• benedetto (6/5): Niente di particolare , si può trovare di meglio .Dovevamo andare al concerto al Teatro del Verme - Non ho fato la collazione a casa. La posizione è comoda. L’apartamento è molto rumoroso , il tram sotto l’abbiamo sentito per quasi tutta la notte. L’apartamento non dispone di tende oscuranti per assicurare un buio totale.

• Sandra (10/5): - Location was very central. Good size fridge and spacious place Very noisy with traffic at night time. I ended up sleeping on sofa bed which helped.

• Alessia (7/5): Good for short stays and young guests - Nice and clean, the staff has been very helpful The apartment is extremely noisy, the quality of the finishes is not as good as expected. There is a very steep and narrow staircase at the entrance and the lift doesn’t cover all the levels.

• Emma (8/5): Very convenient for centre of milan - Excellent location, the host was friendly. Only needed a stop over for 1 night and this suited perfectly. Being in a central location did mean it was noisy. There was a lot of traffic going past until very late and the windows weren't double glazed. That being said, you have to expect some noise being that central, it wouldn't stop me staying here again but I would take ear plugs

Ему отдельное спасибо за дополнительный кофе! Прекрасный санузел, горячая вода, полотенца, шампуни, всего было в достатке. Если я вернусь в Милан хотелось остановиться снова здесь.

• Gabriele (9/5): Toll für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Mailand - Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage für eine Städtereise ! Alles prima!
• Fabio (10/5): Ottima soluzione - la struttura è super centrale, molto spaziosa. La camera da letto grande, con finestra e tv, armadio molto ampio. Il letto comodo. In cucina c’è il divano letto molto ampio. Lo staff molto accogliente. Bagno grande provvisto di kit accoglienza. I cuscini della camera da letto sono durissimi. Purtroppo nei giorni precedenti all’arrivo nessuno rispondeva tramite messaggi Booking o telefonate.

Uma fraude.... Nis cobraram 20 euros pelo check in após 13 minutos passados das 20hs. Fogão não tinha como acender, não tinha acendedor. Cafeteira não funcionou. Máquina de lavar quebrada. Local sujo e perigoso. Chaleira elétrica imunda, fedorenta. Meu Deus.... Frontais manchadas, sujas . Muito triste tratar o hóspede desta forma. Me senti roubada

Os anfitriões foram impecávei - À localização Faltaram alguns itens importantes na cozinha, tais como, fósforos, esponja, toalha… Autocolismo estava partido.. tínhamos de ter cuidado para a água não ficar a correr.

• Kleiser (10/5): - Top Lage, in alle Richtungen! Es ist sauber und modern. Um die Ecke gibt ein mehrere Café um morgens zu frühstücken. Wir waren zu dritt, auch zu viert wäre es ein kein Problem. Das Schlafsofa ist sehr groß! Der Betreiber ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Rückfahrt war sehr spät abends, es war kein Problem das Gepäck bis abends dort zulassen! Gerne wieder!

• Ketty (4/5): - Sicuramente la posizione vicino a tutti i servizi. Esperienza assai deludente. Contattare con l'host è quasi impossibile. Risponde ad un messaggio su 5. Appartamento rimodernato da poco ma la pulizia viene eseguita in modo davvero grossolano. Calcare ovunque, cassetta del water che perde, rubinetto della cucina che perde. Materasso abbastanza comodo ma cuscini duri come il cemento. Rumore terribile che non permette di dormire. Ascensore presente ma non usato a causa di persone che lo stavano rovinando. Scale ostili da fare.

• Dominika (6/5): It was alright but.. - - The location was great, only 13mins of walking to the city centre (but as it had its ups, the downs were unfortunately beating it - i will explain later on) - the building itself was awesome, had an italian vibe to it - the owner ( or guide ) was very nice and made us feel welcomed - a lot of towels, tea, coffee - IT WAS SO LOUD, I was unable to get a good quality sleep due to outside noise throughout the whole night even tho we had all windows closed - they are old. We also heard people living around us talking, walking etc. We stayed for just one night so it was manageable but I wouldnt be able to stay there for more. - someone else also commented on this : THE PILLOWS WERE SO HARD! The owner should really think about changing them. - we only got a sheet to cover ourselves which was not comfortable, Im used to this at sea located apartments during the summer but not in october 😂 ( there was a large duvet cover but it didnt have any bed linen and I found hair on it so we obviously didn’t use it.) - the fridge was a bit dirty - all together the apartment looked like it wasnt well maintained

Posizione strategica rispetto alla zona centrale di Milano Quando siamo arrivati l'ascensore non funzionava e noi eravamo all'ultimo piano. Nonostante lo avessimo fatto notare, il giorno dopo alla nostra partenza era ancora fuori uso... Ma ho avuto l'impressione che lo fosse già da tempo.

No era capaz de usar la calculadora para decirnos el importe de la tasa. Estuvimos 2 h intentando que se fuese del apartamento, finalmente llamamos a la policía que nos recomendó marcharnos

Subir 3 pisos por escaleras, no andaba el elevador, imposible dormir de los ruidos de la calle porque filtra muchísimo ruido por las ventanas, almohadas duras como piedras y colchones híper blandos e incómodos.

• Austeja (5/5): Small, dark and noisy apartment and host late for check in. - Really well located apartment, near to most of the popular tourist places. Can pay city tax with card. Small apartment, air condition didn’t work in the bedroom. I don’t have problems sleeping but it was impossible to sleep in the bedroom because of the noice from outside! Better when sleeping on the sofa in the living room. Host was 30min late to our agreed meeting time, and couldn’t get in touch at any time when waiting for him to come. Thought for a second that we had been scammed since I didn’t hear anything from the host til he arrived.
• Marta (5/5): Passable - the location was great, it was also in a good street with beautiful restaurants and others to begin with, they made us pay some taxes we were not informed about, the air conditioner was really really weak, so it was quite difficult to refrigerate the apartment. He told us we could use all the facilities for free, but the coffee machine was not working (one of the reasons we booked the apartment).

• Ccfernandez (9/5): Read this to know how to get hot water! - Very nice apartment, very spacious and nice equipments Very important, the person who welcomes you have to indicate how to control the hot water and the ambient thermostat system, it is all controlled by a wall device in the living room
• Jana (1/5): Worst owner ever! - The owner forced me via WhatsApp to cancel the accommodation, which I didn’t because I thought it was a scam. After the payment the day before arriving I thought everything was fine and I got the confirmation from booking.com that everything is ready for check-in. But then I got quit some hours before checking in, standing in Milan without any accommodation! Such a fool, this is criminal!

• Giorgia (5/5): Perfect centered location, but not comfortable to sleep. - The location was amazing! Between Duomo and the Castle. Easy to walk everywhere, close to tram and metro station. The noise of traffic: it was impossible to sleep without a pair of earplugs. And even with them, the noise was high, since the room is facing the a main street.
