We were kindly welcome with a sweet surprise from the hosts, who responded within minutes to our questions. We truly enjoyed the nature view from both rooms and the balcony. We felt like at home. Wishing to return back.

• Tamanna (10/5): Spacious and comfortable! - This apartment is large, modern and beautifully decorated. There were two of us staying here and there was plenty of space. The bedroom has a large comfy double bed with side tables, a chest of drawers, lamps and wardrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities were also provided in the bedroom. There was also a hairdryer. The shower in the bathroom was powerful and had plenty of hot water. The heated towel rail is a nice touch. Towels were provided. The living room has a large L shaped sofa that converts into a double bed. The bedding for this bed is stored inside the sofa’s storage area. This would allow an extra two people to stay in the apartment. There was also a smart TV (with Netflix) in the living room and a coffee table. Extra blankets are provided. The kitchen area is small but well equipped with pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. There is a toaster, fridge and hob. The dining table seats four people and is located in the open plan living room, next to the kitchen area. Salt and pepper is provided. The apartment is a short 10 min walk into the centre of town. You can’t store skis inside the apartment but you can rent a double ski locker from ‘Ski and Board Traventuria’ (next to the Ela hotel) for 10 euros per day. This is located a few mins walk from the gondola. The building has a lift so the apartment is easily accessible. Overall we loved our stay here! The apartment was comfy and spacious and close enough to walk to the restaurants in town and to the slopes. There is a draft by the windows so it can get a bit cold, even if the heating is on. There are extra blankets in the apartment though so it was ok.

• Bogdan (10/5): Quiet and relaxing - Two room apartment with doors separation. The area is very quiet, the windows/balcony are forest oriented to the back of the building, Parking was free with available spots. There is walking distance to the Borovets center area , lifts and tavernas Some wifi interruptions, but there was a storm in that day.

• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spotless and provided everything we needed, plus lots of extras like tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, etc, cleaning products, washing up liquid, and cooking oil. We had a hire car and shopped in Samokov the day after we arrived, so glad we checked out what was there before a big shop! Owners were helpful and brought us extras when we mentioned a few things stolen by previous guests. The beds were comfy, endless hot water and a bath. Wifi and 2 smart T Vs so cpyld use our own accounts. Easy walk to the main ski area, no more than 10 mins and perfect for warming up sore legs. An on demand shuttle from the coffee shop to the gondola was 5 lev each. Jimmy's shop next door is great for extras like bread and milk. There is plenty of car parking at the apartment and a great view. Lift to 2 floor plus small coffee shop, games room on ground floor. The owners daughter Jess offers private ski lessons and suggested hiring our gear from Alpin ski and rent who were great, ski in / out lockers, loo and picnic tables outside for grabbing a snack and rest when needed. I hope to go ba - Great location just down the road from the Main Street of Borovets and a short walk to the ski field. Very comfortable and very clean and tidy. Great communication with and very friendly. They also gave great recommendations for ski lessons and transfers from the airport. No issues with anything

The hosts are very responsive and answer quickly to all questions and requests. We stayed in winter and the apartment was very warm and comfortable. The location is good, it's a very quite place, and it is not in the center of Borovets, you have to walk about 1 km. For adults it's ok but for us with two small kids 4 and 2 years old it was quite challenging. You can walk along the road, but you also have a very beautiful park, and you can walk along it and get into Borovets near the Samokov hotel or near the Festa hotel, if you go to the end of the park.

From the moment I arrived, everything about the experience was exceptional. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The modern decor and cosy ambience made it feel like a true home away from home. The bedroom was comfortable, the living area was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, making it convenient for preparing meals. The location is great— it's just a short walk to the centre, perfect if you are going through the park. The area is quiet and peaceful.. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any needs or questions. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're visiting for skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing, I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely return on my next trip to Borovets!
