• Joshua (9/5): Superb villa and grounds, perfect for families. Great things to do nearby with a short car journey or walks, and the hos - The garden and grounds are like no other. Simply beautiful and spacious. Host was fantastic and contactable whenever needed, aircon was brilliant and all the facilities you could need. I would not hesitate to book again, everything about the area and things to do nearby is also great. For the benefit of those booking (as we would have liked to have known beforehand), If using more than 3 bedrooms, be aware that the 3 bedrooms on the first floor are stunning, yet the 3 in the basement are more basic and could do with some investment to make them feel more luxury. We had all paid the same amount to rent this villa yet some of our family had to stay in the basement rooms which were a complete different standard to the ones on the first floor so it’s difficult to grade the rooms into one category. Also, neighbours to the left started parking their car in our space and claiming it as their own. They stated they had an agreement with the owner but this does not appear to be true. Just an FYI as we had a bit of an awkward run in with them (Not a polite family shall we say but only appeared at weekends and didn’t cause a bother).

• Nicqui (9/5): Dream Villa by the sea - The house and location were beautiful and perfect. The house is spacious. The outdoor area is a dream, especially for a large group. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The air conditioning was good. Sufficient parking for 3 cars. All round a beautiful villa. Well equipped with cleaning products and necessities. Would definitely stay there again. We were unaware that 3 bedrooms were in the basement, which were dark and windowless.

• James (9/5): Superb - Kypros very kind and helpful. It's a beautiful villa in a great location, easy walk to both beaches. Few mins drive to shops/restaurants. Would have loved to have stayed another week!
