- Serife (9/5): Waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Man konnte sie immer erreichen. - Alles hat uns gut gefallen. War gut ausgestattet. Das die Heizung nicht warm genug war, obwohl sie hoch eingestellt war. Waren im Februar dort.

- Laura (8/5): Sehr guter, aber etwas zu teurer Aufenthalt - + das Apartment war sauber und ordentlich und bot mehr als genug Platz für unsere Familie für unseren Wochenendausflug (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) + die Lage ist auch prima, man kommt super zu Fuß in die Esslinger Altstadt + wir haben sehr unkompliziert einen Parkplatz vor der Tür gefunden, das könnte aber tagesabhängig sein - Kommunikation vorab etwas holprig, die Nummer die bei Booking hinterlegt war stimmte nicht und es war vorab lange unklar welche Person jetzt für was zuständig ist, und es wurde wenig proaktiv kommuniziert (z.B. zum Check-In-Prozess). Das sollte meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden, z.B. bei Buchung direkt Informationen und eine korrekte Nummer für Rückfragen durchgeben. Auf Anfragen wurde aber immerhin rechtzeitig geantwortet, und ich muss sagen der tatsächliche Check-In und Check-Out-Prozess war dann gut und unkompliziert. - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz. Wir empfinden den Preis als etwas zu teuer.
