We also loved how it blended resort life with rural life, they have a mini farm attached to the resort with very friendly donkeys, goats, and more animals. Finally, the staff were incredibly friendly, accomodating, and lovely to chat with. Most meals were great, and so was the service. However, sometimes the meals were not the best.

• Kendra (10/5): We will be back!!! - The food was plentiful and delicious. The pools were well-kept. The check-in process was so organized. The gardens and flowers were stunning! So beautiful. We loved being next to the beach. We loved being next to the gardens. We had a view of the pool and meal areas, could hear nice music and a good volume. The coffee bar was excellent! Fridge in the room, beautiful balcony, comfortable, clean seating area. There was entertainment on the beach one of the two nights we were there. We were so happy with our stay and the quality of everything on the property. The children’s playground is out of service but there was so much else to do that we didn’t need it.

Location is surrounded by green fields and trees and at the edge of a lake where you could watch ships going to the Suez canal. The dining room was very small but tables were available beside the pool or in the gardens. Food is made to your request. Even though not on the menu, they prepared fresh fish at our request. It was excellent. This is an old property that was the very top of its class when new. They are doing an amazing job keeping it working and usable. It has loads of character and charm and allows you to experience the old ways. It's clean but don't expect new and glossy. It's my grandma's house. Nothing has changed in years. Nothing! Beds are very basic. Mattresses very thin with very little cushioning

• Shaun (9/5): Relaxing stay on the Suez canal with views of green farmland - Very friendly place with privacy when required. The pool area is well maintained and we enjoyed the quality of the food. The rooms are of a good size with a seating area as well as balcony, separate bed area and ensuite bathroom. The view across the farmland is pretty and we liked lazing on the beach watching the ships travel up and down the canal. We took advantage of an offer for free half board which made our trip extremely good value. The lake has a mud bottom (but the beach is a pleasant sandy area). The music can be a bit intrusive in the pool area.

• Filmypapy (9/5): The place to stay in the Ismailia area :) ... - Nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Even if it is a bit dated, it is still clean and functional, making for a good price quality ratio. It has nice green spaces on its premises and it is easy to find when driving a car from any direction. Perfect place for one night stay when in transit like it was the case in our situation. Quiet and rural area makes for a peaceful night. Closed and secured parking is a great value added service free of charge if you are travelling by car. Highly recommend. Will stay there again if next time in the area.

The hotel only had a few number of guests including us, so there was no open buffet (set menu) and the food was awful. Also the cafeteria service is slow and they would bring us what we ordered after we remind them several times.

• Amr (8/5): Best place to get away. - The place was very relaxing, birds chirping, clean air, quiet,open views. The food and snack varieties were extremely limited.
• Doaa (9/5): We would definitely go again, and I recommend it. - I went with my husband and 5-year old daughter, they both enjoyed it very much. This resort is instantly relaxing, beautiful lush premises, the buildings, trees and plants are loved and well taken care of. It's quiet and private, ideal for short stays and weekend getaways. The room was comfortable, the staff is responsive and very accommodating, the dinner and maitre d were perfect. The breakfast is very minimal with very few options, no fresh fruit or juices, and mostly canned goods. It's also only from 8-10 am, and should be extended. But again the staff is very accommodating and would do their best to fix you up with anything. This beach is on the Suez Canal's Great Bitter Lake, so the water is shallow, very slaty, a bit smelly and murky, not ideal for swimming, but the view is lovely.

Everywhere is green and surrounded by date trees. Peaceful and relax atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. There is a big sandy beach for swimmers and horse stable for riders. Hotel is little bit outdated and need renovation.

The location is in an impoverished, unsafe neighborhood with broken roads, etc. All my family struggled all night with mosquitoes and our baby woke up with her face covered with mosquito bites. Our room phone was broken, and so could not order room service (my wife is pregnant). Most of the hotel is empty..

• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - it’s a hidden Gem ! Perfect for couples, meditation and retreats. Very clean, serene and quite. The greenery and landscapes are very neat and taken care of. I loved the sunset spot overlooking the endless green fields of Abu Sultan. The location is exceptional, only an hour from cairo. The staff is very friendly and helpful. would definitely repeat it. :) food is not allowed from outside of the property yet food was only served during meal times, or you’ll need to give them a two hours’ notice ahead of time.

• Nehal (7/5): Calm short stay - Arabesque style gives the place a warm atmosphere. The king room with its private pool is addressed by calmness. The beach is clean with plenty of seats and picturesque views. The staff is friendly and hard workers. There is no WiFi access, although it was mentioned on booking (free WiFi is available) Regarding the breakfast and dinner, they are average, not delicious, and no variety. The food has to be improved throughly. Upon paying by credit, they asked for 2% extra charge, and they cancelled this 2% when we refused to pay the extra fee

It's an ideal place to relax and spend a small vacation. very cozy and simple , I asked them to prepare the room for a birthday surprise , and indeed they decorated the room with flowers. I am very grateful for that, especial thanks to Mr. Mohammed Rajab, the reception manager, for his cooperation and understanding. Of course I will be back again. nothing, The quantities of food are very good, and the quality is also possible to improve a little. They need to develop the hotel market and pool buffet and beach buffet although and provide it with more variety of food and drinks so that guests can enjoy the place all day
