• Marcelo (9/5): Elegante y cómodo, en gran ubicación. - Amplio, muy buen gusto, cómodo. El recibimiento de Jonás. El colchón de la cama y las almohadas podrían ser mejores para un departamento de tarifa tan elevada. Edificio muy ruidoso por las noches (hay varias unidades de alquiler temporario, y no todo el mundo es educado). Hay un ascensor, pero no para en el primer piso, dato relevante para personas con dificultades para subir y bajar por escalera.

• Casey (10/5): Excellent option in a great location in Florence. Large apartment - Excellent locqtion and the apartment was larger than we expected. Easy to walk to many places, on a busy street but not much noise from outside. Some noise from other apartments, but not a huge deal.

• Beatriz (10/5): Perfecto - El alojamiento es precioso muy amplio y con todas las comodidades. Además la ubicación es inmejorable. Súper recomendable. Sin duda si vuelvo a Florencia volvería a reservar. Nada todo perfecto. Solamente echamos de menos alguna manta en el salón. Pero todo perfecto.

• isabelle (10/5): Appartement confortable et très bien situé - L’attention particulière apportée aux petits détails , prise anti moustique , bouchons d oreilles (pas forcément utiles sauf si qql parle fort dans la cage d escalier), café, lessive etc… l emplacement est top, à 2 pas du ponte vecchio , plein de restaurants Rien, tout était parfait
• Bhirabhandhu (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was spacious enough to easily fit a family of 4. - Property is very nice and spacy, location is very accessible to the city center. The shower faucet was not functioning properly
• Chris (10/5): Much better than advertised and anticipated!! - All facilities were new and clean. More facilities then advertised. We stayed for 5 nights but shampoo and toilet paper supply was only for 1-2 nights only.
• Jakob (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, tidy flat right next to Ponte Vecchio, super modern interior and fully equipped. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, multiple ACs.
• Yannis (7/5): Bring earplugs - The apartment is well equipped and has everything we could need. The location was great, as it is only a minute away from Ponte Vecchio. Unfortunately, we did not get a single good night's sleep. The windows aren't insulated at all and the slightest sound from outside seeps in. Add to that that there seems to be noise at all times whether it's from neighbouring apartments or city workers.

• Inta (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, nice location, close to everything Place is very big, newly reconstructed. The bed was comply, quite hard metres. Kitchen well equipped Strong air condition, took us a while not to freeze. Girl meeting us was very nice and understanding when.we got.lost. Little smell from pipes in the batheroom. No shampoo. We stayed for 3nights, two people and got only 2 small bottles of shower gel.
• Franziska (7/5): Good - The location is superb and the apartment is equipped very well with everything you need in the kitchen and a steamer for your clothes. Very central and everything in Florence is just a short walk away. The rental agency is quite responsive via WhatsApp. Unfortunately there's some extra costs that I wasn't aware of. Check-in after 8pm costs 50€, if you want an extra linen for the doublebed it's 20€ and you got to get your own toilet paper after two days. Check-in was a bit weird, the number of the house is 22 and the dot on the map on booking is not correct. Also the main bed is rather hard and you hear everything in the hallway (including the superloud bang of the front door closing) in your bedroom, so cannot recommend this place for light sleepers.
• Issam (6/5): Pleasant - The location is the highlight of this flat. It’s located in the middle of the old town, The apartment is big and spacious, but we had few issues. The smell in the bathroom was horrible and the bed sheets were old. We didn’t feel like the apartment is worth the price.

• Carolyn (8/5): Fabulous location and we would stay here again. It was very comfortable and between the Pitti Palace & the Pontevecc - Location was amazing! Good size. Very comfortable, with good shower. Thin curtains in the bedroom and noise from flat above, which may have been temporary works.

Definitely stay here again. We had an issue with a smell of sewage in the bathroom, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
