Extrêmement bien équipé, rien ne manque.

- Claire (10/5): Definitely will be back - I was traveling for work, and my stay was excellent. The place was spotless, very well located on one of the main roads but a bit remote from the street so very quiet. Instructions to find it were very clear and the owners were very responsive. Its conveniently located in front of a restaurant and 8 minutes from an excellent cafe.
The kitchen is well equipped. Finding some bread and fresh eggs in the fridge on a late arrival was a lovely touch.

- Bernd (8/5): Nice guesthouse in Suva - Good location close to center of town, has everything you need, uncomplicated communication Having to pay in cash upon arrival is inconvenient

- Alistair (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay in Suva and this was a great base for us with everything we needed and so - Great location, comfortable size for a couple and the kitchen and laundry facilities were really helpful. Calling it number 25 when you enter through 23 is a bit confusing, especially when getting a taxi.
- Manisha (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable, safe and very convenient. We loved staying here. It was walking distance to everything we needed in the city. The property was very secure. Overall, very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
- Marinus (9/5): Superb - Communication was easy and quick. Its a lovely place where i felt at home right away and had all i needed. There was even some drinking water food and coffee provided. which simply made life easier. Internet was excellent. For me the location was excellent and its really just a stroll into the centre.
- Daiana (10/5): Awesome 🤩 - Everything was perfect! We enjoyed our short stay! Thank you Aziz💕👍 I’m definitely coming back and have recommended your place to my family and friends. Place is safe with security right outside your door. Close to town and a nice Indian restaurant across the road. Easy to hail a cab at the front of the property.
Place is nice and clean and I love how it smells good when you walk in. I read some of the books provided👌toiletries provided which was a bonus esp the big bottles of Palmolive conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. They also sanitary pads, tooth paste, tooth brush and laundry powder. Also provided bread, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, butter and yogurt.
- Mele (10/5): Exceptional - The place was great and super clean. I loved that it felt like you are at home. The moccona coffee 🤩 and fruit and buns. The bed was super comfy. It was also convenient that there was a washing machine and powder. Clothes hangers too. Nothing to note... loved our stay there.
- Viti (10/5): A cosy, clean space - Cosy, clean and comfortable space.Close to town with a restaurant across the road and a supermarket not too far down the road.Public transport easily accessible and safe.Would recommend to anyone visiting Suva. Couldn't find fault with The Guest House
- Rashika (10/5): I would like to stay again - It was clean and very cozy
Quite area
Close to city
- Fe'iloakitau (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (10/5): A perfect stay that is location perfect, lovely facilities, comfortable and luxurious for its price. - The coziness of the place made my partner and I feel at home. The amenities were just unexpected, had everything we'd need for our stay, which was a big assist. The host was great and consistently kept a perfect line of communication which made things easy. The cleanliness and comfort of the place was just lovely as well. Location was perfect from the city and other centers. Highly loved and appreciated our stay at this accommodation and would definitely be going back on every trips to Suva City
- Colin (10/5): Relaxed, pleasant and suited my needs. Host very friendly. - Quiet, comfortable, good wi-fi and Netflix, comfortable bed Had some difficulty finding it, a sign or number somewhere may help
- Fay (10/5): Perfect - The property had had all the facilities needed and it was in a convenient and private location. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. Very clean and beautiful and thoughtful touches left in the property. A really good restaurant across the street , and a few minute drive into the city. Would definitely stay again All was perfect
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - It's been the 3rd time I've been staying here, and every time, I truly enjoy it. There are always fruits and fresh bread upon arrival and the location is just great. Next door is now also a wonderful bookshop, which is nice to browse in.
- Polini (10/5): Exceptional! - My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights while we were in Suva, and LOVED everything about the little guesthouse. Not only was it easy to check in and check out, but also it was clean, in a great location and the host was really helpful and responded in time when we had questions. I highly recommend this place if anyone wants to stay in Suva, especially for couples. We will definitely visit again! Nothing.
- Tutangata (10/5): Fantastic and well located accomodation - Fantastic accommodation in a very handy part of Suva. It had all the amenities you would need, including a washing machine. It is a secure property that was immaculately presented. It left such a lasting impression as a regular visitor to Suva as the accommodation of choice for me. The host was outstanding, very easy to communicate with before and during our stay, and even wished us Merry Christmas on Christmas day as we were staying during the Christmas holidays. An unexpected but much appreciated extra that we received was that there was complimentary fruit, bread, milk bottled water and treats when we arrived as well as laundry soap, bath toiletries and even a spare toothbrush if you had forgotten yours. Thank you, Izaaz, for a comfortable and memorable stay.
- Marie (10/5): A home away from home - I arrived late after a long day of travelling. There were basic food supplies in the kitchen, and I didn't have to worry about running out at night or in the morning. Instructions were clear and everything worked perfectly. Izaaz also offered tips on getting provisions when I asked. This place is made to make the traveller feel at home.
- Dennis (8/5): Very good -
- Fooe2 (10/5): Superb self catering - Cleanliness, amenities, location, and hosts. Nothing
- Paul (9/5): Close to town, better option than expensive hotels. - Would definitely stay again. 10mins walk downhill to town. Fully equipped free standing chalet with some nice extras such as bread, butter, marmalade, cereal and milk plus condiments. Separate living room and kitchenette. It was also clean. I got 4 nights for the price of 1 night at Holiday Inn or GPH. Only accept cash. Withdraw of cash from ATMs in Fiji is an expensive exercise, expect to loose at least 5%. The chalet was dated and a little bruised around the edges but i guess thats to be expected.
You have to pay a cash bond of FJD100. Its a bit annoying and doesn't serve any purpose as it was refunded the day before i left and there was no inspection!!??
- Salome (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very beautiful and clean and well equipped. The location is very close to the center. Check-In and Check-Out was super easy and quick.
- Elisa (10/5): Great owner and beautiful property - The tranquillity and cleanliness Na
- Fakalolo (10/5): We enjoy our stay and it is a good location. Highly recommend for couple. - We arrive early morning and the owners already stocked the kitchen with food which we appreciates. Its a very good location for taxis and the bus and you can walk to the market. The environment is always clean and quiet. Highly recommend to others. Will definitely book this place again very soon.
- Stephanie (8/5): This is my second time staying here and I will surely come back. - When I got into the house there was a basket full of fresh fruits and even ice cream in the fridge!!
- Ally (8/5): Excellent, clean, safe place to stay. Highly recommend. - Centrally located near Suva. It was easy to access transport as it was close to a local main road where both buses and taxis were accessible. The communication from the host was first class, readily available to ask questions and solve little problems. It didn’t bother us because we used public transport, but others might find parking difficult.
- Kishore (10/5): Beautiful and Splendid - It is a beautiful cottage. Very clean, luxurious and splendid. The property is very well managed and supported by Mr Izaaz.
It has a very well equipped kitchenette and vessels if you go with family and would like to cook your own food.
It is also very close to centre of the city and walkable to museum and city centre. I dont have find any.
- Mele (7/5): Good -
- Henry (8/5): Very good -
- Brenda (8/5): Loved my stay - Decent sized house good for single person or couple. Great communication throughout from the time of booking and during my stay making sure everything was ok.
Met by the very welcoming Izaaz when I arrived and was shown around, he even dropped me off to.the supermarket up the road so I could pick up essentials.
Provided with 2 1lt milk and 3 2L water bottles, which were very much appreciated. There was pretty much everything you needed, full sized shampoo and conditioner, cooking items such as oil, salt and pepper, ironing board, hair dryer and a decent sized washing machine.
Only 700m from a shopping centre including supermarket.
Indian restaurant opposite which was handy and a coffee shop/restaurant about 100m away as well.
600m from the Fiji Museum, Ginger Kitchen and the Paradiso Restaurant which was amazing.
Bus stop right outside if you're feeling like mixing with the locals.
Free wifi! Great TV with Netflix 😄 Very limited in cooking facilities with only a single cooker and a microwave, it's way easier to eat out.
Sink is on an angle which makes it a bit awkward to do dishes and tea towel isn't really a tea towel so it's easier to use the dish rack.
Bus stop right outside on road which can be noisy late at night because of the loud music but it's only briefly when they stop.
Noise from guests in the holiday lodge serviced apartments behind the back fence - no one seems to police the noise and the first night was extremely bad with a party going until the early hours of the morning.
Shower packed a sad 2 days before I left, so had to have cold showers - just unfortunate timing. Izaaz managed to sort it the day I left.
- Stephanie (8/5): Very good -
- Telesia (9/5): I would’ve gave my stay a 10 but the locks were not safe. The front door lock was for the storm door only and the actual - Cleanliness
Comfortable
Location Locks
- Nadia (10/5): Excellent hosts. Had a water issue and they had a plumber there asap. Couldn’t reccomend this place enough! Vinaka! - Private, beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need to cook your own food.
- Miclt001 (5/5): Cosy, affordable stay (compared to hotels) - 1. Location was handy (15 min walking distance to town); otherwise taxis were only a $3-$4 trip to town;
2. the host was accommodating for check in and out times;
3. fruit, water, milk and toiletries unexpectedly provided on arrival;
4. great air con and wifi access; spare bedding in the cupboards. 1. They deducted $30 from the deposit for a “stained” towel, which wasn’t crisp white when we arrived. Felt like an extort for more money. It was the end of a 1 week stay, and I didn’t have time to wash the towels before we left. Shame really, considering this has great potential. I recommend for transparency, they should consider outlining what the inspection and deposit will include before people agree to book so it’s clearly outlined what is a reasonable expense before the stay.
2. Low water pressure in the shower and kitchen.
3. One of the small pots was leaking, may need replacement.
3. For a 1 week stay, had access to 1 set of towels (they had to buy a second when we arrived, which ended up ruining our clothes with white fluff when we washed it all together before we could use).
4. On arrival, a guard dog was by the entry gates/ neighbours car, which was off-putting when you’re entering the property.
Wouldn’t stay again based on the questionable deposit exchange/ conditions.
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anareta (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very convenient place
Walking distance to the city
