The place is equipped with everything you might need; also very clean, tidy and modernly furnished. The host was very helpful from the beginning to the end. If we come to Wien again, it is our place to stay for sure! -

• Amy (8/5): Luxury stay not far from centre. - Super well appointed apartment. Exceptionally comfortable bed with quality bedding.. we slept so well! Location was ok but meant a 10 minute walk to public transport.. a bit far out for us especially given the cold winter temperatures.

Great communication with Mario for anything we needed to know. The apartment is very handy for transport as Westbanhof is less than 10 minutes walk away There are quite a few stairs to the apartment which fortunately was no problem for us

• Laci (10/5): Excellent apartment, we would love to come back - Picking up the apartment key was easy. Excellent communication with the owner. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is nice, clean and well equipped, we enjoyed our stay there. The U-Bahn and tram were also close by. The city center was easily accessible. There were several dining options and Billa in the area.

• Anja (9/5): Eine sehr komfortable Wohnung in zentraler Lage, optimal zum Erkunden der Stadt und der Umgebung - Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert, er hat uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, in der Nähe des Westbahnhofs. Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und alle Bezirke Wiens sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Obschon sie sehr zentral ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Der Balkon ist hübsch und bei schönem Wetter gut nutzbar. Zu beachten ist, dass die Wohnung in der 3.Etage eines älteren Wohnhauses ohne Aufzug ist. Man sollte also nicht körperlich eingeschränkt sein.
• Laurence (9/5): - Very, very quiet and peaceful at night. Very well decorated. There were a few minor issues that we let the host know about and he fixed them within the hour (!), could not ask for more. Lidl supermarket practically across the road, public transport hub of train and tram and car hire a few hundred metres away. Plenty to see and do in Vienna! Not really an issue, just a personal preference, we prefer walking everywhere. This apartment is on the edge of central Vienna, not in central Vienna, which meant we got the train in and back more often than we would have liked,
• David (10/5): Absolutely fantastic compartment with a reasonable view and a great location near a transport hub. The city centre was a - All the gadgets and facilities for self catering. Hosts let us in earlier to leave our luggage which was very kind of them. Great to have Internet television in the lounge and the bedroom. Nothing but and I think it says this when you book, there are 74 steps to climb up with no elevator. We are fit and have no problem carrying a suitcase up, but some people might.

• Chris (10/5): Perfect apartment for staying in Vienna. - Wonderful apartment only a short walk from Vienna's West Bahnhof station, with great connections via train, tram and bus into the city centre. Beautifully furnished with a modern kitchen, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Despite being on a busy road, it was quiet and peaceful in the apartment, and we enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony. Would highly recommend to any visitor to Vienna. The communication was excellent, but it wasn't clear from instructions which apartment we were actually staying in. I don't mind stairs at all, but this is an older residential block without a lift, so some may struggle.

• Annie (10/5): Exceptional - The owner met my daughter and I at the apt and let us drop off our backpacks in the morning, before check in. Normally we would have had to get the key from the lock box. He was cleaning the apt. He was very helpful and understanding. Apt was clean, comfortable and newly renovated. The location is excellent. Close to everything, yet in a quiet residential area. You have to be aware that there are lots of stairs going up to the apt.

It is also very clean and the location is great (close to the train station, but very quiet and chill). We especially liked the unusual layout of the house and of the building. The blackout curtains and the comfortable bed were an extra-reward after exploring beautiful Vienna. The overall feeling was that the host has thought of every detail as he would appreciate a wonderful stay.

Very nicely furnished interior and a huge bonus was the patio with a sofa in the courtyard. Communication with the owner was perfect, instructions to want-in clear and and simple, any questions answered very quickly. -
• Dániel (9/5): Best place you can pick for a comfortable stay in Vienna. - The place surpassed my expectations, it is extremely comfortable, designed and equipped with love to detail, the kitchen contains everything one can imagine. Perfect for business or leisure travel, also for longer stays. It's not in one of the hippest quartiers of Vienna, but the neighbourhood is safe and can be very easily reached by a short walk from Westbahnhof. The host is wonderful, very communicative and helpful. Happy to be back any time again!
• Adna (10/5): Exceptional - The host was so helpful and kind! The apartment is 5 min walk from Wien Westbahnhof, the location is perfect! There is a lot of stores, restaurants and coffee shops all around the apartment. Everything was so amazing, including apartment, beds and pillows are so comfortable, Mario left us Nespresso coffee capsules, tea, towels… we will surely come back in Vienna so soon! Thank you Mario!
• Melinda (9/5): Chic flat for a pleasant stay - Comfortable flat close to the railway station. Kitchen is well equipped. The railway station is not loud at all. The view is great, there are great magazines on the table. The interior is pretty, having high quality. Very nice and practical curtains (good for making total darkness). Small things are provided - tea, umbrella, city map - what is kind. There is enough space to feel at home. We could leave the luggage for 1,5 hour longer in the flat after check in. Lights in the bathroom are not enough. In the morning you can hear dog barking from the next flat, and also there were workers building a balcony to the flat, so we could not sleep long. Coffee machine is a vertuo, so it is not easy to get capsule to it. The owner did not sent the code for the gate or infos on booking or via email, so we could not go in at 15.00, and for 15 min he didn't answer the phone or email or for sms, so it was quite a bad into. After that it was solved, and things get back to normal.

• Elvira (7/5): Beautiful apartment and cozy - The property is beautiful as well as the host. Relaxing as you have all the facilities you need. The window view is beautiful as you can see the trains. It is good for long stay and bag packers! The only thing that bothers us is that there is no lift. You have to carry your big luggages going up to the 3rd floor and carry it again down. Such a good exercise but not good for us! 😀

• Petia (10/5): Exceptional - Mario's apartment exceeded our expectations. Modern, cozy, and super conveniently located within walking distance to U3 and Mariahilfer Strasse. There are some nice restaurants in the area, and Billa and Lidl are just around the corner. The communication with the host was easy and fast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to be back soon.
• Andrew (10/5): Stylish Apartment in a convenient location in Vienna - Great location near to Westbahnhof station , only about a 7 minute walk. Very stylish apartment, tastefully decorated with comfy bed and great facilities. Wish we could stay longer. The stairs may be a challenge for some, but this doesn’t detract from the Apartment experience.

The apartment is extremely well-equipped, from a Nespresso machine to all possible sizes of coffee cups. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. The entrance hall in the building and the staircase need to be renovated; however, a letter on the front door informs that it is going to happen soon.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone - we felt right at home. Maybe if a fan was provided for those very hot 39 deg days, that would have made our stay even more perfect.

The only thing that bothered us was that the apartment was on the 5th floor, and there was no lift. So it was very difficult with all the luggage to go to the apartment.

It is very close to the train station, subway and supermarket. It's also easy to find street parking spots nearby. And the host is really friendly.

The apartment was just ideal for us. This could perfectly be our second house with all the amenities and comfort that we really appreciate. It´s a wonderful experience when you almost feel like home – what an amazing place! Very well decorated, perfectly clean and truly cosy. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the supermarket, transportation and Westbahnhof are just at the corner within a 3-5 minute walking distance. For the little kids the apartment is safe. This is always a plus for us. We are keeping this apartment in the top 3 of all our abroad vacancies. Thank you, Mario!
• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment…easy to find and very quiet. Probably one of the best I have stayed in! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with 6 flights of stairs to climb as there is no lift. Don’t let this put you off! It is lovely, fresh and clean with the little added touches to really make it feel like a home away from home. A very well stocked kitchen, complete with all major appliances. Great comfy bed & black out curtains in the apartment. Perfect location for walking or only a 5 minute walk to train station for metro/trams. Supermarkets & shops in abundance are also located at train station. Wifi works really well. Great communication from Mario re my stay and if I needed anything to let him know. I will have no hesitation in staying here again…it’s a gem! That I couldn’t stay longer!
• Joanna (10/5): Definitely worth visiting. - I found what I was looking for :) The apartment has a good location, close to the metro station and you can also reach many interesting places on foot. The interior is carefully designed and decorated and very well equipped as well, nothing is missing. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure :) Oh, there is one thing you should know. There is no elevator so you need to do some exercises with a luggage ;))
• Kaarle (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment looks exactly like on the photos, maybe even better. We were really impressed with the whole style. The kitchen was very well equipped. It had everything so you can cook/bake, if you feel like it. The sofa-bed is great and transforms the living room into another bedroom where two other people can fit. The instructions for check-in were clear and we even had a chance to meet Mario who was really nice and helpful. It is good to keep in mind that the apartment is located in older building, thus it can get a little bit cold in winter months. Fortunately, the provided bedding was thick and warm and the heating is also available :)

• Trang (10/5): The flat was perfect and wonderfully decorated with all the amenities of home. - Our stay was amazing! From the moment we walked through the doors to the time we left, we were thrilled and happy with how modern, clean, and comfortable the flat was. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is one of the most equipped we have ever stayed in, the beds are comfortable and soft and large enough for 2 couples, and overall, the apartment lacked nothing during our time there. The location is wonderful, about 500 meters (roughly 5-8) minute walk from the Ubahn Westbahnhof stop, which took us to St. Stephen's Cathedral (the center) in about 15 minutes. There are plenty of shops nearby(Billa, Lidl), and there is public parking right in front of the building. Communication with the owner, Mario, was easy, and prompt as he was/is a wonderful host. We highly recommend staying here, and fully intend to on our next trip back! Nothing, our stay was amazing.
• Valeria (10/5): A wonderful apartment for our stay in Vienna - This apartment is amazing. Mario was was very helpful and kind, he was quick in answers and left us some sweet treats for our arrival. The apartment is in a 5 min distance to the underground Westbahnhof, which is the fastest way to get to city Centre, in total about 10-15 min drive which is very fast and convenient. The apartment is new, modern and beautiful, with all necessary tools to stay and enjoy the time. We had a great visit to Vienna all thanks to Mario! We will stay here again on our next visit to Vienna!:)
