• abdullateef (4/5): تحتاج إلى عناية أكبر مقابل مبلغ إجارها. - المسؤول عن خدمات النزلاء كان في قمة الرقي والتعامل الإزعاج من النزلاء الآخرين - رائحة الدخان- بعض الأدوات الكهربائية كانت غير جيدة كالثلاجة ومفتاح أمان الباب الخارجي تعطل في اليوم الثاني وتم إصلاحه- دورات المياه تختاج إلى عناية أكبر.

• Mohammad (6/5): Ok - No breakfast is provided. Location reasonable. 1.The bed sheets. (Black colour). 2.The pillows clumsy. 3.They decided they want the full payment in advance to hold the booking, though it said pay when you arrive and cash only. 4.I had asked for bath towels, they said they will have disposable ones.

• Hassan (10/5): Great appartement, excellent service, and a prime location made it a truly experience. - I loved the spacious and well-appointed rooms, and the central location, which made it easy to access everything I needed in Riyadh. There was nothing I didn’t like; everything was within my expectations.
