• Mikaela (10/5): Lovely place to disconnect and recharge - I absolutely loved my stay at the Villa. The staff was great and very helpful. I went there with my dog and there was a lot of space where she could walk around both in the garden and out in the forest. The location is amazing. Its right next to the forest and there is a path through the forest down to the beach. I went down there everyday and it was great. The Villa also has a big common kitchen with a friendly atmosphere. They also have a space where you can do yoga. 10/10 would recommend.

• Tania (8/5): Sinemorets Accommodation Review - # Sirius Guest House Review - Sinemorets The owner, Milena, and her daughter are excellent hosts - very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. **Location:** The property is located outside Sinemorets proper, so the beach, shops, supermarket and restaurants require a short car ride (less than 10 minutes) or a good walk if you prefer to go on foot. **Accommodation:** The rooms are clean and comfortable, though they could benefit from a refresh. Each room has air conditioning, outdoor seating (table and chairs), and even a wall-mounted fan for extra comfort. **Grounds:** The property features lovely grapevines running its full length and a garden filled with fig trees. However, the grounds would greatly benefit from some maintenance - the lawns need mowing, and a general tidy-up would make a huge difference to the overall appearance and feel of the place. **Facilities:** There's a very well-equipped indoor and outdoor communal kitchen perfect for self-catering holidays. The outdoor kitchen includes two charcoal BBQs. Guests have access to laundry facilities, and remote workers will appreciate the dedicated office space with five height-adjustable desks and plenty of power outlets. **Special touches:** Milena keeps chickens and sells fresh eggs to guests. She also produces and sells her own rakia made from the property's grapes - a lovely local touch. Overall, this is a welcoming place with great hosts and excellent facilities, though it would benefit from some cosmetic improvements to the grounds and rooms Its located out of Sinemorets but that's reflected in the room rate. Its nice to be out in the country but close to 2 beaches, Velika and Burayata.

• Ivan (10/5): - Приятно местенце точно на краят на селото. Хареса ми, че имаше голяма обща кухня както и коуъркинг стая. Интернетът беше добър. Голямо дворно пространство с масички пред стаите.Пеша до централният плаж за 15 минути. С кола до силистар, който за мен е най-добрият плаж в районът се стига за под 10 минути. По-усамотената локация за мен беше плюс.
• Guest (10/5): - Приятно ме изненада офис стаята – супер местенце за щракане на лаптопа. Голяма зелена градина, вечерта се чуваха щурци. Чиста стая, две удобни кухни в двата края на къщата. Домaкинята е много отзивчива. Почерпи ме с грозде от асмата пред стаята :D. Препоръчвам!

• Marina (5/5): - Голям и поддържан двор Малки масички пред всяка стая, където може да седнете и да си говорите Достатъчно места за паркиране Обаждане от хазяйката да ни попита дали може да влезе да чисти Силни забележки към хигиената още при влизането първия ден Локацията е буквално накрая на селото и най-близкият плаж е на поне 15-20 минути пеша. Освен това в съседство живеят хора, които до късно бяха усилили музиката, което пречеше. Също така на улицата, водеща към къщата, няма никакво улично осветление - пиша го само като предупреждение за жени и solo travellers. Контактите в стаята са на видимо отстояние от стената. При включването на сешоара се чуваше странен шум и след това сешоарът буквално се разглоби в ръцете ми, което, ако все още беше включен, можеше да бъде опасно Втората нощ чухме шум, който много звучеше като мишка - не сме я видели, но подозираме, че присъствието ѝ не е сън в лятна нощ

• Petya (7/5): Nice apartment with a beautiful balcony - We stayed for 6 nights in the apartment with our own kitchen and bathroom. Half the way, linen and towels change was offered. We really enjoyed the balcony, even put the dining table on it for the days we stayed (then put it back). The kitchen was well equipped, and kids loved the garden and the dogs 🐕 The bathroom could have been cleaner.

• Gancheva (10/5): Great stay at Sirius Guest House - We really enjoyed our stay at Sirius Guest house. This was the perfect location for us! Quiet, peaceful, in beautiful nature. The place is clean and well organized and had everything we needed. We used the BBQ and kitchen almost every day. We really enjoyed the walk through the beautiful forest down to the beach and to the restaurants in town. Milena, the owner and Chavdar, grounds keeper, are really hospitable and friendly and gave us great tips. We truly enjoyed our vacation, wished we could have stayed longer, and look forward to coming back one day soon! N/A

• Agnieszka (9/5): Superb - We had all we needed- peace and quiet, nature, beautiful views, separate kitchen, a space to exercise and a helpful and kind host. In the reviews somebody mentioned the mosquitos and dogs outside of the property. None of these two was a problem.
• Hendrik (5/5): Too much for what it is. - The location was mostly nice! We were alone and had it was quiet outside on the terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the nature around. It is a quite big area with a huge kitchen we were able to use. There was a lot of trash in the field right next to the area. There is a pool billard and a table tennis/pingpong table but both were basically not usable since the pool billard table was uneven and the ping pong balls were not working. On the second the employee, who was friendly, was using so much oil in the kitchen that you were barely able to walk, we had to clean everything thouroughly because it was so much oil plus he was smoking inside the kitchen which made it basically unusable for us on the second night.
• Christine (9/5): Lovely comfortable apartment, with a great location, perfect for a relaxing break. - The apartment was in a lovely location on the edge of the village, with direct access to the beaches through the woodland. It was clean and well-furnished with all we needed for a comfortable holiday, and the balconies overlooking the woodland were lovely. The owners were helpful and came in to tidy and replace supplies regularly. Many of the electric sockets did not work and we could not get the kettle or toaster to work either - but there was enough that we managed fine.
• Anna (8/5): Very good - The guest house is picturesquely located on the edge of the forest and surrounded by fruit trees and lush plants, yet not far from Sinemorets. Since we did not arrive by car, we walked all the routes (beaches, restaurants, etc.) and it was no problem at all. Melina is a very good host, always available and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Our mattress was very saggy; we could feel the metal springs in our back. Also, unfortunately, due to the proximity to the forest and the warm and humid climate during our stay (late August/early September), the air was full of small flies that chased us in swarms when we left the room. Sitting and relaxing outside was not possible. Very unfortunate, but the reverse side of the coin when you stay so close to nature.

Has everything you could need to have a great short or long stay, great facilities, everything possible in the 2 kitchens to cook your meal, prep breakfast or just do coffee, room was good size, with ok wifi, flatscreen tv and AC. Loved the little space in front of the room and overall the host was quite friendly and informative. They even have pool and darts which we didn't use but I loved the thought all was ok
