• Deborah (4/5): Disappointed by this property despite its excellent location. - Great location, on Albert street which is 5 blocks from the city. Heater in living room was tricky to get working. No bedside lamps for reading. Bedroom light was outside the bedroom. No oven safe dish to heat dinner in. No spare blanket in main bedroom. No microwave splatter lid ( or paper towel). I couldn’t find the lift from the garage. Bathroom fan stayed on the whole time; no switch.
• Franz (7/5): Overall met expectations despite some minor issues. Would stay again - Location. IGA. Coffee Shop Bathroom - dated and poorly maintained. The hot water tap had an ordinary screw attached so you could turn it on. Kitchen sink - tap and fixtures all loose.

• Julie (3/5): The only good thing about this apartment was its proximity to the venues that we were in Melbourne to visit! - It was convenient to the Exhibition that we were attending It was old and in need of a lot ‘TLC’. Handles falling off doors, a bedroom with no wardrobe, furniture that needed replacing, the carpet had holes in it, mouldy shower recess, a bathroom that needed a total renovation. In fact the whole apartment needs renovating. Basically, it was quite the dump.

• Andrew (5/5): It was ok for the money but not spectacular. - The location is perfect if you have a loved one in one of the local hospitals. It is straight across the road from the epworth. The check in process was ordinary their email and text system did not work and I had to call for instructions. The information on how to get to the lockbox was vague. The apartment needs maintenance and the beds are on rollers and move around at night. Facilities for remote work were not great.

Secure onsite parking was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful over the phone. Nothing in particular.

• Scott (8/5): Overall a good spot to stay, secure and suited or needs close to the MCG for ANZAC day footy - Great location nestled between the stately homes of East Melbourne on one side of Victoria Pde and and Collingwood and Fitzroy on the other. Lots of pubs within easy walking distance and the trams on Victoria Pde make it easy to get around town. IGA on the ground floor of the complex is great for grocery needs, such as snacks and beers. The coffee at the cafe downstairs is excellent. TV remote batteries need to be replaced. Couldn't get the TV working at all on the 2nd night.

The internet dropped out and then the whole TV stopped working and I was told noone could help me until later that night. Made the stay very boring.

• Sukhpreet (4/5): I will not b staying at this place anymore. - Location The property was extremely dirty upon arrival. The bedroom had visible hair and dust everywhere, and even the dishes were covered in dust, I had to wash everything before using it, which was very disappointing. Additionally, there was only one bathroom available. Even older apartments nowadays usually offer at least two bathrooms, especially for larger groups. This made the stay very inconvenient, as we constantly had to wait for one person to finish before the next could use the toilet. It created a chaotic and uncomfortable situation. I would strongly suggest not offering this property for groups of four or more people unless these issues are addressed.

The cleanliness was poor, with very visible dirty marks all over the main bedroom blinds, the apartment smelt like smoke, wet tea towels under the sink and no sink plugs, and the blinds in the living area broken.
• Justin (8/5): Great location and price for family of 5 near the MCG. - Great location for the MCG and Rod Laver arena plus easy to use trams to get around the city. 2 bedroom apartment was good size and some great places to eat nearby. Overall a great place to stay on the eastern side of the city. Check in was delayed by an hour - even though it was agreed ahead of time. Apartments are spread over multiple buildings in the complex. Bathroom was ok - a little tired and could use a deep clean. Beds in our apartment were very firm.

• Shane (7/5): Good for location, fair for everything else. - The property is in a great location, and has great services in the building complex like a supermarket, cafe, bar, etc. it’s also housed in an amazing historic building It’s a pity but the rooms were pretty tired. The beds especially. Also there was a clear smell of cigarette smoke. No blockout Blinds. Parking was an additional charge. Service was always available but their automated communications were often unclear. It all just felt a bit unloved!

• Matthew (5/5): - Bed and pillows were comfy. Lounge room good and little outdoor cove is nice. The place is fine, just wouldn’t pay that price again for it. Photos online are definitely not what you see. Price point probably too high for what it is. Painted concrete floors with big marks on them from dragging things in or around. Shower screen is tiny and water literally goes everywhere and makes the floor very wet outside the shower. Not even sure the tiles have any fall on them towards the drain. Random shelf thing in shower is water damaged with peeling paint etc.

Payments were run through a separate website which I thought odd and probably wouldn’t have booked had I known. I like the safety of using this site or paying at reception but there were no staff on reception when we arrived and not many details regarding check in until full payment was made.

The parking was a disaster, everytime we were told to park somewhere someone was parked there. The pool is in a separate building. Bedrooms jad no aircon or fan , only RC was in the living room which was at the end of a hallway.

• Andrea (4/5): OK, but luxury it ain't. - Location convenient-walking distance from a lot of hospitals and into town. We were on the 10th floor and had a great view of the sunsets. Gym was reasonably well equipped with running machine, elliptical stair and cycles, but poor selection of hand weights. Generally very poorly maintained, every piece of furniture and every wall was damaged, even a hole in the tiled wall in the bathroom. Windows don't seal properly. Blinds frayed and only on some windows. It was not particularly clean with grime over tiles in bathroom and pool. There was no information about local restaurants or anything to make a stay more pleasant. Had to ask for extra towels to use in the gym, had to ask re return key procedure. Tea bags,coffee bags and small milk portions were the only luxury. Kitchen utensils minimal, not even salad bowl or salt and pepper.

A couple of a - Location to Epworth Freemasons hospital The check in process is good if all goes according to plan - I had to phone several times to confirm check in and parking instructions as the emails and SMS messages were delayed and/or lost in some instances. Need to have mirrors in the bedrooms and bed side lamps in both bedrooms. There is a lack of storage and hanging space in bedrooms.

• Sally (8/5): Light & spacious apartment, great position - The location was terrific for us, going to the tennis. The apartment is very spacious, & light filled, directions clear (all via txt). There was nothing I didn’t like but a few small things that could make it better. The only mirror is in the bathroom, head height only. Bedside lights would be great, in the main bedroom the wall lights above the bed had to be operated from out of the room, in the corridor. There is a dishwasher, but if you wanted to use the kitchen sink, there is no plug.

• James (10/5): Had a great stay, was a last minute booking great apartment at a great price - Instructions regarding picking up keys, location of keys and apartment, how to get into apartment were all easy to follow. Apartment located not far from the city easy to get to city using taxi or uber. North Richmond station was less than a 10 min walk from apartment which was really convenient. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you would need. Everything was fine

• Gabriella (5/5): - It was in a convenient location to everything you needed. There was no pool, and the sheets had burn marks in them, with the door not closing properly to one bedroom and the handle falling off on the next bedroom door. Overall, the cleanliness wasnt the best

Really liked the view of the city, especially after dark when all the buildings were lit up. Damage where water, from the shower, has caused rot of wall in bathroom. Mould around tiles in the shower recess. Cold water tap not turning off properly and loose handle. Dirty filter in clothes dryer, Dirt and musty smell from the inside of rubber on washing machine where door closes. No block out blinds in West facing windows in the lounge, so when sun is shining through windows, it gets very hot and glarey and unable to watch TV because of the glare. No shelving or hooks in bathroom to hang or put clean clothes.

Look accident can happen but you telling me you had to change the room lock becouse of that reason ? Seriously are you gonna change the lock or your main entrance too and the lifts and car Park. I don’t mind paying the lost key charge when I know it was my fault but taking money out of security deposit after we paid for it it’s not fair. Do not go to this shit hole Also you may wanna change your lady on the phone as she have such a bad attitude so freakin rude and clearly don’t know a thing about hospitality (coming from someone who worked in hospitality all his life) And your shower sucks

The curtain had too big a gap in between joins so the rooms were quite bright within them once all the lights were off & time for bed. Took a long time to find location of first building where we picked up keys. Not easy to work out location to room from key lock box, had to ask someone for help.

• Mates (1/5): Terrible never again it was for my sons birthday and I’m appalled by the way things have been handled - I have not received my bond back despite paying twice I contacted the management in regards to several complaints only to hear nothing back so very disappointed will not be staying again ever room was filthy and I was told it was because they didn’t have the regular cleaning service they normally use but no apology or compensation in fact I was charged a further $40 plus a second bond to change rooms into a room I had booked originally

• Alicia (4/5): What you pay for does not match what you get! - Location Main light in the bathroom didn’t work so trying to do my make up for our dinner was near impossible. Beds were uncomfortable. Very cramped. Air con settings were very restricted- either blasted or not cold enough.
• NIALL (8/5): - Close to the hospital that family member was admitted too. We did have a problem with the parking fob, but after contacting staff & they also had trouble they quickly replaced our fob so we could access the parking ourselves.

• Sakunthala (10/5): - The property was perfect for us , our mother was attending hospital (St Vincent Hospital) appointment. The place was very convenient with facility of tram, bus and taxi. Conveniently located with a good supper market just within the appartments and cafe . The rooms were little congested with space but can go by with all other stuff which we liked. Thank you The heating system because our mothers was a patient. Also the room space . That’s all but overall we were satisfied.
