• Virginie (8/5): Logement très propre, spacieux et bien situé - Très bon emplacement pour visiter. Quartier calme. Logement propre et spacieux. Le store de la pièce principal était cassé, nous mettant dans la pénombre en pleine journée. Il serait bien d'avoir un torchon (et/ou éponge). Il est dommage de devoir acheter pour un court séjour (4 jours pour nous).
• Lynne (5/5): Okay but disappointing - Clean and had everything you would need. The blind was broken so my elderly mother couldn’t look out whilst in during the day. We weren’t advised of this so was very disappointed. This would have been reported by either other renters or cleaning staff.
• Andrea Bibiana (9/5): - Buena ubicación, estaba limpio y era comodo El acceso con clave es difícil, no nos funciono al llegar pero lo solucionaron. Hay muchos zancudos y salen hormigas en la cocina
• Planas (4/5): Malos anfitriones - La ubicación bien, centrica y caminable. Llegamos antes de medianoche, me habian enviado los pasos para acceder a la propiedad (sin necesidad de que haya una persona fisica) a través de un link. No pudimos acceder, llamamos y no respondieron hasta el día siguiente. Pésima comunicación. Además en la cocina había hormigas y hasta vimos una cucaracha. No dejaron ni la contraseña del wifi accessible.

• Alessia (7/5): Buono ma distante la centro - Casa attrezzata con tutto il necessario, buoni gli spazi La struttura è distante dal centro, l'attrazione più vicina è plaza di spagna (15 min)per tutto il resto almeno 30 min di camminata. Non ci sono mezzi utili ad ottimizzare le distanze. Bagno in camera privo di ariazione. Lo staff ci aveva detto di poter lasciare i bagagli presso il loro ufficio ma il giorno della partenza ci è stato negato.

• Leon (9/5): Uitstekend appartement, mooi gelegen in een heel mooie stad - Prima appartement en volledig ingericht zoals op de website aangegeven. Rustige ligging en binnen loopafstand van het centrum en het FC Sevilla voetbal stadion. Prima bedden en alles netjes en schoon. Eigenlijk niets en als we iets moeten noemen is het ontbreken van keukendoeken.

• EMMA (10/5): - Piso muy grande y amplio, muy bien situado, ideal para un grupo de 5-7 personas. El sofá cama es cómodo. Está muy bien situado, zona muy tranquila, a 10 min andando del centro. 100% recomendable. Nada, todo fué perfecto.
• Nuria (9/5): Muy satisfechos volveríamos a reservar. - Lo grande y espacioso que es. Que llamaron al portero de madrugada sin haber hecho ningún ruido ni molestar a nadie y las paredes eran muy finas.

• Chinh (3/5): - The apartment is very nice and the location is excellent. However, the check in process and getting the keys is horrible. Do not use this apartment if you are driving into Seville. I tried to get a refund for 1 of the 3 days that I was unable to use the apartment and they ignored me. I did contact Bookings.com but they were also unable to get a reimbursement for 1 night. The whole process could have been improved by having a lock box in front of the apartment as done in the other apartments that I stayed at on this Spanish trip. It is such a shame because it was a very nice apartment. Again, do not use this apartment if you are driving with a rental car. The check in process for this apartment is horrible. The keys are not available at the property. You are not told that you have to collect the keys from an office in the center of Seville until an email sent on the afternoon of arrival. The office is located in the Plaza del Duque de la Victoria which is in the historic center of Seville. You have to drive through medieval one way streets crowded with people to get to the office to retrieve the keys. There is no parking in the plaza. Driving from the apartment to the office took over 40 mins each way with traffic and pedestrians. The receptionist, Maria, only gave us the key to the apartment and not another key needed to enter the 1st entry door to the apartment complex. She said there is a bluetooth code to get into the 1st entry door. We tried but there was no bluetooth reader. We tried to contact her again for over an hour by phone but we were not able to get through. Our calls went unanswered. We thought it was a scam so we had to check into a local hotel. The receptionist finally called back and said she could remotely open the front door. I went back to the apartment front door and she could not open it remotely. I had to wait for her to be done with her shift at 10pm. She arrived at 10:20 pm with a second key that opened the 1st entry door and a second gated door. I was able to then unlock the apartment. There is no bluetooth reader. I think she does not know the apartments that she manages. The whole process took from 5pm to 10:30pm to finally get the keys. By that time, I had already had to pay for rooms at a local hotel for my family. The next day, we were able to use the apartment. In addition, the key to the garage door does not work. I had to park my car at a public garage as there is no open street parking. I notified them and they said they never had a complaint about this in the past. I asked them to come and open the garage but they refused and sent generic instructions.

As we were 7 staying in the apartment a second set of keys would be great to have. - The downstairs doors open with a link, it didn’t work for us but they answered quickly by phone and let us in. It’s an important point to know in advance if you’re coming from overseas without a SIM card.
• igorml (2/5): BAD SERVICE - Spacious apartment. The service was terrible. The building door wouldn't open following the instructions given, and my family and I were left on the street. I had to pay for another hotel. They only opened the door the following morning.

• Veronica (10/5): Piso tranquilo con encanto - Piso muy bonito, limpio, en un edificio tranquilo, con ascensor. La calle muy tranquila tambien, vecinos nada ruidosos. Ubicación muy buena, cerca de San Bernardo, Facultad de Educación, relativamente cerca del centro. Personal muy amable, atienden enseguida toda necesidad. Posibilidad de tener alguna llave de más, dado que éramos un grupito grande. Pero nos hemos organizado y todo ha ido genial.

• Ariadna (10/5): Estupendo! 100% recomendable. - Nos encantó el alojamiento, camas muy cómodas y todo súper limpio. Ubicación perfecta y barrio muy tranquilo. Las paredes son muy finas, y se escucha todo. La vecina nos tocó dos veces. Por lo que hay que tener cuidado al levantar la voz. Por lo demás todo excelente.

• Mike (7/5): Prima verblijf, matige incheck instructies en communicatie - Het is een mooi appartement met veel ruimte. Daarnaast was het ook schoon en heeft het alle faciliteiten. De communicatie met het personeel tijdens het inchecken. Het was nog al een frustrerende zoektocht om de garage te vinden, de instructies waren ook niet duidelijk. Daarnaast ontvingen we pas vlak voor het inchecken de benodigde informatie en instructies. Contact zoeken kan alleen door te bellen of via Booking, WhatsApp is niet mogelijk.
• JAIDYS NOHEMI (10/5): Maravilloso!!!!! - Sus instalaciones maravillosas Para mejorar... No pudimos utilizar al mismo tiempo varias cosas, por ejemplo cocina, secador de cabello, la ducha y aire acondicionado... Posiblemente por la carga eléctrica permitida en la caja de electricidad. Eso lo solucionamos teniendo horarios para cocinar y ducharnos. También mencionar sobre la cocina que es un poco lenta para cocinar. No es de fácil de uso, sería bueno que actualizarán la cocina para poder facilitar el tiempo de cocinar. Todo lo demás maravilloso
• Norisy C (8/5): Acogedor y cómodo! - Es un apartamento espacioso y cómodo para viajar en familia. Cuando llegamos super cargados con las maletas y los niños, fue complejo acceder al alojamiento porque abrían de forma remota la puerta de entrada, esto no funcionaba por más que lo intentaban con insistencia. Logramos acceder porque una persona que vivía en el edificio nos abrió la puerta.

From the moment we arrived, we realized it was top-notch. The property was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville, and I can’t wait to return!
• Ku_en_ma (1/5): Stressful experience - The ants in the kitchen. Seriously, there were ants in the kitchen 😒 When we made a reservation and paid via Booking.com, we received messages in the booking app and via mail from the host with a check-in-link, where we had to fill in all our personal information and credit card. Of course we refused since all was handled via the booking platform. Following that, the host sent mails with a deadline, then with treathening to cancel our reservation, then to impose fines and finally to blacklist us. This kept on going, nonstop, almost every hour for the next week. Stressful! After some investigation we found out that the host was a real estate firm and that their account was hacked. We contacted them, but the next thing they did was sending me another link (!) (which I didn't trust anymore) while the hacker kept on sending messages with links as well - hard to see which mail was real and which not. We went to their real estate office, which seemed legitimate, where I received another link (!) to open the door of the apartment. Pff, a week of stress, not knowing if our reservation was okay or not ☹️
