• Agustina (1/5): Do tipo que diz ser “Pet Friendly” mas abusa disso e ainda culpa aos clientes que não aceitam - Parecia lindo, porém não chegamos a entrar porque não concordamos com a taxa pet abusiva. O contato com Rafaela foi muito ruim. Primeiro respondeu até que indiquei que não concordava com a taxa pet, e pedi para que cancelaram a reserva se não iam diminuí-la. Nesse momento eu tinha até 14h da tarde para cancelar gratuitamente. Aí ela sumiu no WhatsApp. Mandei mensagem no Booking e para outro contato que me mandou convite para entrar num grupo com ela. 4 vias de contato em poucos minutos. Aí trocaram a hora de ingresso e então mudou a possibilidade de cancelar gratuitamente, o que não percebi. Claramente um ato de má fé. Ela só respondeu depois desse tempo vencido dizendo que poderia cancelar só se eu pagasse 100 reais e também me recusei. Disse que a taxa estava indicada nas regras mas só fala de taxa de limpeza de 150 reais que não é o mesmo que taxa pet. Liguei para Booking que não ajudou, e aí ela também ligou e eles sugeriram a ela copiar e colar a nossa conversa no chat do Booking e cancelar a reserva por problemas de conduta. Incrível. Pésimo serviço.

• Sara (1/5): Full of insects & small animals, with outside toilet - The view of the lake, Peaceful ambient, The house is well equipped. Location: The bungalow is situated in a remote condominium on the opposite side of the lake from the city, approximately a 20-minute drive by car. The area feels isolated, especially at night, with no nearby amenities—only houses. Accessibility: Reaching the bungalow requires you to carry your luggage down a long, narrow wooden staircase, a detail that was NOT written in the Booking.com listing. Additionally, there are two gates along the way that must be opened, which makes transporting luggage even more challenging, especially if you are alone. Toilet: The toilet is located outside the bungalow, accessible only via approximately 10 narrow wooden stairs. This setup is particularly impractical at night, as the area is surrounded by nature and attracts numerous insects drawn to the light, making nighttime visits to the toilet difficult and unpleasant. Also, this was not written in the description of Booking. Bungalow Structure: The bungalow is made from old wooden beams, with gaps of 2-3 cm between them on both the walls and the floor, leaving visible spaces through which the outside is exposed. This design flaw causes a constant invasion of insects and mosquitoes once it gets dark, as they are drawn by the indoor light. We found them even in the bed! The problem was so severe that we were forced to abandon the property at 10 p.m. after an unsuccessful battle using insect spray and poison. Moreover, the wooden structure is severely degraded by humidity, emitting a strong, unpleasant odor that can only be mitigated by keeping the air conditioning on continuously. SPA Facilities: The swimming pool water was murky upon arrival, and while the host assured us that a maintenance person would clean it the next day, during our stay, this was a clear oversight in preparation. The sauna was in an unacceptable state, with spider webs throughout and plastic mats covered in green mold and moist.
