• Marija (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very comfortable and modern. We where 7 people, having 3 separate bedrooms, which was perfect for our group. There are 3 fully equipped bathrooms. The apartment is on the walkable distance to the centre, so usually we do not used public transport to the city center. It is near T1 route, so we spend only 15 minutes to go to the main bus station - the meeting point for our excursions. I recommend this place.
• Claudiu (9/5): Big 3 bedrooms apartment - Big 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, apartment with a helpful host. Clean area. It's a little far from the city center. You can take a taxi for about 15euro or use the tram with the tram station at 10 minutes. Parking during the weekdays it's about 1 euro / hour in the blue lines. No elevator.
• Marco (3/5): Improper collection of security deposit - The location was very good, the neighborhood is very quiet and the tram station is close by. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. We had a bad experience with the host since at the end of the stay we checked that everything was clean, in order and in good condition, but to our surprise after leaving they told us that we had broken a mirror, which never happened and they charged us 200 euros for the deposit we had made before. If you are going to use this apartment, be careful with this situation.
• Luke (10/5): 5 min walk to tram, quiet location, good AC, excellent host, good value, would recommend. - Clear instructions provided to access lockbox with keys by host. Detailed information on the apartment, local area, attractions, local grocery stores and transport links sent in advance on morning of arrival. Very comfortable stay during heatwave thanks to excellent AC. I'd suggest adding some (3 or 4) dishwasher tablets to the welcome pack.

• Rialette (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Pasquale also when above and beyond to assist with early check in, as well as sending information about Florence. He also offered to help with restaurant bookings
• Luis (10/5): Loved that we had a bathroom for each room no one has to fight over. It was closed to metro. The owner was really nice a - Is spacious, clean. Bathroom for every room N/A everything was good

• Taner (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were big and separate. all the stuff in the house was new and clean. the air conditioners worked perfectly. The host, Pascuale was very interested, leaving some treats in the house and offering places in the city. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. If you travel light, this is not a problem at all, though. The nearest tram station is about 5 minutes away on foot. nothing.
