• Morica (8/5): Comfy - The beds are big and comforty. It’s a convenient location with supermarket and trams to get around. The heater in the room with 2 beds are not working. Hope it could fixed as it’s impossible to sleep in the room without heater during winter. Thank you.
• Vukašin (8/5): Clean apartment in a good and quiet location - The location of the apartment was great, you have a 10 minute walk to the metro station that takes you to the center. The staff, the cleanliness of the apartment, the check-in to the apartment and the layout of the rooms were fine. The apartment was cold in the morning and at night. The temperature on the thermostat could not be adjusted and one of the radiators in the bedroom did not work, this should be taken into account when guests arrive in cold months such as December and January. The staff was contacted and on our initiative we did not solve the problem because it was tolerable. The drain in the shower was very bad, it needs cleaning. Apart from these things, the stay was fine.
• Мартин (6/5): Nice apartment with substantial issues. It's highly unlikely to get support should you need it. - Overall clean and comfortable apartment in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Close to the train station, well connected by public transport. Kitchen is functional, decently stocked. The heating in the bedroom was not working so I contacted support. They were very polite and did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. The tv reception went out, so I contacted support. They were very polite and, again, did absolutely nothing. Contacted them again the next day to ask if there's any solution in sight. This time they were snarky and rude, refused to give me their name and, yes, did nothing about the problem. The apartment is rated for 8 occupants but there are only 4 dining chairs and two of them were broken. The water heater is extremely loud, audible throughout the apartment.

• Angelica (2/5): worst host in 10 of booking, dirty flats - The location was good, the apartments were spacious and silent, the interior design was pleasant and modern We were a family group who rented 2 flats, traveling with both elderly and very young children. These flats are managed by an enterprise with not so much care for customers - The host did not answer our messages or calls in advance for weeks. We had simple questions like what kind of coffee machine, etc, no answer. When someone finally answer, she didn't know. - The day of our arrival, we try to call them many times. No one answered. At some point we thought we are about to be double-crossed. - The checkin is automatic and calling an Austrian number, the door opens automatically. No one explained us this part. It is not written in their automatic messages. What happens if you ran of phone battery? All the communication you get is general messages they send to everyone or AI generation bs. - They try to charge you for early checkin or late checkout but when we got in at 19:30 and cleaning crew was still inside. (See photo for the laundry left to dry in the hallway). - They also try to charge you if flats are too dirty but there is no broom of vacuum cleaner. - The flats were very dirty. The clean only the main surfaces, everything else is full of dust: the plastic plants, in the kitchen, the oven is filthy greasy, under the bed 2cm of dust. If kids drop a toy under the bed, it's an issue. - Also under sofas or beds, they are the things left from other people: socks, papers, etc. - Kitchen is badly equipped, you drink from mugs not glasses. No wine bottle opener, make sure you bring one. - The furniture is half broken or with loosing parts, chairs are moving, beds are very weak. We're skinny but a bit more robust person will just break those. good luck! Anyway, the communication with this enterprise was the worst part. No support whatever, no excuses just unbelievable audacity.

• Elton-jay (2/5): CIGARETTE SMELL : NO BEDDING : NO LIFT (5 flights stairs) : CONSTRUCTION WORK early mornings! - The apartment was a good spacious size and was decorated well. It was 'reasonably clean' (ie clean where you could see!). Good size TV (had it worked as intended!) Some local information (like a welcome info pack) with where to get food, taxis, transport would have been nice and helpful! CIGARETTE SMOKE - maybe from air vent/ adjacent aprtments: On arrival at 4:30pm the apartment had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and were forced to open all the windows to air the rooms. Our initial thought was either the previous owners or the cleaners had smoked in the apartment (advertised as a non-smoking apartment). But after returning to the apartment with more smell of smoke EACH time, EACH day, we came to the conclusion it was coming from an adjacent apartment next to it or below. This was really our main issue during our stay but there were other things that normally wouldn’t have bothered us; EARLY CONSTRUCTION WORK: There was building work being carried out in the building and we were greeted with loud hammer drilling first thing each morning (except Sunday); BED NOT MADE: The bed was not made in the main room and the sheets were spinning in the dryer for a couple of hours on arrival; NO TOWELS: After thinking there was a lack of towels to use for four people - we did later find some towels in the tumble dryer; NO LIFT (5 flights of stairs!): The lift was also out of order and was unaware we would need to walk up and down five flights of stairs each time we returned to the apartment. We had older Austrian family friends visiting us which made the option of popping out and back (having to use the stairs each time) less desirable. They ended up not staying in the end because of this. NO TV CHANNELS: There were payed Apps that you can log into and watch but no Live TV available so we were unable to watch the live grand prix we had looked forward to (had to watch on mobile phone instead!) PROPERTY OWNER: Was of no help and did not off any sympathy or interest whether our stay was acceptable (via message). After chasing the owner a week or so later for any further response they simply brushed us off with they were waiting hear from their cleaners. I waited a further 5 WEEKS and still no response! Shocking.

There are a lot of stairs to get to the unit which wasn’t advertised. The phone number to get in needs to be international friendly. There is no washing machine which is in the photos

• Federico (7/5): Good - The rooms are spacious and modern, really stylish and comfortable. Tv is huge and well connected to the WiFi. Amazing position. The shower was terrible, water was overflowing everywhere. The boiler was so noisy that we had to switch it off to be able to sleep at night.

Here’s a well-written review for the apartment: We had a wonderful 3-night stay in this designer apartment near the main station in Vienna. The apartment is truly stunning, with three very spacious rooms featuring high ceilings that give it a palatial feel. The modern amenities were impressive, making our stay comfortable and cozy. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a large TV and plenty of space for our group. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the central station, and the price was very affordable for what was offered. Initially, we faced an issue with the lift not working, but the host addressed the problem promptly, resolving it within 6 hours of reporting. Their responsiveness was much appreciated, and it added to our positive experience. Overall, this is a fantastic apartment for anyone visiting Vienna, offering luxury, comfort, and convenience at an excellent price. Highly recommended! Would you like any adjustments? Nothing
• Serdar73 (8/5): İletişim sorunlu - The rooms were very spacious and had enough beds for 6-7 people. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The elevator in the building was faulty and we had to walk up the 4th floor with our suitcases in hand. There was no one to greet us. There is no hand washing area in the toilet, questions are answered late. I think we rented the room from a robot :(

It was very nice, becourse we arrived at night and big supermarkets didn't worked next day. It was a little bit cold in the appartment. There was only one toilet.

• Agnieszka (8/5): I recommend this apartment to everyone but not on hot days, unless they install air conditioning - I like the beautiful interior design, very big spacious and clean apartment. The kitchen was equipped with coffee maker and tea kettle. Separated bathroom and toilet. No air conditioning, just the fan. It was very hot summer day 35 Celsius outside and no AC inside. The bathroom towels are very small. the coffee capsules did not fit the size of the coffee machine and we could not make coffee. the entrance door and staircase did not make a good impression on us. They were old, dirty and smelly.
• Murshid (9/5): Superb - Great location, Easy self check-in and Clear instructions. The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable & clean. As shown in the pictures. No problem with parking spaces in the area can be found easily, weekdays are paid with time limitation. Weekend and holidays are free. Nothing to complain about. Perfect choice for stay with kids and made our trip very pleasant. I recommend . Will be much better with air condition or some good standing fans. ( standing fans in the apartment didn’t work well)

The property is in walking distance to the metro station (Südtiroler Platz, U1 red line). This allows to get to the center of Vienna very easily. The apartment was overall clean. The bathroom experience could be improved. The door is difficult to open/close. When we arrived we found that the rug in the bathroom was soaking wet. Water on the floor of the shower isn't drained fast enough and builds up quickly when showering. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, perhaps due to the humidity of the rug or the longer water retention in the shower.

We booked this apartment which said was for 6 people, modern and beautiful big spaces, and located outside the city centre near Margareten neighborhood. We took the taxi, got to the location as mentioned in here and from the message of the owner and nobody was there to assist us, thankfully a resident of the building helped us and told us that there are no apartments in that building from booking. We were calling many times the owner, he answered us after many calls and told us that Booking mixed up the location and we should go to different location. He sends us the new location which was half an hour away from the location mentioned here, and he told us that he will compensate us for the extra taxi we had to take. Long story short, we arrive at the location the owner sent us and there was nobody to help us, however we managed to check in and as soon as we enter the apartment we realise that it was nothing like in the pictures and the description!!! There were only 2 beds, and we were 6 people, the beds were sofa beds and not actual beds, the bed clothing was dirty and looked like they did not change them from the guests before us, the overall apartment was small, old, smelled bad, we found cockroaches and hair in beds, mold everywhere in the walls, no balcony, no space, nothing. We were calling the owner to explain us but until now we never got a call back, never got our money for the taxi back, nothing. It was disapointing, we lost half of our day with this situation and it is a scam. There are many good reviews and I cannot understand how. Probably bot/fake reviews. BE CAREFUL! • Dzhaner (1/5): Absolutely no understanding, no tolerance for guests. An accommodation where you will have difficulty in communication - Check-in time is very late compared to the accommodation in the region. Although we pay 45eur for early check-in, we can check in at 1 pm, so even if you arrive early, you cannot deliver your suitcase and most of your time is over. If you want to go somewhere the same day, most of your time is over due to the check-in time. There was a washing machine but there is no drain connection so you cannot use it. There was no hair dryer. At 11 o'clock a cleaner was waiting at the door, there is absolutely no flexibility.

• Alžběta (8/5): Beautiful but not very practical apartment - The parquet floors and magazine design . If the task of the designer was to produce top magazine photos, he/she definitely succeeded. However, the tourists really need more than good design - I recommend throwing out the useless cupboard from the hall and the plant and painting from the 2nd hall and provide reasonable number of hooks where 10 people can hang coats and put shoes and suitcases. There is no such place or a single hook or handle in the flat. There is nothing left of the beautiful design with 10 coats hanging on the 6 chairs by the beautiful wooden dinning table and 10 suitcases lying open on the floors. Also remove the lamps that have no plugs - no need for them or install more plugs - that would be very appreciated.

• Jolanta (9/5): Superb - Modern, spacious and new Kitchen small but well equiped Comfy beds Quite near to underground and tram stops. Quiet area with a shop 2 mins walk. no sink to wash hands in the toilet, only in bathroom. Keys hard to find and the owner slow to respond to text messages
