• Gediella (10/5): Excellent Stay with Amazing Service and Attention to Detail - Firstly, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the room was very clean. One of the best stays in Egypt so far. The room was also really well maintained compared to other places we stayed in during our trip around Egypt. Due to the low season, the hotel was not busy, which made the experience even more relaxing. The staff, including the cleaning team, were all very kind and friendly. It was also my boyfriend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a cake, which we did not expect at all. The cake was amazing and delicious, and they even wrote his name on it. It’s this kind of attention to detail and customer service that you want from a hotel. When booking, I saw many reviews mentioning that the hotel was far from the city, but that was not a problem for us because we had a driver. We were also looking for peace and quiet, and honestly, it’s not that far since Siwa is not very big. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we will definitely book again. A rooftop pool would be nice to finalize the whole relaxing experience because it has everything already to relax and enjoy siwa.
• YUNZHE (10/5): Siwa Siwa - The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during my stay. The restaurant was very reasonably priced, and it was one of the cleanest hotels in Siwa. I left my laptop at the hotel, and they quickly arranged a bus to bring it back to me. It's a bit far from the city center, so you'll need a car， hotel towels could be cleaned more thoroughly.

A Must-Read for Korean Travelers. Highly Recommended! Most Siwa tour packages include accommodation, but after reading reviews about weak air conditioning and rooms looking different from the photos, we decided to book our own hotel instead. 1. Excellent Room Condition. The building was completed in 2024, so it’s brand new, clean, and exactly like the photos. The water pressure and temperature are both perfect. The pictures speak for themselves. 2. Outstanding Staff Service. I really want to emphasize this part. The service was comparable to a 5-star hotel. Every staff member was incredibly kind, and even those who didn’t speak English well caused no inconvenience at all. They prepared welcome drinks and fruits, and even packed breakfast for us when we checked out early, though breakfast wasn’t included. We received so many thoughtful services that I can’t list them all here. I sincerely hope the owner sees this and shares it with the staff. Thank you to the restaurant staff who took our order and gave us plenty of ketchup. Thank you to the gentleman who helped my husband prepare a small surprise for our wedding anniversary. And thank you to the one who kindly packed breakfast for us in the morning. 시와에느 어느 곳에나 파리 천지입니다. 이건 감안하셔야합니다. 야외 식당에 낮에는 파리가 많지만 저녁에는 없어요.

The day I arrived they had music until 10 PM, but I said I couldnn't sleep because of that and they turned it off. They didn't have a blanket at first but gave me one. Staff of hotel don't speak English very well.

• Mohamed (10/5): Modern comfort meets Siwan charm - The amount of care and follow up from hotel stuff once i booked and responsded to my requests for early checkin and romantic room decoration and late checkout as well, was realy raising my expecation that the stay is going to be exceptional, and truly from the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The first thing that stood out was the warmth and kindness of the staff. The crew went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with a smile and eager to help. A special shoutout to the manager, Mohamed Salah, whose professionalism and attention to detail made everything seamless. The rooms were beautifully daily decorated, blending traditional Siwan charm with modern comfort. Service was incredibly fast—whether it was room service or special requests, everything was handled promptly. One of the highlights was watching the sunrise from the room balcony. True to the hotel's name, the sunrise views were breathtaking, with a clear and wonderful overall view that felt like a dream. The hotel’s atmosphere is serene and cozy. The garden, complete with a water fountain that creates a mesmerizing sound of flowing water, and couple of cozy fireplaces, made the setting absolutely magical. Sitting by the fire in the evenings was so peaceful plus being served traditional tea pot, adding to the charm of the place. Dinner was another highlight—the food was fresh, delicious, and served with such care. The dining team made me feel truly at home, even when breakfast was servered in the room too. If you're looking for a delux, quiet, cozy retreat with outstanding service, stunning sunrise views, and a touch of Siwa's natural beauty, Sunrise Hotel is the place to be. I can't wait to visit again! Highly recommended! Nothing specific to the hotel itself, but due to the date collection season, there are a few flies around. It's advisable to keep your doors and windows closed. Eating outdoors in the morning is not highly recommended unless you don’t mind frequently shooing flies away. The hotel does provide insect repellents, which is a thoughtful touch.

He helped me so much from getting my zipper on my backpack fixed, to helping organize excursions and transfers, arranging for laundry service.

• Mbalenhle (8/5): Beautiful hotel in Siwa - The room was great when compared to other places in Siwa. The facilities are beautiful and the hotel is fairly new. The bed was also comfortable and the balcony big .The aircon worked perfectly which was handy in blazing Siwa ( other friends said their hotel didn’t have this and were suffering at night) and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was ok and simple. I think this might be one of the best hotels in Siwa. I wish the hotel had a pool and switch up in breakfast.

Our bags were kindly brought up to our room, which was spotless - clean and tidy. Our breakfast the next morning was delightful, and we got to explore the facilities which are brand new all around ahead of being picked up by our guide. When we returned, the room had been cleaned and tidied once again - which was a lovely surprise. When we needed to check out first thing the following morning, the staff team kindly still prepared breakfast and coffee for us to go and helped us with our bags once again. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or come back. The best stay in Siwa!

• Natalia (8/5): Good - A good new hotel, probably one of the best in Siwa, because it’s new. A little away from the noise of the city center. The service staff is trying very hard. Problem with Internet. There is practically none. And there is no swimming pool on site. It looks like they are planning to build another hotel building there, but unfortunately there are no plans for a swimming pool. It was not bad to create a SPA on site, only for guests as well.
