khairull (7/5): good - The location is superb. just a stone throw from the infamous jalan TAR. u can comfortably walk to Merdeka Sq or to Chinatown. the hotel even accepted us for early check in without extra payment. she was helpful. this is an old building so the room is quite ok. the door is in not excellent cond but still does the job. the room is neither soundproof so expect to hear some chit chats from rooms around u. and payment needs to be by cash. fret not there's a bank just across the hotel.

Raagul (1/5): DISAPPOINTED - Nothing The place was old. Nothing like the picture. Broken bidet and sinks. Dirty sheets. You could see brown stains all over the sheets and pillows. The room was smelly. The floor was dirty. Door locks were broken. And when you go and make a complaint they don't take it seriously. They initially gave me a room. That was very bad. Then gave another room. Equally bad. Had no option but to cancel my booking and book another hotel. They don't provide water to each room but have a water dispenser with 1 glass for all the rooms to share..... A/C was making wired noise and the bathrooms were not clean at all. Starting from the sink to the floor.

Marta (1/5): Bad - Nothing I don’t like giving bad reviews but, honesty, I cannot overlook this. This hotel was just awful. I feel sorry for them, but i hope this comment help them to think about the quality that a hotel must have. Ok, it was a cheap hotel, but it was not even clean. The sheets were dirty!!!!! There were moisture all way around. This hotel would not pass an european sanity control. The doors were like if someone had punched it with an axe like in “The shining” movie ( see the pictures). A lot of noise, bad smell. The bathroom… We endee up preferring to not have a shower there and be dirty on our flight than having to take a shower there, imagine… just to be constructive, please; 1. Buy new sheets 2. Clean better the rooms 3. Check the room’s sound 4. Renew the doors 5. Paint all the walls 6. Renew the tv( it was broken) 7. Take away the iron set from The corridor

Hj (6/5): Pleasant - I like the staff very friendly and approachable. The cleanliness has to be improved.The mattress has to be changed and make sure the room was cleaned before new visitors enter the room.

Samantha (7/5): Fine for a short stay. - The hotel is in the Indian district with lots of Indian restaurants nearby and the night market. The room was old but fine. The bed was very comfortable and there was a bedside table and plug socket next to the bed. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. The room smelt slightly of stale smoke and I had no view from my window on the 1st floor.
