• Leonardo (10/5): Loft aconchegante e anfitriã maravilhosa, recomendo a todos. - O que eu mais gostei foi da hospitalidade da anfitriã e de sua cordialidade, sempre disposta a ajudar sempre. No meu caso e no caso de hóspedes estrangeiros, faltou um adaptador para tomadas, tive que comprar um para conseguir por na tomada para meu notebook funcionar, fora isso nada a reclamar.

• Rafaela (10/5): Sensacional em cada detalhe! - O loft é maravilhoso, fiquei bem instalada em um bairro cheio de militares, bastante segurança, fui sozinha e foi super tranquilo, é um local onde você pode caminhar, próximo do bondinho, Pão de Açúcar, praia vermelha, morro da urca para quem deseja fazer uma trilha, mureta da urca, mercado, farmácia, barzinhos, açaí … muito bem localizado, fiz tudo caminhando, minha hospedagem foi incrível. Foi a primeira que fui ao Rio e sozinha. Andrea sempre me atendendo prontamente, me dando dicas de passeios diversos me ajudando em diversas coisas, uma querida, amei tudo tudo! Tem tudo que você precisa no loft e além de super charmoso, eu voltarei com certeza! Difícil falar uma coisa só, porque amei tudo. Mas a localização acredito que seja a principal, pois queria algo que eu pudesse caminhar mais tranquilamente.
• nadjanara (9/5): - As acomodações são limpas e organizadas. Tem uma decoração simples e aconchegante. Possui utensílios de cozinha pra fazer coisas básicas. Gostamos muito da localização. Além de ser um local seguro, fica perto da mureta da urca. Tem mercado próximo, farmácia e uma padaria que serve almoço com comida gostosa e preço excelente. O prédio é antigo e colado a pedra da urca, e apesar do quarto ser cheiroso, o prédio tem um cheiro de mofo muito forte devido a umidade. O sinal de Internet particular não pega no local, vc só se conecta se usar a internet paga pela anfitriã, que tbm oxila bastante, talvez tbm por influência da pedra. O chuveiro tbm colado a pedra, proporciona um charme local, mas o espaço da pia e do vaso sanitário, infelizmente são muito pequenos.

• Valéria (9/5): - A localização é excelente, ao ladinho da Mureta da Urca, a rua tem padaria, mercado, restaurante e o bairro é bastante seguro. O Loft é exatamente como nas fotos, estava tudo muito limpo e funcionando perfeitamente. A cozinha é bem simples mas bastante funcional. A Andrea foi muito atenciosa desde a recepção e me deixou muitas dicas do bairro. Foi uma ótima estadia, recomendo! .
• Grant (8/5): Amazing location and unique stay - The location is brilliant. Great access around Rio. Comfy bed. Unique setting for something a bit different. Air conditioning was really good and much needed in the heat! Host was helpful with our queries. We arrived late evening and would have been nice to have some water in the room all the shops were shut. Noise from neighbours and helicopters but you are in a busy area.
• Guest (10/5): Foi excelente a estadia, Andréa a anfitriã, muito receptiva, com excelentes dicas para o bairro da Urca e Rio de Janeiro - Excelente localização, check-in simplificado, bem aconchegante o quarto, é bem preparado para receber a estadia, banheiro, cozinha, cama excelentes, com padaria, supermercado e bares muito próximos ao local. Nada a reclamar.

• Marcelo (8/5): muito boa, apesar dos aspectos negativos. - Quarto: limpo e amplo. TV com vários canais e funcionando muito bem. Internet livre e de ótima qualidade. Tem uma padaria na esquina muito boa. A hamburgueria perto da hospedagem é muito ruim. Tem ponto de taxi muito próximo, supermercado e o pôr do sol é no melhor lugar da urca! Não tem sinal de celular no Apt, pois é de frente para a pedra, por isso é necessária uma boa conexão wifi. Para ir ao banheiro você tem que subir uma escada, pessoas mais idosas ou com problema de locomoção é um pouco ruim. O box é pequeno e muito difícil o acesso. A energia é monofásica, ou seja você não pode usar o aparelho de ar e tomar banho ao mesmo tempo. Não pode tomar banho e ligar o microondas. Sempre um aparelho elétrico por vez.
• Bruno (9/5): Hermoso loft en el barrio más seguro de RJ - Sin duda la localización. Zona muy segura con servicios bien cerca y la playa a algunos metros. El precio es un poco elevado pero se entiende que puede ser por la ubicación.

• Joao Pedro (10/5): Perfeita!! - A acomodação perfeita, tudo no jeitinho, no lugar certo, é um lugar pequeno mas muito aconchegante, tudo do jeito certo! Cama muito confortável, TV smart com Netflix, YouTube, GloboPlay, enfim, restaurantes, farmácias, padarias próximas a casa, o bairro da Urca é muito seguro, bairro tranquilo de se hospedar, uma base da pm na esquina. Amei!! Além que a anfitriã Andréia super gente boa, atenciosa, passou muita segurança do início ao fim da estadia. Gratidão! Tudo perfeito! Nada a reclamar.
• Elineide (10/5): Maravilhoso - Loft extremamente limpo e perfumado ,tudo muito bem organizado e decorado. A cama mto confortável , havia vários utensílios para uso. A anfitriã mandou todas as informações com antecedência e foi de fácil compreensão! A localização é maravilhosa e no pé da montanha da Urca. Achei um máximo. Nada.
• Paulo de Tarso (4/5): Stressig - Die Umgebung ist angenehm, anders als die Wohnung. Platz ohne Licht, Nachbarn extrem laut, auch Nachts. Die Gastgeberin hat sich zuerst darum gekümmert, mit dem Nachbach gesprochen. Nachdem sich das Problem wiederholt hat, hat sie nichts mehr gemacht. Ausserdem, die Art wie sie Misstrauen in allen Details ausübt ist nervig. Kann nur empfehlen, einen anderen Platz in der Nähe zu suchen, was ich dann gemacht habe, und dann sehr zufrieden war.
• Alison Jayne (8/5): Great little apartment in a wonderful - and safe - location - Good location. The area felt very safe and was close to a little harbour/marina with a view of the Christ. The apartment has all you need, albeit on a compact scale. The shower is good; hot and very roomy. Bed was comfy with soft sheets. We only used the kitchenette for coffee, but there appeared to be all you might need for a small meal. There is a great little bakery just 2 minutes walk, where they do a great value buffet breakfast, and the Urca Grill was great for dinners (I recommend the salmon steak with broccoli rice!). It is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the entrance to Sugar Loaf Mountain. You can buy tickets at the bottom - or from the first level if you choose to walk up the first part - this is MUCH cheaper than the Get Your Guide prices. The views from the top are amazing. And there were regular buses into Rio for visiting Copacabana Beach, etc. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage between stays - so we were able to take internal flights to Foz and Pecone (Pantanal) with a few days at this great little apartment between each trip. We struggled to translate the instructions for getting the keys ...just didn't realise that it was a code for a key box. Very friendly neighbourhood though and some passing locals were able to assist us.
