Alex (4/5): Disappointing - Room was clean, WiFi password isn't written down anywhere but the host did eventually give us the password after telling us to search every room for the router for some reason? Could have just told us the password. Extremely uncomfortable beds, you can feel every spring. Room advertised itself as having a balcony which was one of the main reasons I booked it, yet the balcony is completely blocked off and locked behind a door you can't open.

Roman (4/5): Disappointing - Very good location. Spacious apartments. Good wi-fi. Good blankets. Good view from the window. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. When we checked in the bathroom was poorly cleaned, the mirror was dirty with old splashes, there was someone else's hair on the sink, there were greasy marks on the table in the room. The apartments themselves have an outdated renovation and all the equipment in them. Unfortunately, it was not cozy here, it felt like you were not really expected here. There were no disposable slippers, we had to walk barefoot on the cold floor. There was no information about the WiFi password in the room, we had to write to support to find out. After a long flight, you don't want to think about such things.
