• Adrian (2/5): - La cama me encantó. Tenía mucha privacidad gracias a las cortinas que tapaban completamente el espacio. Además, la cápsula era bastante amplia y cómoda, con una mesita, una luz e incluso un espejo. La atención del personal fue bastante fría y poco cercana. Al llegar apenas me explicaron nada más allá de dónde estaba mi habitación, así que cuando fui a cenar no sabía que tenía que descargar una un QR previamente, después de haber hecho toda la cola. La zona de la cena también fue una mala experiencia. Había demasiada gente para el espacio disponible y la organización era bastante caótica. Parecía un comedor militar: largas colas para conseguir comida, platos o cubiertos, y muchas veces no había sitio donde sentarse. De hecho, no llegue a sentarme ni un día en una silla con mesa, tuve que comer en un sofá sin mesa. El espacio común es demasiado pequeño para la cantidad de personas que alojan

• Chia Hsien (6/5): - The staff there are all really nice. The free food they provide helps a lot with a backpacker’s budget. The location is also near the station, which makes getting around very convenient. I stayed in a mixed 4-person room, which was extremely narrow — there wasn’t enough space for a large suitcase. The window also didn’t work, so the room stayed dark all day. There’s no elevator in the hostel, and the stairs are quite narrow, which makes carrying luggage to the upper floors a bit dangerous. My sleep quality was also pretty bad because my roommates often made noise around 4–5 a.m. I understand they probably needed to go to work at that time, but the way they closed the door and climbed onto the beds always woke me up. If you’re traveling and hoping for a comfortable, quality stay in Sydney, I think you could probably find a better place for the same price.

• Lucas (10/5): Experiencia y estadía fenomenal. - Me gustó mucha la atención y hospitalidad de Alejandro, Christian y Rebeca, ambos muy serviciales y amables con los huéspedes. Me gustó mucho el desayuno y la comida, ambas muy completas y de buen sabor. Me gustó la ubicación del hostal ya que está todo relativamente cerca. Las camas son grandes y cómodas y la cortina le da un toque especial para tener más privacidad. Los espacios públicos b son muy acogedores y ordenados. Sin duda volvería a escoger Tequila sunrise en el futuro y además de recomendarlo. Se puede mejorar la limpieza de algunos baños y de los pasillos.

Las comidas son muy completas y ricas! felicito a Facundo. Y obviamente también a todo el personal quienes siempre están dispuestos a ayudar con todo.

Also the fact that they provide breakfast and dinner which was great as I don't have to worry about cooking while my trip. Overall, It's a great place to stay even if u r travelling solo.

• Seohyeon (4/5): 굳이? - 아침 저녁 밥이 나옴(맛있지는 않고 저녁보다는 아침이 나았음) 샤워실에 샴프,린스,바디워시 잇음 (수압도 ㄱㅊ고 따뜻한 물 나옴, 대신 좁고 층에 2개밖에 없음...) 침대에 커튼잇음 테라스의 존재 체크인 할때 카운터에 직원이 없어서 30분 기다림 바퀴벌레 시체 계단에서 매일 봄 잘때 에어컨 소리 겁나 시끄러움 잠귀 예민하신분들 진짜 비추 방 작음(다른호스텔 가봤는데 거기가 더 싼데 더 넓고 깨끗했습니다...) 엘베 없고 계단 좁음(찾아보면 엘베있는 호스텔 있으니 짐무거우신분들 있는 곳을 ㅊㅊ합니다...) 스페인 사람들이 많아서 다들 영어를 안쓰던데요... 영어로 물어보면 영어로 대답해주시기는하나, 주위에서 영어가 들리는 환경이 아니고 한국인들 적은 호스텔에 묵고싶어서 여기를 선택하시는 거면 비추천

• Dexter (10/5): - The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ale is on the front desk, and is likely to be the first smiling face you meet. There is a fun, friendly vibe with a Latin -South American feel... you don't need to go to Argentina because Argentina has come to Australia. The breakfast is a full breakfast, more like a hotel than a hostel. The automatic pancake machine is a first, and especially popular 😋. The toilets and showers are cleaned throughout the day. So sit back and relax. The only thing that you may not like is getting too relaxed, spending too much time on the sunny terrace and never wanting to leave

Dejé comida en la heladera, con etiqueta de identificación y desaparecieron luego de dos horas. A otra chica le sustrajeron pertenencias de su cartera luego de olvidarla en el espacio común.

• Axel (3/5): Just pay a bit more at a cleaner place - The rooms were clean, and the drawer you got was handy and spacious All common rooms were small and dirty and there was 1 shower for about 24 people, that combined that some of the showers and hallways had cockroaches made the stay very dissapointing. The people there were also mainly spanish speaking workers, so for a backpacker not really a enjoyable stay

I also really appreciated that breakfast and dinner were included in the price, which was very convenient. The rooftop was a great bonus and a nice place to relax. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. I didn’t like that there weren’t enough showers and toilets for the number of guests.
• Luis2533 (9/5): - Ubicación, amabilidad del personal ( tod@s). Había un chico, que cuando hacía la cena , se comía muy bien. Yo le decía " tiene buena pinta la cena de hoy" pero nunca le pregunté su nombre. Enhorabuena. No deberían alojar a grupos de amigos en la misma habitación, porque no respetan el silencio de los demás, ni el espacio. Fue muy incómodo para mí compartir habitación con un grupo de 4 personas ( amigos ellos) con ruidos, cosas por el suelo, la luz encendida, abriendo la puerta y dando puertazos, entrando gente de otra habitación quizás amigos y reunidos hablando... Me dio la sensación que había gente con estancias largas, que se sentían como dueños del lugar, que no respetaban el turno de las cenas y se colaban en la cola sin importar quien estaba delante. Disculpad mi comentario, pero tenía que decirlo para ver si podéis mejorarlo.

• Martin (5/5): Attractive place with a big BUT - Very tasty breakfast and dinner. Roof terrace for relaxing or exercising. Separated beds provide decent privacy. Location is amazing, very close to train and botanical gardens, opera house. Nice showers. Extremely cramped; you can barely move in the common areas. It was awful during breakfast, with everyone constantly bumping into each other. On top of that, the Spanish-speaking guests were extremely loud, and at times, it was all just too much. Regarding the food, there were so many rules it was ridiculous (you can choose either mashed potatoes or rice, but half-and-half isn't allowed—'I don’t make the rules'). Overall, I felt claustrophobic and didn't enjoy my stay at all due to the atmosphere. The cleanliness was poor—there was a mess in the hallway, a towel lay on the floor for three days, and the bathrooms deserve more frequent attention (including broken toilet seats). During my trip to Australia, I stayed in five hostels in total, and this was definitely the worst experience. The facilities look good at first glance and the included meals are great, but the overall vibe of the place is just bad.

• Jenny Lucia (8/5): Lo recomiendo si quieres encontrarte gente latina - Me gustó el ambiente que había ya que todos éramos jovenes haciendo la w&h o student visa. Recomiendo el trato de Alejandro que me ayudó a subir la maleta porque no tienen ascensor! Y esta super bien que hagan actividades durante la tarde o noche. Los dos últimos días, estaban reformando el lavabo de al lado de mi habitación y no pude estar descansando por la tarde. Por las escaleras me encontré alguna cuki pero me han comentado que es normal en sydney.

Rent badeværelse. Der er ikke plads til at kunne spise ved et bord. Flere af gæsterne blev nødt til at sidde på trappen eller i deres seng.

• Hao Ran (7/5): Solid location just outside of CBD - The beds were well isolated and had all amenities (blankets, towel and own mini fan). Public space was tidy and bathrooms well maintained. Provided meal was serviceable. Staff was very friendly at answering questions. Check-in was not up to stuff. Arrived at around noon but only was able to drop off luggage after pulling a cleaning member aside. Even at check in time, no one at front desk for over half an hour. Bed pods are also rather hot in summer when I went, but each sub-room had AC to compensate a bit.

En especial, recomiendo la gran atención de Rebeca, que fue muy amable y servicial durante nuestra estadía; siempre estuvo muy dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo! Que no había ascensor y que los espacios comunes eran bastante pequeños para la cantidad de personas que visitan el Hostel.

• Christine (7/5): Silvester in Sydney - Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Tolle Lage. Man ist fußläufig schnell bei der Oper. Für ein 6-Personen-Zimmer war der Preis sehr hoch.

Very descent breakfast and dinner for the price. A great place if you are under the age of 30! The cleaning was not to my professional standard (I do holiday rentals myself), the bathrooms were not always available. The breakfast window (8 to 9am) was too early for me. I was on holidays so rarely got up before 9am) and the dinner which also had a 1 hour window between 7 and 8pm was a bit of a crowded rush!

• Amber (9/5): Very good place to stay - The bunk beds were wonderful, even when on the bottom bunk (I’m 170cm) I could sit up without bumping my head. The adjustable clip-on fan and light was great, the space available in the bunk bed made it very comfortable. The rooms were tight but I would rather the spacious bunk beds and narrow aisles rather than big aisles and tiny bunks. Staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked to be put with my friends during my second stay. Free breakfast and dinner was a great touch, tasty too.

Luggage room for storage if needed. Some areas of the hostel like the roof close a little early, round 9pm - Some of the storage lockers for food are a bit small for my liking, so I didn't use them. Check-in took a bit of time to complete.

• Heather (6/5): Good but not great - Staff were super friendly and helpful! The hostel had a good social vibe for younger people - the majority of guests when I was there were Spanish so not so great for an English solo traveller but overall everyone there seemed pretty friendly and happy! The toilet and showers were nice and clean! The kitchen/social area wasn’t super clean, lots of dropped food in the kitchen area, dirty sink full of dirty water in the kitchen, many bugs along the eating benches and food cupboards… even when I got up early and left before breakfast the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped and there were a lot of bugs around. The more communal space was a bit neglected cleaning wise but it was always busy. I think it’s more to do with the people staying not properly taking care of the space rather than the staff not doing enough, because staff were cleaning fairly often and there was always someone around. My room also had a really loud air con machine so not the best nights sleep ever but rather that than being boiling hot!
