• Stefania (10/5): - Struttura approvata! Posizione centralissima e prezzi davvero accessibili per essere nel cuore di Venezia. L'ambiente è super caratteristico, pieno di fascino e molto pulito. Nota di merito lo staff: efficiente ed affidabile la comunicazione. Se volete vivere la vera Venezia senza svuotare il portafoglio, questo è il posto giusto.

• EFTHYMIA (10/5): - Our stay was excellent! The host was extremely kind and communication with him was outstanding from the very beginning. The room was spotless, very well maintained, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, very central and convenient for getting around. The instructions provided for finding the apartment were very clear and detailed, so we had no difficulty at all. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely recommend this place to everyone for a unique and enjoyable stay!

Não tem água quente para duas pessoas tomarem banho em sequencia. Quando questionei fui informado que o boiler é pequeno e que teria que esperar ele aquecer novamente. Quando chegamos não tinhamos recebido as instruções de entrada, enviei mensagem pelo booking, mas nõ tive resposta. Encontrei um númenro de telefone na porta, entrei em contato via whatsapp para conseguir entrar.

Lots of mosquitoes not allowing you to sleep peacefully! - Located very close to Rialto bridge and centrally across many tourist attractions Was maintained well but the wooden ceiling had a full farm of mosquitoes. Me and my family struggled to sleep the one night we slept there and had to cut short the stay and checked out first thing in the morning.

• Gabriella (8/5): Excellent place to stay, just be wary if you are highly sensitive to smells. - Location was excellent! A little difficult to find at first, but once there was really accessible, and so close to the Rialto. Perfect for exploring Venice. Air conditioning did a great job of cooling the room so the windows could remain closed for the mosquitos. Air con a little noisy, but I was able to sleep soundly despite it. Provided plenty of toiletries if needed. Shower/bathroom was a little smelly, possibly just a reflection of Venetian water, but I wasn't able to acclimatise to it.

• Wilma (6/5): - Excellent instructions on how to get to property. Great communication. The were 2 things that I didn’t liked. One the room smelled like smoke and host informed that was cleaned. It was cleaned , but every time we came back it smell like smoke. Second I selected pay @ property and tgey send mexa link. Nobody was @ property. Just for people to be aware of this.

Self-Checkin und -Out hat super geklappt, der Support vom Personal war extrem bemüht und hilfsbereit und immer sehr schnell! Vielen herzlichen Dank für alle Bemühungen! Das Badezimmer könnte Renovierung brauchen.

The sconces on both sides of the bed were pulled out of the wall and hanging. As far as I know there were no workers on the premises. We would have to contact by Whatsapp and wait for a reply.

Durch die zentrale Lage leider sehr laut in der Nacht/am Morgen. Die Matratze ist sehr durchgelegen.

• COLETTE (9/5): Highly recommend - Spotlessly clean, easy to find due to fantastic directions from the host and right in the heart of venice but not noisy at all. Host was very responsive to questions and helped us with a few things, all very easy via WhatsApp. For a family of 4 it is small but we expected that due to the location and its still very good value for money.

• GIANNA (8/5): - Host ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, δίπλα στην Rialto και στην πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου. Είχε μόνο ένα κλιματιστικό στο βασικό δωμάτιο, τα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια είχαν ζεστή. Ελλειπής εξοπλισμός, πολύ μικρό ψυγείο με ένα τραπέζι και μια καρέκλα. Καναπές ετριζε.

• Patricia (6/5): Great Location - The location is brilliant, within walking distance to all of the tourist locations like Rialto, St. Mark’s Basilica. Also a short walk (~4 mins) to the “bus” (boat) that takes you directly to the train station (if that’s how you are arriving in Venice). Very easy self check-in and you can leave your bags in their reception even after you check out! They provide an air conditioning unit for hot nights in Summer, too! It could be a bit cleaner… there were lots of spiderwebs on the ceilings and we kept getting bites during our stay. It may not be from the hotel but also in general from being near the canals.
• Stanton (10/5): Perfect place for a few nights in Venice! - The room included a plethora of amenities as a bonus including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toothbrush and toothpaste. It also had a coffee machine which was amazing! On top of that, the aircon worked really well and made the night lovely. The shower had a bad smell that went through the room

• Tori (8/5): Very good - We were on the ground floor and the room wasn't as big as some of the others in the property however it didn't really impact as we weren't in it other than when we were sleeping! It was clean, comfy, with a hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, fridge, air con unit, and other little touches. The location was perfect ! So close to Rialto bridge and San Marco square, but it was quiet at night. Would recommend :) NA
• Peter (7/5): Good - Location is great, shower was good. Our host went over and above to help us even spotting us pull our bags through the alley and helping us over the steps on the bridge. Really appreciated as I have a prosthetic leg. Room was very clean. The drains smell. I think this is a Venice issue not necessarily a room issue. They were not pleasant.
• Ayaka (7/5): The location was excellent and very convenient, but the coffee machine was dirty. I think it would be better to have a k - Location is very good . On the second night, the internet stopped working. I contacted the staff, but received no response. The refrigerator was not switched ON . I didn’t notice this on the first day and put drinks inside, so they didn’t get cold. There was cloudy water left behind the coffee machine. I considered cleaning it myself, but there was heavy lime scale buildup, and it felt rough and unclean, so I decided not to use the coffee machine. The staff were very kind at first, but there was no follow-up or response regarding the Wi-Fi issue, neither that night nor the following morning. I was unable to use Wi-Fi until check-out the next day.

Nice bedding and towels and the air conditioner was appreciated! Water pressure could’ve been better but it was okay. We were at the top and it was a lot of stairs for us but hey, we rolled with it.

The location was fantastic quiet and tucked away, yet still close to everything, so we could easily explore the city by foot. The room was clean, well organized, and comfortable, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation during our stay. The owner, Afjal, was simply wonderful! He provided us with outstanding service, was always available for any question or request, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and pleasant experience in Venice

• Desiree (4/5): A place to lay down your head at night, not much else. - The free toiletries and espresso capsules for the first night. It was very close to the Rialto station, with only one bridge to cross to get there. The toilet is long and very narrow. A tall person would find it difficult sitting down on the toilet facing the wall. While showering, the water didn't drain out immediately, causing me to use rubber slippers. There were also mosquitos even with the plug-in repellants. The double bedroom is fit for a single traveler, rather than two. The queen bedroom would have been better. The apartment is in a district with lots of storage rooms for surrounding establishments. It felt very dungeon-like in our room with no view. We had to keep our curtains drawn closed since we were on the ground floor. There wasn't any space for our luggage.
