- Joubert (1/5): There was no stay - I had to find alternative accommodation - The place didn't speak English and didn't even know about my booking. Apparently they don't rent out the yacht anymore. They were willing to "accommodate" me, provided I book in and pay again. In the end, I had to find alternative accommodation.
- Guest (1/5): - Die Idee in einem Boot zu übernachten wäre abenteuerlich gewesen. Die Buchung war nicht verfügbar. Ich musste kurzfristig eine andere Lösung suchen/finden. Das Personal war weder vor Ort noch im Vorfeld erreichbar.
- Andy (1/5): It could not have been worse. Booking.com should remove this from their books immediately - Nothing We were not expected. The place was cluttered with repair work and tools. The place was absolutely filthy and smelly. The facilities were poor. The communication was appalling. If we had somewhere else to go we would have left immediately we left the following morning despite having a longer booking! I have tried contacting booking.com but no response. DO NOT BOOK HERE
