• Reinier (9/5): The best stay near shin-imamiya stn. - I love the location and how true the photos were with the apartment itself. Love that we can use the washing machine to wash our clothes. Love the location. Its quiet and near everything. Did not have a working clothes iron or steam to fix our clothes but it's just a minor issue since i just want ironed clothes.
• KAZUMI (10/5): - 1.営業時間内であれば連絡はすぐ着く。 2.iPad を忘れたのですが,携帯 連絡先から清掃係の方に連絡を取り次いでいただいて、5月5日 忘れ物 5月6日iPad 配送完了とトラブルの際も最高の対応をして頂けます。 1.風呂桶や手桶があると少ないお風呂の湯で対応できたと思います。 2.テレビがあって無料で使えると地元の番組を楽しめたので、テレビの配置を今後、ご検討頂けると嬉しいです。 3.wi-fi の利用の仕方がわからなかったので、電源オンにして使えるようにしといてもらえると嬉しいです。

• KENJI (5/5): 部屋の排水溝の匂いが残念に思います - 通天閣にアクセスがよく、部屋もシンプルで広々利用できました。 部屋に入った瞬間から、排水溝の匂いが気になりました。 トイレは清潔でしたが、お風呂は床の隅にカビが目立ちました。

• Hei Yu (7/5): - 價格便宜，房間寬敞，鄰近南海電鐵，適合最後一天回機場前睡，第二天一早起身，去機場十分方便。 住宅區始終有點靜，該區亦比較市井，自己一個人會驚，多人入住就不用怕。

• Wina (8/5): - The room was spacious and the amenities were very complete. This was our first time staying at ReA House, and we were a little unsure about how to get the key. So we contacted customer service for clarification. They explained it, but we still didn't understand it, as we only speak a little Japanese. It requires easy-to-understand Japanese and a little patience when explaining. However, it was unfortunate that the customer service representative who responded suddenly used a loud, high-pitched (angry) tone, was impatient, and used language that was difficult to understand. This was our first experience with such an unfriendly response from customer service.

• 井上 (4/5): くつろげなかった - 通天閣が夜見えて良かったです 場所も駅から近くて良かったです ドライヤーやシャンプーなどあり助かりました ダブルベッドで2人では寝にくかったです 荷物の預かりを電話した時はokと言ったのに直前になって断られた バスタオルがボロボロになってた

• Chie (5/5): - ベッドが大きかったところ。 チェックイン、チェックアウトが無人でメール対応で困ってしまった。携帯に何回電話しても繋がらなくて折り返しもなかったです。お風呂のカビ、エアコンの埃がすごくてクーラーの冷えが悪かったです。歯ブラシ、ティッシュなども無く不便でした。

• Iqbal (5/5): Passable - Location is near to ahin imamiya train station that's good,room is bigger one with all basic facilities,with blacony that's a big surprise but bed was terrible,couldn't sleep whole night,it's matress was broken kindly change as soon as possible and pillow covers were not as per standard Bed and matress were broken very terrible,a.c noisy and not working properly and at least have some water as a welcome drink you are charging so much but you can at least provide water to your guests,and plz write name of hotel in english at front of building it is very hard to find,google maps doesn't guide properly

• Alissa (8/5): Very good - The place was easy to find, near a station and some places to eat. The interior was cosy and the beds comfortable. Clean and conform to the description. There's no closet or furniture to put or hang your clothes, except for the rack at the bathroom door. It would have been nice to have a small space for that it the bathroom too. If we let the bathroom door opened, looked like there was a smell rising up from the drain, not very appreciable. And except for the check-in&out informations, I didn’t have contact with the owner, even thought I notified them that the entrance door et the locker were opened when we arrived.

• June (8/5): Good location. - The location. It so near to the train station so go out it was convenient. Nearby got mega DONKI, train station , few small restaurants, daiso. The facilities. Staying for 10 night. Dish liquid only prepare 1/4 in the bottle. Cutlery only may be 1 set. And in Japan we expect clean room. Yet can find the mop n vacuum is full of dirt. Personally, it can be better if the room preparation done properly.
• Nor (10/5): Overall, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rea House. It was a fantastic experience, and we would definite - I stayed at Rea House for three days, and it was an incredibly comfortable experience. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and spacious. The hotel also provides a kitchen, which is perfect for those who prefer to cook and save on meals. Additionally, there is a washing machine available, and it works perfectly. The property did not provide a travel iron. For Muslim women who wear the hijab and prioritize neatness and staying polished throughout the day, I would suggest bringing a travel iron for convenience.

• Eng (8/5): Did enjoy my stay despite the unresponsiveness. - Location is very near to Shin-Imamiya station with just a few minutes walk. There's a giant Don Quijote within less than 10mins walk. It's also walkable from here to Shinsekai and Dobutsuen-mae Station making it very convenient. Only thing I didn't like was the owner wasn't very responsive. Wasn't sure everything was in place and if my booking was indeed secured with no issues.

• Pablo (8/5): Good location - Excellent location, very close to the train station, close to convenience stores, literally 7 minute walking from Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku Tower. Needs some kitchen basics, like plates, cuttlery, cups and mugs.
