- Guest (1/5): The most horrible experience I ever had - Nothing. It was unsafe, the property did not have a fence. The property was not safe. The doors of the room did not lock. The room was FILTHY, the bathroom was horrible. It was the worst experience of my life. I didnt stay for my whole stay and i checked out early.

The beachfront is particularly suitable for families, including young children and babies, offering a safe and relaxing environment. Overall, the property delivers great value for money. With just a few minor enhancement. particularly in carpentry and painting the place could elevate from good to exceptional. One aspect I found less appealing was the loud music at the pool, which affected the privacy and tranquility for guests seeking a more peaceful experience.

No amenities, no ATM, no Uber to go off sight. This resort shouldn't have accepted the booking, knowing fully well that this place was a ghost town.

- Reem (5/5): Comfy and nice but not a luxurious place as the pictures may show. - I Liked how friendly and nice the staff are, very helpful and supporting. I didn't like the size of room for 3 persons, no much facilities. Electricity at the room needed fixing, bathroom is very small, design is not good and black wallpaper needs change or get removed. Quality in bedrooms and hotel needs improvement.

- Sayali (5/5): Passable - It's difficult to tell if I really liked anything about the stay. 1.Location is outside the main Marina places like Marina 4 to 7 which are far better.Only one restaurant nearby to eat. 2.even if it's said that it's a beach front it's not.it is a lake front. 3.room was clean only on first day,the bathrooms floor remained wet all the time.the drainage for bathroom was not good.Basin was leaking. 4.They give very low quality blanket.it was very thin and not a usual type which you generally get in all the hotels. 5.Breakfast is very poor just a cake pizza and that you get the same type daily. 6.Some staff persons were helpfull.Some are not. 7.They give you one wrist band and says that with this band as we have booked the resort you can get a taxi or cab to commute within all the Marina for free.However there also we were had to pay to taxi persons twice and that too more than what it costs.Only once a staf person came to pick us up.so it's not always what the staff persons tells you 8.one of the staff person help us to arrange a taxi for us to travel to nearby places however he litrally charged us twice.It was very frustrating experience. ultimately he just wanted some money. We were trapped in a situation where we had to pay. He even requested us not to put bad review at the end. 9.while checking out as we were waiting for our taxi and had not vacated our room.They took our luggage without asking us.Thrown out our water bottles outside without asking us and when my husband questioned about all this they just said nothing. So the overall experience with Marina plaza was very very bad.

- Mai (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing 5 star service! Although Marina 1 isn’t the best, it’s quiet and doesn’t have anything however the staff here (especially Mr. Khalid) make your stay worth it. From the first minute he made sure our stay was smooth. We requested to be checked in a day earlier and he accommodated us. We didnt arrive until after the reception was closed yet Mr. Khalid made sure he stayed behind to help us with our check in process. Check in and check out were smooth sailing they’d took less than a minute. Mr. Khalid and his team are very understanding, very helpful and to a wonderful team! They offer free car service to the other marinas, and have great ideas for itineraries. They are also able to change things around as much as possible to accommodate their guests. Mr. Khalid created the best customer experience for our family. The suite was clean, modern and has a nice view. All in all I recommend you stay here, you will not regret it! Staying here will give you the opportunity to have a quiet relaxed night when you feel like it and an amazing crazy night at the marina next door when you want to party. We are definitely coming back! Thank you Mr. Khalid, please thank your team from us as well.

- Sondos (10/5): Beautiful and cozy - I really liked the location. it was very clean and beautiful. Area is open and has multiple beaches and a pool. The rooms were very pretty and spacious. It feels like you are in a different country. Views are wonderful. Breakfast was too simple. I would’ve loved variety of cheeses or eggs.

We were also gifted a free night by the hotel which was super sweet from them to do. Some rooms are still not renovated. However, we were offered and moved to a newly renovated room on our 2nd day.

The breakfast is inadequate for adults; it consists of a box containing one croissant, one pizza, and one piece of mille-feuille. 5. The beach was closed. 6. The swimming pool is small and suitable only for kids.

He was our go-to for whatever we needed and he’s super helpful and always available. He was the highlight of our stay. Sometimes the hallways smelled a little but the rooms were ok.

- Martin (10/5): Pleasant and fun. - Hospitable staff and owner. During our stay the hotel was being remodeled. The staff and the owner went above and beyond to satisfy all our needs. Hotel has a private beach in front of it. There were few things that were not perfect, but we pointed them out and they were promptly fixed. The owner is a very nice person and will work with you to resolve any issues. The hotel manager is also s very nice person and tried his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
