioning! - This was a beautiful home and good value. Staff were responsive. There was a small pool for guests to use. The house was clean and had small supplies available which was handy. Only a couple of minor things to note : the lighting wasn’t great, new lightbulbs are needed. Also the front door was not able to stay closed unless locked.
• Anna (6/5): Our stay would’ve been perfect if the mattresses and pillows were of a good standard - The property is really lovely. It actually reminds me of the rooms at The springs resort! The spa tub was amazing. That was our favourite part and downstairs in the kitchen is super clean and tidy. Bathroom is also lovely. Water pressure is fantastic. The mattress on the main bed was SO hard - like a rock. Sadly none of us had a good nights sleep on any of the three nights that we stayed there . I think the pillows also need replacing as they seemed old. Unfortunately I’m actually exhausted after my holiday, which is not really what you want. Both my husband and I have a sore back.
• Joel (10/5): Exceptional - The villa was spacious and clean and it was beautiful! The deck overlooks a small stream and with the trees around it feels like you are right in the forest! It was great having a hot tub right outside to enjoy the sounds of nature while having a soak
• Sarah (10/5): Amazing stay! - The communication from Roxanne was prompt and helpful from start to finish. The house was spotless upon arrival! Spacious, comfortable, and while some stuff was a little dated, everything worked perfectly, including the lovely jacuzzi tub set amid a beautiful jungle backdrop. Super fast WiFi. Close to restaurants, shops, and a great swimming spot, but away from the town center.
• Tugsan (8/5): Beautiful location - Clean, large place, helpful staff, beautiful nature, attractions nearby. Accepts hard cash only, which was inconvenient.
• Robertson (8/5): Nicely stocked simple home secluded in beautiful nature - Just close enough to town and just far enough away to be secluded in nature. We enjoyed the house and it was well stocked. The flowers were an extra nice touch. Not the owner's fault but we had a malady of problems with electricity and Wi-Fi due to work in that area. Would have been nice to have some instructions for the TV and maybe some suggestions for a nice meal. Terrible, terrible lighting in the house. Had to use my phone flashlight to see what was in my suitcase.
• Rebecca (5/5): The host was great, location was great, but I would not return to this house. - Was a great location. Interesting layout. The house smelled of mold so badly. The hot tub didn’t work at all - it was the reason we picked the house and could not use it. The WiFi only worked for the first hour of our stay.

• Monika (6/5): Pleasant - Located close to El Salto, La Fortuna Waterfalls and many restaurants. The house is clean, spacious and it's nice that there are two bathrooms, hammock and a tv. The host is very communicative. - the furnitures are very old (especially kitchen and washing machine) and could use a refreshment - the pictures are a bit misleading - they show two properties, we got the less modern one - the host requested payment in cash, it would be way easier to simply take payment via Booking.com - the place gets very dark on rainy days

• Aneta (9/5): Superb - Villa is in nice location and is decorated nicely to meet your expectations. perfect place for rest and recharge. Communication with Roxana was a bit difficult from start but on the ending everything was sorted.
