Для того щоб пройти до ліжка чи вікна треба йти боком і дуже обережно щоб не набити синці. Сніданки ниякі. Це не перша подорож до Стамбула, тому я розумію які мають бути сніданки. Кожного вечора зникав інтернет.

- Wajahat (7/5): Average Stay in Istanbul - The hotel is clean and comfortable. Location is good and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Room sizes are small as per prices, No sofa or chair is available even in deluxe rooms. Breakfast needs to improve alot. Fixed same menu everyday serving on tables. It doesn't look like 4 star hotel. Its like 3 star hotel.

The staff was great - Merve at reception was a absolute star being helpful and always friendly! The cat was soo cute - being a cat lover, we enjoyed playing with her. Our room was spotless, we received free bottles of water each day, had a nice balcony and a nice shower without any worries of not having hot water! We will definitely come back again! There was nothing we did not like! What I will recommend is a bit of a variety of food on the breakfast menu. Another recommendation is maybe an armchair in the bedroom. This is just my personal taste.

We left in the morning and a worker stayed and made sure our taxi came and kept us company. Every worker was perfect and Saaed was very good with customers and ready to help. Theres two black street cats near the hotel, please if you visit give them food and love please <3

Звонок на перемены и сами перемены с игрой во дворе будят вас по расписанию. Шумоизоляция - печальная. Шумоизоляция. Но если вы просыпаетесь рано, то школьная жизнь вам не помешает.

- Ioana (5/5): The stars and grade is not correct for what you get. - The price was ok and it was close to center. None of the 4 rooms we had was clean, they upgraded my room when i asked for new bed sheets but it was worst then the first one. Breakfast is poor quality and selection but eatable, also no real coffee. It is next to a high school, so if you plan to sleep after 8 is not a good option, they put a song extremely loud every hour.

Ils nous ont dit que le petit déjeuner était à volonté en buffet .Le petit déjeuner est servi à table avec des toutes petites portions et un pain de mauvaise qualité et un service à table de très mauvaise qualité dans une grande pièce où il fait très froid.

Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer sauber. - keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer - Frühstücksraum sehr kalt (wir durften nicht drinnen sitzen - warum auch immer) - Frühstück sehr lieblos: es gab immer einen Käse/Wurstteller, das traurige war, dass dieser jeden Tag wieder verwendet wurde (der Käse hatte zb. schon einen "gelben" Rand und einmal fehlte Wurst); auch das Brot war einmal hart, was deutlich macht, dass es schon vom Vortag war; außerdem gab es wenig Auswahl und die Mitarbeiterin war total unfreundlich - Transport zum Flughafen: wir haben ein Taxi über das Hotel gemietet und es kam geschlagene 20 Minuten zu spät! Das darf bei einem Flughafentransfer nicht passieren. Der Taxifahrer meinte, es gab Stau - das war aber abzusehen.

Die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels war über die Haltestelle Taksim auch sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und das angebotene Frühstück recht spärlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, sodass die Koffer nicht einmal verstaut werden konnten und das angebotene Frühstück recht spärlich.

Sehr kleine Zimmer (Das Öffnen von grösserem Gepäck wäre so gut wie nicht wirklich möglich gewesen). Unter der Woche ab 8 Uhr sehr laut, da nebenan ein Pausenhof einer Schule ist. Abends aufgrund der Diskotheken und Bars auch ziemlich laut. Am besten Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Das Frühstück war okay.

You can hear everything that happens outside the door in the hall, at night that's disturbing, room is quite small and the fridge with glass door does not turn the lights off, so it lighs all the room unless you cover it with something. Pillows are insanely big and comfortable so I don't know why smaller are not available as default. At breakfast staff has no clue about diets, I informed about being vegan and was brought meat, eggs, cheese. Sorry but 4 star hotel should at least know the difference. I'd rate this a 3 star hotel at best.

C'est une rue très silencieuse et tranquille et à une minute à pied de rues animées, petits bars et restaurants... et en plus à moins de quatre minutes à pied de la place Taksim d'où l'on peut prendre bus, metro ou funiculaire...Le personnel à la réception est très serviable, tout est propre et il y a une petite cour boisée et fleurie à l'entrée. Rien en ce qui me concerne.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, big thanks to Jason who was very kind and helpful. The Wifi signal was a bit weak but it works in general. - Georges (9/5): Very nice hotel near Taksim - Very good location, near Taksim square and Istiklak Street, the street is very calm comparing to other noisy streets arounds. The room was large and clean and the bed very confortable with everyday 2 bottles of water and nescafe. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very basic with few items and not very good quality and the same daily. And if you have your breakfast after half an hour of its opening many items will be missing. The channels of the Tv were not working

- Chrisnl (9/5): Good value for money but mediocre breakfast - Modern room, nice balcony, hardly any street noise, central location to Taksim and Istiklal shopping street. Lots of restaurants and bars in the alleys nearby the hotel. Breakfast was very basic and not of good quality. The bread was stale and cornflakes not fresh. It was so bad that my colleagues and I decided to have breakfast elsewhere after the first morning.

He greeted every morning and provided useful information about things to do in Istanbul. Rasim also was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, it was walking distance to almost all the tourist attractions in the new city.
