• Vyacheslav (9/5): - Хорошее местоположение, рядом море, недалеко улица с ресторанами/кафе, магазинами, отелями, прокатом авто и мотоциклов, обменниками, такси и регулярным общественным транспортом. Хороший заботливый хозяин, постоянно на связи.На ближайшем пляже много мест для отдыха. Для нас это не было проблемой, но надо учитывать что в доме нет лифта и надо подыматься на верхний этаж пешком.
• Shopon Rahman (9/5): - Lage ist super direkt am Meer. Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.Sonst alles in Ordnung. Es wäre schön wenn es eine Mikrowelle oder Backofen gegeben hätte.
• camilla (8/5): - Great location near the beach, and lovely windows with morning sun. Marble floors, very comfortable bed and a modern kitchen. Very quiet aerea and I loved staying here. There are some stairs.

• Adam (10/5): - Największym plusem jest sam właściciel, który mega pomógł nam w dniu przyjazdu gdy zarezerwowany lokal okazał się nie do zaakceptowania. Załatwione miejsce parkingowe co w Durres jest problemem i to pod samym oknem. Widok może nie za piękny ale idealnie na bezpłatny odcinek plaży😁 można więc kontrolować sytuację z balkonu. Wifi bardzo dobrej jakości, klimatyzacja sprawna, pokój urządzony w sposób domowy. Czysto i schludnie. Polecam. Dla nas wszystko ok, ale osoba z niepełnosprawnością ruchową może mieć problem z wchodzenie po schodach. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ruch dobrze nam zrobil😁
• Hanna (10/5): Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in your apartment - This is an incredibly cozy apartment, with all the amenities and everything you need. Great location, very close to the sea, the owner of the apartment also kindly provides an umbrella that you can use on the beach😍 Near the house there is a bazaar and a huge number of cafes and restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Richard is a wonderful person, helped with all questions, was always in touch. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely come back again❤️❤️❤️
• Julcia Maja (10/5): Był bardzo udany pobyt. Właściciel bardzo zaangażowany i zainteresowany czy nam się podoba. - Lokalizacja była 40 minut od lotniska w Tiranie. Deptak przy plaży. Lokal nad samym morzem, bardzo czysty, ładny, i ma wszystko czego potrzeba (lodówka, pralka, suszarka, prysznic, naczynia. Niedaleko w mieście amfiteatr do zwiedzania. Baszta Wenecka. Ładniejsze i plaże do około godziny drogi od centrum miasta. Właściciel lokalu bardzo pomocny i w każdej chwili jest gotowy do pomocy i jest w stałym kontakcie z osobami wynajmującymi. Pisał podczas pobytu czy nic nam nie brakuje i czy wszystko jest u nas ok. Polecam bardzo. Miasto ładne , ale zaśmiecone przez ludzi. Służby miejskie PUM codziennie robią co mogą i sprzątają miasto.

• MARCIN (10/5): Gdy będziesz raz ,wrócisz z przyjemnością - Super miejsce w Durres. Blisko plaży. Perfekcyjnie czysto. Właściciel odebrał nas z lotniska a potem pomagał nam we wszystkim.. Ogromna troskliwość o swoich gości oraz pozytywny stosunek do wszystkiego. Pomoc Richiego we wszystkim, kiedy tylko będę mógł wrócę tu z pewnością .Polecam pomoc Richiego w dotarciu do apartamentu. Wszystko było o.k
• Sofia (10/5): Соотношение цена качество хорошое, хозяин очень дружелюбный, в квартире было всё, кондиционер, телевизор, посуда, нам вс - Не далеко от моря, в квартире был прекрасный телевизор, кондиционер, всё необходимое для готовки, полотенца и даже фен с выпрямителем для волос. Уютный небольшой балкон с видом на море. Все было отлично

• Adam (10/5): Richi, the host was incredibly accommodating, helping us with every step of our journey and in consistent communication. - The property was well located, with many great bars, beaches and restaurants all with 5 minute walking distance. It was spacious with comfortable beds and well maintained and useful facilities. There was nothing to dislike.

There was a lovely seaview between the buildings perfect for a morning coffee. The host was lovely, very helpful! He replied quickly and was there to help with anything. Shops were very close, good parking. The bathroom wasn't my favorite, but it was manageable. The neighborhood was a bit weird for me, however it was always clean and tidy.

One minute walk to beach with restaurants, cafes and coffee shops. Beautiful beaches with outdoor gyms and children's play areas. 3 Minute walk to high street and shops. Perfect base to enjoy the area. Welcoming host, great communication throughout. friendly and efficient. Airport transfers provided. Highly recommended Loved it all, no lift although we did not mind. It may present a difficulty for some.
