- Iuliia (10/5): - Отличный вариант для проживания в Стамбуле за свою цену. Отель расположен на очень тихой улице — спать было комфортно, никто не мешал. При этом все главные достопримечательности и набережная находятся в пешей доступности, что очень удобно. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: сотрудники невероятно доброжелательные и отзывчивые. Помогли поднять чемоданы на второй этаж и потом спустить их обратно, сразу дали свой номер телефона и всегда были на связи — на любые вопросы отвечали практически мгновенно. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Сам номер довольно скромный, но за такую цену это, пожалуй, один из лучших вариантов. Определённо могу рекомендовать этот отель тем, кто ищет удобное расположение, тишину и хороший сервис по доступной цене.

- Tetiana (8/5): Dziękujemy serdecznie właścicielowi, który starannie prowadzi apartament w trudnych warunkach Stanbulu. - Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Właściciel bardzo szybko reagował na nasze prośby i uzupełniał braki. Zorganizował dla nas komfortowy transfer z lotniska i na lotnisko o 3 godziny nocy, nie spał, kontrolował naszą komfortową wyprowadzkę. Pokój malutki i ciasny, ale czysty, jest sprzęt dla bieżącego samodzielnego sprzątania w razie potrzeby, czego brakuje w innych miejscach. Nasz pokój był na górnym piętrze (bagaż wnosi pracownik) od strony morza, więc mieliśmy widok na morze, ale przez siatkę na owady. Bydynek i morze rozdziela autostrada i koleja, więc jest dużo szumu. Z pokojów po drugiej stronie widać poszarpane domy i góry śmieci, jak w całym Stambule. Ale miejsce dosyć wygodne, obok przejście do morza, wszędzie jest blisko, spacerkiem, do zabytków można dotrzeć również wybrzeżem. Całkiem było ciepło, miło i przytulnie. Trudno z wodą w łazience, wygląda na to że taki problem jest w całej dzielnice, możliwie, w całym mieście. Woda jest trudna do regulowania - leci lub wrzątek, lub nagle lodowata woda. Słabe też odprowadzenie wody - w łazience zostaje głęboka kałuża.

Błekitny Meczet, Hagia Sophia jakieś 900m. Miły właściciel. Jedyny minus: obiekt położony w pobliżu trasy szybkiego ruchu d-100,

- Ismailov (4/5): - The room was clean and warm. The check-in process was smooth, even though I arrived late at night. The room is significantly smaller than it appears in the photos, with very limited space. It is located on the ground floor, and the windows face directly onto the street, making it impractical to open them without fully exposing the room. I had to leave earlier than planned for personal reasons and stayed 1 night out of 5. We agreed that the host would keep payment for 2 nights plus the booking commission and refund the remaining amount. However, after returning the keys, the previously discussed refund was declined, and various reasons unrelated to the situation were given to justify this decision. This accommodation may be suitable for budget travelers who are primarily looking for a place to sleep. It is not well suited for guests expecting a comfortable, spacious stay.

Понравилось, что персонал дождался нас поздно в новогоднюю ночь, когда отвалились 2 варианта где остановиться, и вырисовывалась неиллюзорная перспектива заночевать в картонной коробке со всей семьёй. Понравилось чистое белье и набор удобств. Плохо работал слив в ванной, через 3 минуты затапливало пол в ванной. Персонал перестал быть милым и улыбчивым сразу после нового года. Не знаю, может новый год единственный день в Турции, когда не возбраняется немного накатить?

- Katrina (8/5): Ļoti labs dzīvoklis - Ļoti laipni saimnieki! Ieradāmies agri no rīta, saimnieks ļāva mums iečekoties krietni pirms plkst. 14:00. Istaba tīra, bija viss, kas nepieciešams. Kondicionieris darbojas, vieta laba, ar kājām ātri un ērti sasniedzams gan sabiedriskais transports, gan apskates objekti, apkārt daudz kafejnīcas, ir arī pārtikas veikali. Nevar teikt, ka nepatika, bet vannasistabā neliels mīnuss- būtu jāsalabo duša. Pēc mazgāšanās uz grīdas bija peļķe.

You truly feel at home here, with thoughtful amenities like a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board all available in the room. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk from major attractions like Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmet, and a vibrant food street nearby. A great choice for anyone visiting the area! While the stairs are narrow (to carry luggage to upper floors) and the rooms are not very spacious, the overall facilities provided are excellent and truly impressive.

- Key (9/5): Good value for the money - - Great location: -- Very centrally located, walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar etc. -- Close to various corner/grocery stores -- Walking distance to multiple public transportation points: Kumkapi train station (5mins), Kumkapi bus stop (3mins), Yenikapi metro/Marmaray (15mins), Beyazit tram stop (10mins uphills) - I mentioned the presence of noticeable humidity in the basement apt - the host shifted me to another apt on the top floor, for no additional charge. - It got very loud outside (and also inside the property) at a few points with people yelling and being generally very loud. This was not appreciated at all, but had to endure it.

- Olga (8/5): Flat itself is good, area around and access to public transport is questionable - The apartment is rather small but has all facilities (fan, fridge, teapot, iron etc), tea/coffee, washing items. Modern, clean, big window (I could see the sea from mine:). No complaints really about the apartment itself (but for the size). Building is on a tiny quiet street; cafes, shops are very close. 2 tram stops to old historical area. The man who meets guests doesn't speak foreign language but managed communication via translatoe, replied by whatsup quickly The building is old, has very narrow staircase without lift of course; located just near/in big bazaar; area is not much touristic and nice (though felt safe). The nearest tram stop is up to the hill, may not be easy for some people.

- Jennifer (8/5): Nice stay - The room is nice and very quiet, the location is quiet too, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia. The equpiment was nice as well, we even had a microwave. The owner was friendly and helpful! Sidenote: On Booking.com it said we can pay with credit card but the owner told us cash. After a little bit of talking and asking again and again, it was possible for us to pay with card! The biggest downside is the bathroom, it's not dirty but there is a bit of mold and the biggest problem is that there is no ventilation system or window, so you can't get the moisture out of the bathroom and the mold will probably increase...

- Baljinder (6/5): Pleasant Apartment for a solo traveller - The apartment is close to the sea and overground station (so a 3 min walk) a 10 min walk down a hill if you get the tram (I would not suggest this with luggage) but all the major sites and the Grand Bazar are in walking distance. The host was contactable through what’s app which was useful but only after you check in. The host himself was friendly and used google translate which was helpful. There is some one in the office but not all the time. There was no electricity on Good Friday for over half of the day and there was no note on the office door to let people know what was happening and no one in the office to talk to (unless you had mobile data there was no WiFi to contact the host to get an update). The room was small with no A/C and a window the opened on to the street so you got all the noise, dust and splashes from the buckets of water used for cleaning) but if you are on a budge and just want somewhere to stay that is safe this is a good place for that.

There is no reception like a. Ormal hotel so you have to coordinate with the host when you arrive. This can be difficult if you dont have a Turkish sim card.

- Levente (9/5): Nice place, great location, good price/value ratio - The location and the value/price ratio were pretty good. The only thing that wad bad that in the bathroom the water came out on the bottom of the shower cabin so the whole bathroom were soaking. But the beds were convinient, we got slippers and cosmetics as gifts, so for the price it was excellent. The bathroom were flooded after use and it was hard to set up a good temperature for the water because once it was too hot and if you moved the tap a little bit then it became too cold. But we could live together with it.

Considering the cost, I think though the apartment is small, it was a good option for budget travelers. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. If you read the google reviews, you can find some great local and cheap food places within 15 mins walking distance. Be prepared to walk a lot since this apartment is not near any public transportation (in fact to take the tram, you will need to walk steep uphill for ~ 15mins). though the manger was quick to reply via WhatsApp, there is not always someone in the office, so there is no hotel-like front desk. Therefore, make sure you do not forget the key.

Appears to be a new property too and has everything you need to have a comfortable night’s stay. Would be ideal for a small family who are looking to spend time outside sightseeing and would just like a place to come back to for a night’s rest. Nothing, all good.

Neighborhood is very quiet in the night compared to the other part of streets. You can enjoy the sunrise above the beach every morning, which is in a walking distance from the building. At the beginning I didn’t like the building because it looks very old. But inside to live it is good.

- Agustinus (8/5): Clean and nice location for your visit to Hagia Sophia - I like that it's very conveniently placed in the middle of town, near the shore so you can take a 10 minute walk to Hagia Sophia and it's surrounding parks and architecture. It's in the busy part of town so there's always something to do and the food around there is quite good in my opinion. The first room I stayed at was fantastic! The view on the top floor was great but too bad I had to be downgraded to the basement afterward. The host was kind enough to let me stay in the room for 10 minutes more than the checkout time since I was in the shower. Alas, the apartments were quite nice. I can recommend for a friend, but the pricing needs to be adjusted. The prices were not exactly for what you get in the photos. Also, I could not understand what the host is trying to say sometimes, because he doesn't speak a bit of English. But he made an effort using Google Translate, which I appreciated.
- Elena (9/5): All in all, it was a really great stay. If you have a chance to stay in this place, explore the city - First, the host was really welcoming and helpful. He helped me to lift up my heavy luggage downstairs. He also answered all of my questions without hesitation. Second, the location is really great, walkable distance to all famous and main attractions of Istanbul. Just 2 minutes away from a bunch of shops, cafes, restaurants, and etc. Firstly, the price. The price that was showed on Booking wasn't the same I paid at the property, since the host added some taxes. There was not even a word about taxes in the app. Secondly ,I didn't really like the shower. The water was either boiling hot or really cold. Moreover, I closed the shower door really well but when I finished taking the shower, I saw that all the water was on the floor. The way it constructed wished for more. And thirdly, there is a window with the curtains in my room, but all I hear is very loud noises from the street, that was just so annoying, especially at night. I tried to close the window but since the weather was super hot that day, I left it opened and I've woken up several times at night from those sounds.
- Nuru (7/5): It was a nice place to stay, the inside is very nice and comfortably to come after a long day out - It was near everything we wanted to see, and everywhere we wanted to go. If we needed anything we could just message the owner, Maybe if there was more room service at least every other day

The host is very, very friendly, but very discreet and ready to help you with anything you need. It was a family trip and we will definitely return to it every time we travel to Istanbul.
